Just had a delivery done for me. These guys went above and beyond. Job site has a tricky steep driveway, power lines above, etc… but with Anthony driving and Kìa giving direction, they managed to get the job done and in a timely manor. Well done guys!

Didnt deliver as promised so my partner and I had to deliver and manually lift material onto the roof ourselves. Apparently we arent the only customers with this experience as others in store complained about the same delivery issues. Upon returning some purchases, the (seemingly fraudulent leaning) desk staff had to be told every item to return, performing this on each item individually even though it was already written down; I had to call the manager myself to figure this out for them. This place is heads and shoulders above any other for the worst overall customer experience Ive ever had.If they simply delivered on time none of this would have happened. The only competent, pleasant staff member was the warehouse forklift driver; he handled customers better than any of the desk staff.I highly suggest talking your business elsewhere.

Web site is wrong. If they are not out of business, they should be. No one answers the phone on Saturday and the voicemail is full.

The two men who delivered our roofing materials were so polite and kind! They were even extra sweet to my kids! Awesome delivery!

Called for delivery, they said theyd call back to complete the transaction. Called 2 days later aftee they completely forgot and they told me to call another supplier.

NOT OPEN SATURDAYS! their website is incorrect as well. It was very frustrating to find the place dark and locked when I made a special trip on a saturday morning. When I went first thing monday morning, they told me they havent opened on saturdays for almost a year. come on, guys... fix your website, or at least put a message on your phone answering machine. Otherwise, service was friendly and they carry good products.

Appears to be closed. Arrived on a Saturday morning to look at roofing materials as their website listed their showroom open from 8:00-Noon. Called the phone number and got a recording but couldn’t leave a message as the voice mail box was full. Complete waste of time.
