Bridget is incredible!! I came to my appointment with many ideas about what I wanted in a dress but with very few actual photos. Bridget pulled great dresses based on my ideas, and each dress she put me in fixed the critiques I had of the preceding dress. Bridget has an unbelievable working knowledge of the stores inventory, and she is 100% responsible for my finding my dress at the appointment. The dress incorporates all of the elements I wanted in a way I never expected I would like. Thank you, Bridget!!!

Jennifer Howe was fantastic!!! I was very nervous coming in, but she made me comfortable and it ended up being a lot of fun. She really listened and quickly adapted the dresses I tried on after here my pros and cons. The dress I said yes too, was similar to a style I had been in love with at another store online, but hated when I tried it on...the one from I Do Bridal was 100 times better. Thank you Jennifer you made my dress shopping experience memorable and fun!!

Beware, we were surprised that at point of sale, there was a request for a tip of 10%, 20% or 25%. Considering that the dress was $1,400., the total on the dress was considerably over what we had budgeted. I would have thought the owner of the store would pay employees a commission since most of these gowns are high priced, rather than have the customer augment the income of the employees. I discovered that the tipping of bridal store personnel is not customary. (I believe there may be an option to opt out of the tip but my daughter felt pressured since the salesperson was watching as she went through the checkout process.)My daughter is delighted with her dress and Grace was a fantastic help throughout the dress selection. The surprise or the tip request put a damper on the day.

I LOVED working with Mary. She listened to me right from the start and found exactly what I was looking for. She was wonderfully personable and made me feel at ease when trying on dresses. I never felt rushed. She even gave me ideas for bridesmaids dress colors and even desserts! All in all, I had the most wonderful, intimate experience and couldnt have asked for a better fitting. I also love that they give you a bottle of Champagne and a champagne flute to go after you find the dress. What a lovely experience. :)

AMAZING experience. Bridget did it all, from wrangling the dresses, coaxing me out of my shell, entertaining the bridal party, helping me in and out of the dresses and providing expert advice to help me understand what was possible. I could not be happier with the dress I chose, or more grateful for her professionalism and discerning eye. 11/10 stars.Edited to add that this was the third bridal shop I visited, and the difference was night and day. I had a wonderful appointment at I Do Bridal, and I found the perfect dress with the help of my fabulous bridal consultant Lauren. I had previously gone to three other bridal salons and was disappointed in the selection and the experience, but everyone at I Do Bridal went above and beyond and made this experience truly memorable. I would recommend this shop, and especially Lauren, to any bride looking for the perfect dress. They are upfront about the prices of the dresses and are very respectful of your budget. I never felt pressured to pick something, and Lauren pulled some great options outside of what I was originally looking at so that I could try other styles, she had a really good grasp on what I was looking for and what would look good on me. I honestly believe that the experience I had at I Do Bridal is what every bride deserves when they are trying to pick out their wedding dress, if I could give them more stars I would.

Many friends have found their dresses at I Do Bridal and I should’ve went sooner. They have a huge selection! Alex was fantastic. She listened to what I liked/disliked and found great options. The second dress I tried on was the dress I ended up buying! Again, Alex was super helpful and kept this whole process stress free. As someone who doesn’t like shopping, I appreciated it!

I worked with Jennifer at I Do Bridal, and she was just the absolute best!! She was so attentive and kind during my dress appointment and made the whole thing so easy and stress free. She made getting in and out of the 20+ dresses I tried on super fast and easy, and she asked me great questions to narrow down looking for the right dress. Not only that but when I found the right one, she never felt pushy and just made me feel supported in picking out the one for me. I should have just got the dress that day but though I couldn’t possibly have fallen in love with the first shop I went to. Wrong! I came back to purchase the dress today and she helped me figure out my perfect size to order by trying on dresses from the same designer in the two sizes I was in between so I could be sure I was making the best choice. She was again, so nice and helpful and just gave me the best customer service and made the whole experience wonderful for me. Five hours before my daughter’s wedding we discovered her dress had been stolen. Being from out of town we found I Do Bridal was close to the ceremony. When I called they were so supportive and told us to come in as soon as we could. When we arrived 20 minutes later they had already pulled 10 dresses for her to try on. They had the dress altered and ready in less than 2 hours. Bridget was beautiful and loved the dress. We are forever grateful to I Do Bridal for all they did to make our daughter’s day special.

As a plus size woman, dress shopping was intimidating and something I just assumed would leave me disappointed. From the first dress to the “say yes” moment this was the most magical experience. I’ve never felt so beautiful in my life or felt so supported as I did by Jennifer! She hyped me up, helped me step outside my comfort zone and find my perfect dress! I had an amazing time at I Do Bridal, they made the whole process so easy. Jennifer was my stylist and she made me feel incredible in every dress I tried! I Do Bridal provided a great wedding dress shopping experience beyond my expectations. They had a perfect assortment of dresses (and some unexpected gems) and a fun suite experience for my mom, sister and I. Ill start by saying I 10/10 recommend this place and had the absolute best experience from first visit to take home - and beyond. They have an incredible selection of gorgeous dresses that isnt overwhelming because you have a chance to pick dresses to try on through their web portal before your first visit - and their team knows everything so well theyll be able to pick dresses out that are right for you. They are a small and mighty business who cares about their customers and your experience there.Now, for my personal experience! This was the fifth store I went to, after three smaller boutiques and BHLDN, because I thought Id be less overwhelmed in a smaller shop. I found trying wedding dresses on to be stressful because everything looked so - bridal - and I couldnt narrow my selection down. On my first visit Courtney had all the dresses Id selected online waiting for me - and listened to what Id liked in other stores and what details I liked most. She ended up picking out a dress for me to try on based on what shed heard so far, and I fell in love with it.A few months after I placed my order I started having wedding dress doubts (as I hear is pretty common) and called the store to ask if I could try my dress on again, in addition to the dress I felt torn about as runner up. Courtney was extremely patient with me and made me feel beautiful in the dress Id chosen. I didnt try on the second dress and vowed to not look at any photos from my other try-ons as they were only muddling my decision!My dress arrived three weeks early, which was huge because I was on a tight timeline from the time my dress was originally scheduled to arrive to my wedding date, taking alterations into account. I had a great experience coming to the store and trying it on with Courtney one last time, before she sent it home with me.I had an alterations appointment the next day and it was a bit of a nightmare. Ill skip the details but essentially after I left (in tears), the seamstress called I Do Bridal saying that they sold me a bad dress. Considering I was in their store the day before and felt like a million bucks, they knew something was off.I Do Bridal called me and apologized for whatever negative experience I had had at the alterations shop - and invited me in as they had a sample sale taking place the next day, that a seamstress would be onsite for. They made an appointment for me to try on the dress and have it pinned in-store, which I felt 1,000,000 times more comfortable with considering the dingy experience Id had the day before where I left the alterations shop with glitter all over my beautiful gown. I knew coming back into I Do Bridal and having the dress pinned there was the best option and was so grateful for the invitation - I had already bought the dress and taken it home - this was above and beyond customer service!I came in and was greeted by the owner of I Do Bridal, Robin, and Courtney, the Master Stylist Id been working with since day 1, in addition to the seamstress Id be working with. The helped me into my dress (something Id taken for granted and a luxury that I didnt have at the other alterations shop!) and pinned the dress for some minor alterations that would make it perfect on me. In addition to looking absolutely perfect, the quote for alterations was significantly less than half what Id been quoted at the other shop!All this to say, dress shopping is hard and overwhelming and is a super personal experience where a bride is trying to find the perfect expression of herself in a dress for a day thats been hyped up in our heads since we were kids. I Do Bridal took all that pressure off and made me feel like I was in a safe, comfortable, clean space and in expert hands. Thank you for your incredible customer service!!

Absolutely loved this place! The customer service was great. I was able to “like” dresses online and when I came in for my appointment, Lauren already had them pulled out and ready for me to try on. It was a great experience and plenty of selection!

Loved our experience with I Do Bridal, but we had a HORRID experience with Darcy from Fragile Fit. She almost made a disaster out of the wedding. Sure, my daughter should have looked over the dress more carefully when she picked it up, but Darcy should have actually cleaned it. We paid for cleaning and it ABSOLUTELY was not clean. Her alteration work was poor quality and her price was high. Loved I Do, but sure which I didnt follow their recommendation for Darcy. See my review on Yelp/Google for details if you are even considering using Darcy.

I heard amazing things prior to going and they did not disappoint. They run a very impressive operation. Lauren was awesome, down to earth, and made the experience fun and pressure free. The entire staff was also friendly and patient. They improvised with my ideas well and I ultimately found a dress that was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Kate was kind, invested, patient and able to distill the finer points of what my future daughter-in-law liked and didnt like about each dress she tried on. This was the brides first shopping trip for her dress, so her preferences were still a bit of a jumble; Kate helped her sort it all out. Their prices are competitive and I applaud their size inclusivity.

We had a great appointment today! Our stylist was fast but not pushy, and VERY knowledgeable. She fed off of our energy and allowed us to have an experience that was special; I didn’t feel like “just another bride”.They have an incredible selection of dresses and, as a plus size bride, I never felt like I was being put into a dress that didn’t fit. Our stylist was so skilled at pinning and shaping the dress, we were able to tell what they all would look like in an appropriate size. It was a very empowering shopping trip.

After looking into almost all the boutiques in Seattle I found my dress here. Most boutiques handle a lot of fitted dresses. The only thing that I wouldve preferred is for the store to have their own alterations instead of having to take my dress elsewhere.

Its a good thing I only need to do this once. The store didnt disclose several policies that directly affected my purchase. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Lauren is absolutely amazing! During our first appointment when we were trying to narrow down favorite styles she was buzzing through dresses so quickly and effectively to make the most of our time. During the second appointment we narrowed it down to two styles and I finally found the one! Shes so sweet, kind, knowledgeable and honest. Out of the 4 bridal shops we tried in the Seattle area, this one was our favorite. The mix of dress styles they have, the quality, and service of the ladies working there made the experience lovely. I have never been to I Do Bridal, but I’m in town visiting family when I saw this bridal shop on the street corner. What caught my eye was that in the window, the shop not only had regular sized mannequins in gorgeous gowns, but they also had plus sized mannequins in beautiful gowns as well 👏🏼👏🏼 As a former bride who is full figured, let me just say that wedding dress shopping can feel daunting, but to see I Do Bridal embracing all shapes and sizes gives me hope that brides that go into their store feel included 😃 great job I Do Bridal, keep up the body positivity work, it’s a nice change of pace!

I had the most amazing experience at I do Bridal! As soon as I got there, I loved the relaxing and fun vibe. Courtney was my stylist, and after asking me just a few questions about what I was looking for, she pulled the most stunning dresses I have ever seen. All of them were winners, but the first dress I tried on took the cake. This was my final appointment of the day and just before getting there, I was telling my mom and sister how I didnt think I was going to have that moment of finding the perfect dress and I should just pick one. I am so glad I didnt settle, because I now understand that perfect dress feeling. I am in love with the dress Courtney found for me, and my whole experience at I do Bridal was the most fun experience I have had while dress shopping.

I found the dress of my dreams with I Do Bridal, back in November 2019. Jennifer was my stylist and she was amazing. She was attentive to me and my group, and made us feel comfortable. After a quick conversation about the type of dresses I liked (there were a lot) and how indecisive I am, and a quick perusal through my Pinterest board, she went off and picked my first round of dresses. Low and behold, the first dress I tried on was the winner. I had pinned it 3 different times unknowingly on my Pinterest board and Jennifer mentioned they had it in the shop! After that, every dress I tried on compared to the first one. I tried on a variety of dresses. Jennifer was patient and so helpful with her perspective when I tried on dresses after “the one.” She did so in a way, that made me feel so comfortable and reinforced my decision. I did have an appointment at another dress shop the same day and I Do Bridal allowed me to book additional appointment for later that afternoon to have my say yes to the dress moment, if I didn’t find something I liked better. After a disappointing experience at the other bridal dress shop, with every dress comparing to the first one I tried on that day, we eagerly came back to have my say yes to the dress moment. I highly recommend visiting I Do Bridal to find a wedding dress.

They were so wonderful. We had been to a few places before going to I do bridal, and the bride (my daughter) did not receive the attention that I Do Bridal gave her. The staff was great and took their time to make sure she was happy. I would recommend them.She said yes to the dress.Just sad that covid would not allow the champagne toast.

YES YES YES! As soon as I walked in the door, every staff member welcomed my family and I with warm smiles, cheers, and an applause! The fact that they were excited along with me, made me feel so ready to try on some dresses. Courtney is the bomb! She didn’t rush me, or disregard my personal preferences. She moved at my pace, was very patient and was legitimately excited when I said YES to the dress! I could not be any happier with my experience at I Do Bridal! Cait was so friendly and helpful and pulled dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. After my appointment, I was torn on whether or not I wanted to purchase a dress from a trunk show that was only available for one more day. I was able to get a last minute appointment the next day to make sure I had the chance to try the dress on again and make an informed decision while the dress was still available. When I first scheduled my appointment, I was worried I wouldnt be able to fit into sample sizes (and I had that experience at another boutique), but I never felt like I was limited in my options and I felt confident while trying on dresses! Let me just start by saying that the level of service I received as soon as I walked in the door was amazing! The stylist that assisted me during my appointment, Mary (shout out to you girl!), only had to hear my idea and vision for a moment before she honed in on exactly what I was looking for. She pulled several dresses that she thought would be a good fit for me while I browsed their large selection for dresses I thought I would like. I tried on only 3 dresses out of the almost ten I had in my dressing room before I fell in love with the one, and it was a dress Mary had selected for me! The bridal shop happened to have a designer there for a trunk show on the day of my appointment and his sample dresses from his 2019 collection fit me perfectly! The designer and stylist worked hand-in-hand to address any concerns I had before deciding to purchase! I will recommend them to any and everyone! Please come here if you want 5-star service, amazing quality, and to feel special! I said YES to the dress!

Our experience with Bridget was the best we could have hoped for! We had a somewhat large party of 5 plus the bride, and we had a great time. She vibed really well with the father of the bride, and really helped to include him in the experience. Not only did we find the perfect dress, but we had the best time doing it. The salon is beautiful and has a fantastic selection of dresses, we were looking for something specific in a lower price range and found 6 dresses in just a few minutes! I highly recommend this salon, and even more highly recommend Bridget!

The 3rd dress I tried on turned out to be the one, and it was a gown the stylist there selected. Through COVID they have continued to be amazing, always attentive and very thoughtful. It’s a hard time out their for brides but they have made it truly the best experience possible. I Do Bridal was my DREAM wedding dress shop, and my stylist, Lauren B, was absolutely amazing!!! This was the 3rd store I went to and it by far not only had the bestttt selection, but also the best prices! When I tried on a dress and gave feedback “I love the bottom of this, but wish it was XYZ top” or “I prefer this material but with this” she somehow would come back with exactly what I requested. It’s like they have a secret vault of every dress out there. Lauren knew the inventory like the back of her hand, checked on customizing and really just all around provided excellent service. Cait was absolutely amazing! She made the try on experience so fun and easy. I Do Bridal made the search for my wedding dress effortless and stress free. I appreciate that dresses were pulled ahead of time based on my response to the survey. Every dressed they had me try on was a real contender because they listened to my wants and needs, as well as suggested I try some outside my initial comfort zone for comparison. Also, the choices were both in my budget as well as available in the short-time frame I had to get my dress (could arrive within a month, rather than six). I didnt feel a moment of my time was wasted. My parents and my best friend absolutely loved the experience as well. My 90 minutes at your shop was my first, last and only stop on my wedding dress search. I live in the neighborhood, have driven past the shop hundreds of times, and now every time I drive past in the future I will have this fond experience to recall. Thank you so much to I Do Bridal for making this a great memory for me and my family!

Beautiful place, wonderful selection of dresses and amazing staff.

Horrible. The only reason there is a star is because you have to have it to leave a review.They need to learn how to take measurements. The dress we ordered arrived almost 2 sizes to large. But hey, thats what alterations are for according to the staff.I’m beginning to believe they sold us the dress they had in stock and did not special order in her size at all.The person they recommended, Susan’s Courture said she was going to have a lot of work to take it in but she could.After 2 months of having the dress and a couple fittings it still did not fit and kept complaining that I Do Bridal sells dresses that can not be altered.The last fitting, April 5th, 2 days before the wedding she claimed it was done.We went to go pick it up and try it on and it was still to large.The next morning she had seams ripped out and swore it would be done by the afternoon.With 1 day left and between a rock and a hard spot we gave her 4 hours which she said she needed.We had called I Do Bridal and they found someone else to alter it but that alterations person said to see what she finished.Well at 2pm she had finished a lot so we trusted and gave Susan the benefit of the doubt she would have it finished by the next morning. She promised she would stay up all night if she had to.Well Saturday morning at 10am she was falling down drunk and hadn’t finished anything.We ended up having to pin our daughter into the dress and hope it didn’t fall off.A nightmare.There were more dresses with this person from I Do Bridal. We called 3 that we were able to get phone numbers off of tags and hope they listened to us and the nightmare we experienced.My daughter walked down the aisle in a baggy saggy dress that should have been form fitted to her body.I blame I Do Bridal for taking horrible measurements to begin with and recommending this alteration person.Shame on you.And you should do follow up with other brides who trusted your recommendations and have their dresses at Susan’s Couture right now.Follow up:After speaking with Robin, the owner, on April 17, 2018, I sent these photos to her from Aug 2, 2017, showing the dress we tried at the store. This is the exact dress we ordered. Robin claims this dress that she has on in the photos was a size 10. As you can see in the mirror the dress was too large and they have it clamped to hold it in so she could see how it was to fit. The photo with the girl is holding the bust in because the cups are to large on the dress.According to Robin, this dress she has on was too small so they had to order a size 14?When I pointed out you can see the dress was too large her response was that our daughter signed it off.So if you are trusting them to order the correct size for you be wary.When the dress arrived months later and was too large they recommended the seamstress to have alterations done at.As far as Robin is concerned she could care less.Again, if you are putting your trust in them to take measurements correctly buyer beware.This was not a cheap dress.I asked for compensation. They can have the dress back and she said not going to happenAs I said, between their poor measurements and their recommended seamstress, our daughters wedding was spent in a dress that was too large and falling apart (and falling off of her) from what little alterations that were done. The seamstress gave our money back. So should this shop. Pictures are worth a thousand words.It is now August and Robin still has not responded to even attempt to correct anything. Never responded to emails sent to her.

I Do Bridal was absolutely fantastic. It was my first ever dress shopping appointment and looking back, I could not be more grateful for that! Unlike many other places that have you blindly search the racks for dresses without much guidance, they assign you someone who is very knowledgeable who will listen to what you want and find your perfect dress. They could not have been any more helpful or professional. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and was very impressed by all of the dresses they picked out for me. I would highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter found the perfect dress. Mary was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The whole staff wad welcoming. The prices were reasonable and the selection was huge. I would highly recommend this store.

Save yourself a headache and dont go here. Associates are untrained and misleading. I was told if I ordered a shorter gown after being measured in the heels I was wearing that I could avoid expenses of a hem.When I picked it up, it was too long and they tried to convince me an A-line gown could be fixed with petticoat. Theres no way it could fix something 3 too long. Had to pay to get it hemmed. They offered no compensation.A headache and problem that wasnt needed with wedding planning.

I Do Bridal is the absolute best! I went their first for wedding dress shopping and Lauren was fantastic in pulling styles I wanted but also pulling other options that I wouldnt have thought of myself. She was attentive, kind, cheerful, and made the process so positive. Robin also came by and helped out - I didnt know until later Robin is the owner! I did find a dress I loved at I Do, but I felt I needed to try some other options first. Lauren did not try to push me into buying the dress and wished me sincere luck. I then went to a few other bridal shops, none of which held a candle to Lauren and I Do Bridal. And as I went to other shops, I realized the dress from I Do was the one. Lauren got me right in to say yes to the dress, we had a champagne toast, and it was one of the most joyous days of my life spent with my mom, best friend, and Lauren. Once again Robin checked in on us and was so supportive and helpful. I cannot thank Lauren and Robin at I Do Bridal enough.

This bridal shop is amazing! I drove 3 1/2 hours to visit this bridal shop because I heard how amazing it was. The environment in the shop is so cheerful and makes you so excited to find your dress for your special day. My bridal consultant Jennifer was awesome. She pulled some of the most beautiful dresses for me and knew my exact style. Before coming here, I went to two other bridal shops and neither of them compared to this bridal shop. They have some of the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen.

I got my wedding dress at I Do Bridal. After some unsuccessful dress shopping, coming to I Do Bridal had so many options I wanted. After choosing my dress, they were able to quickly get my measurements and they made it so easy! I came back later on to pick out a veil and they let me try on my dress so we could find the perfect matching veil. What I liked most, was that they gave their honest opinions about how certain dresses looked on me, and how they looked with my veil. That way I was sure that I was picking the right dress and they werent just telling me that I looked perfect in everything I put on.Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at the Seattle location! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and important. Bridget was amazing! She helped pick out dresses based on my preferences and made me feel comfortable. She catered to the needs of my large party and made the experience that much better. I had the best consultant work with me! The lady was very helpful with the style I wanted and with giving me options to choose from. Other consultants even stopped by to compliment and help me when I was having a hard time choosing between dresses. The whole experience felt like I was very cared for, never rushed, and my needs were a priority. Much better than if you had gone to a chain bridal store.

I had an excellent experience at I Do Bridal. I prepared mentally for this process, knowing it can be stressful to find just the right dress at just the right price if youre on a budget like I am for my wedding. This was the first stop in my search... and the last! I found the perfect dress right at my price point! My stylist, Samantha, was super warm, helpful and listened intuitively (to both my words and my physical responses) as I tried stuff on. She brought out dresses that really reflected my expressed desires while also reflecting my budget, which I found very considerate. And nudging me just a little outside my comfort zone, she even brought out THE dress that I never would have pulled off the rack myself but low and behold, this was the WINNER! They wrapped her up safe and sound for travel, provided a list of local tailors, celebrated my find with a glass of champagne (Brides keep the glass!), and just made the whole process so seamless. I Do Bridal made my wedding dress shopping so much fun and so much easier than I thought! I was really nervous I wouldnt find a dress I felt confident in, but Bridget found the PERFECT dress for me. Such sweet amazing ladies who work there! I’ve had the pleasure of being Mickeys client and she was so supportive and ready make sure you have everything you need without being pushy in the slightest bit! This bridal shop has so many beautiful off the rack dresses along with custom ordered ones. Like many brides I’ve heard in the past say, I found a dress that I wasn’t expecting to love! The selections they carry are in so many bridal dress budgets.

I loved my whole experience with I Do Bridal, from begining to end. I went to a few different places to try on wedding dresses and i loved the environment and set up at I Do Bridal the most. Jen helped me and she was so friendly and quick and knew all of the products so well that she picked dresses that made me look and feel beautiful, without me even having to tell her anything. Ultimately i chose a dress that she picked that she thought would look great and once i put it on i knew she was right and that was the one. When it comes to ordering and picking up, they were also very quick and friendly. If i had to do it again i would definitely go here!

They didnt say on the phone, but appointments are 1 hour.They have a wonderful trendy and beautiful selection. Call to make an appointment with these wonderful folks who give me so much faith in the wedding industry. It is an outlet, but the dresses are in really good shape, and they give you nice one on one time. Love it.

I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at I Do Bridal! I loved my consultant Jennifer, who was super helpful finding me an amazing dress off the rack under my budget. When I went (super) over on my appointment time trying to decide between two dresses I really loved, she and Tiffany were so helpful, and encouraged me to keep switching back and forth between the two dresses until I made a decision. Going in, I was worried I wouldnt find a dress I loved in my price range (around $850), and of course, I found two! I especially loved the nice touch with the glass of champagne at the end to celebrate, and how easygoing they were with allowing my mom to take a million photos of me. Their styling was so good, I even ended up leaving with a veil and belt too! Overall, I had a great experience, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future!

I worked with Mickey who was absolutely wonderful! She was pleasant, attentive, and excited to help. All of her dress pulls were completely on point and I ended up with dress #2 that I tried on, picked by her. She made me feel very comfortable and seems to really enjoy and have a knack for the job.

Jen Tran was absolutely amazing! I flew in from Maui for a short time to find my dress. With my mom and best girlfriends along for the ride and my flight back to Maui right after, I was worried about time. Jen had the dress I wanted ready to try on and managed the appointment perfectly. I ended up selecting a different dress and am so pleased with my dress—it’s perfect! She made the stars align that day between our group size and my time costraints she nailed it with ease! If you go, ask for Charlotte! This was the third bridal store I visited. Even though we were ten minutes late, she let us go beyond our allowed time. Charlotte figured out my style quickly and pulled the most beautiful dresses for me to try. The store has samples in all sizes which I loved. After I said yes to my dress, Charlotte brought us champagne to celebrate. This was the best bridal store I have been to and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I had a blast.

This place is amazing! Such beautiful dresses in all price ranges and amazing customer service. Our bridal consultant was so sweet and helpful! She always gave us a little space to discuss how we felt about the dress then would come back to see what we thought. It was so refreshing to be treated the way we where, not many places give you one on one time with your consultant. I cant wait to wear the dress I purchased here!

I bought my wedding dress on Feb 16, 2019. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly as welcoming. We had an appointment the week before but had to reschedule because of a snow storm. They upgraded us to their new diamond suite and it was amazing! Kiana took such great care of us and was so kind She provided great suggestions and was patient. Every step of the way was very professional, sincere, patient and kind. I would highly recommend!

I left feeling pleased with my options in terms of style, selection, and price.What was initially an experience that I was dreading due to having a hard-to-fit body and being on a budget, I was impressed to find something that made my body look amazing, and well in my budget! Ive tried dresses on at a few other places, but the consultants didnt make me as comfortable in my own skin, like Bridget did. Bridget created a special atmosphere, finding me multiple styles, to help me understand what I liked and didnt like, and found the dress that made me have all the feels. I had an amazing experience at I Do Bridal! I was so happy that I chose this as my first stop in trying on wedding dresses. Not only is it a gorgeous shop and they could accommodate my Bridal party of 8, but they even included a cute gift for me! A+ customer service and such a fun overall experience. It was exactly what I had always dreamed of for my bridal dress shopping. Bridget was an absolute gem to work with. She locked into my style and vibe immediately and showed me lots of dresses that were all in line with my aesthetic - but in a wide variety of silhouettes. This helped me really narrow down what I was looking for in a dress and got me honed in to my preferred fit and style within the first 30 minutes. I had 2 dresses that I absolutely loved, but I was not ready to commit since it was my first time trying on dresses. Bridget was not pushy or salesy at all. She wrote down the dress names/styles/designers for me and gave me her card in case I had any questions. She also offered to reach out to me if any other dresses in my preferred style/silhouette came into the shop and followed up with me via email 2 weeks later. I ended up finding one of the exact same dresses that I had loved at I Do Bridal at different consignment Bridal shop and it felt like fate! The dress was actually a tad too small at the consignment shop, but since I had already tried it on with Bridget, I knew what the dress would look like once it was let out a little. Im not sure I would have gotten the dress on consignment if I had not already seen it in its full glory at I Do Bridal. I cannot recommend I Do Bridal enough! I think I might need to go back to get some of my accessories there!

Even if you dont plan on buying a dress yet, this place is wonderful! They have a great selection of styles and fabric types, but thats not what makes them awesome. I had such a fun experience here! All of the ladies who helped me were very nice and fun, but we worked with Jennifer and she was just amazing. She was funny and enthusiastic and made the whole experience worthwhile. I didnt buy a dress (yet) but will be going back very soon to grab mine!

Skip the other wedding shops and just go to I Do Bridal! I made an appointment after visiting a few other shops a few weeks before. Bridget listened to what I liked and disliked about previous dresses I had tried on, thoughtfully asked about price range right up front, and went to work pulling dresses that she knew would match my style and silhouette. Needless to say, she put me in the most stunning dresses, one of which I immediately fell in love with - it had all the characteristics I described and some I wouldve never even considered on my own! The ordering process was seamless, and they were transparent about delivery times (it took nearly 5 months, so give yourself time!). Two of my friends went back after my experience to get their dresses! Thank you for helping to make the dress-shopping process so amazing!

My dress shopping experience at I Do Bridal was everything I hoped buying a wedding dress would be! Sam was extremely fun and helpful, and she seemed to know what I wanted and liked better than I did! She helped me every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable.
