Overpriced, frequent outages, incompetent techs, useless helplines and no way to get money back when they fail make this a great example of the need to regulate this industry.
These people are incapable of simply making an appointment. Waited 10 minutes and watched an employee staring out the window instead of helping customers.

This location no longer exists. They moved to Northgate mall on the east side near Nordstrom Rack.
