Theres no store front. I know its by appointment only but I was hoping to get an idea of what they carry. When we passed by there just isnt a store just construction.

I would not recommend this location. They convinced my bridesmaid to order a size that was WAY to large for her. They said that this brand (amsale) runs small and that she needed a size 12. We believed the sales associate since she should be familiar with the brand and sizing. The dress came in and it is WAY too large. When my bridesmaid reached out to see what can be done, they just sent her contact info for alterations places. I am so disappointed. I think the location should either order a dress in the correct size or offer to give a partial refund on the dress to help with costs. Altering this gown is going to cost $200+. Unacceptable!!!

Super disappointed in this customer service. We came all the way from Georgia and Montana for a bridal shower weekend away. Walked in on a whim to try on just one dress we wanted to buy. Unfortunately we didn’t have an appointment. Even though they were completely empty with “the next appointment in an hour and 45 minutes” we couldn’t get in.

Bella Bridesmaids saved my experience! I had taken some of my bridesmaids to another place to try on dresses where we had the absolute most terrible experience. I called and asked if Bella had space to take three bridesmaids that day to salvage their day and they fit us in within a half hour and had a variety of style and colors for us to choose from! Its small so you get one on one attention and dont feel overwhelmed by too many people!Thanks Bella for giving my bridesmaids the experience I wanted them to have!

I went to many other bridesmaids boutiques before coming to Bella and this shop is by FAR and away the best. The have collections ranging from affordable (about $120) to higher end. The dresses are fantastic quality and the atmosphere is lovely. What truly makes this shop special is the owner. She made the experience a blast and didn’t try to sell us anything outside our price range. I can’t recommend enough!!

I set up an appointment with Sonya via email after calling the store. As a bridesmaid, I could pick from 5 different styles. She had pulled the dresses in advance when I arrived for my appointment. She gave her honest opinion as I tried them on, and she took pictures of me that I could send to the bride. I was charged $25 for the session since I was ordering from another shop (which I thought was reasonable). Sonya was professional and pleasant to work with.

Fantastic and unique Brides Dresses. Really cool to.see new designs, and different silks and textures, that creators used in their creation(s). Anyone about to married, should take a look here.

They have beautiful dresses! Best selection in Seattle hands down.Ive been in many weddings and have shopped for bridesmaids dresses each time. Bella made the process easy, fun, and took out all of the extra work. Donnis and Sonya are the best!

This lady is a fraud. Do not shop here go somewhere else. They charge high prices for poorly made dresses. Here are the reasons why:1) I ordered the dress 6 months in advance for a wedding in France. They messed up the dress a month out supposedly and had to remake it. I didn’t get the dress until the week before I had to leave for the wedding. Holy stress.2) The dress that was given to me had pulls in the fabric and wrinkles. I didn’t really have a choice because I was leaving in a week and as everyone knows it is impossible to find a maid of honor or bridesmaid dress in that timeline. Especially when the seasons are changing so dress styles are different.3) I was in France at the wedding and couldnt get the wrinkles out though 4 people in the wedding party tried with steamers and irons. We even bought another new steamer in France to see if it was an issue with ours. It wasn’t it was the dress.4) Any remote drop of water touched the dress it stained it. I expect that from a $20 dress not a $280 dress.5) I tried to return the dress after this incredibly stressful experience and poor quality and she would not return it.

Wow!! Great customer service. Sonia went above and beyond in order to get my brides maid dress I needed! I will definitly recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress. AWESOME!!

While the customer service was very good, the selection was lacking and the quality for the prices were not worth a second look. For the price- you could go to Nordstrom and get tailoring included. Nice employees, though. You do have to have a reservation to look at the dresses.

I would not recommend this place to buy a dress from, I “purchased” a dress from here in February, spoke to Donnis directly on the phone to purchase it. I gave her my credit card Info and even received an email confirmation stating I purchased the dress. The wedding I am in is August 10 2018 in Buffalo New York! I called at the beginning of July because I hadn’t heard anything about my dress. Donnis informed that she just never placed the order. So now the wedding is in 35 days and I have to scramble to find a new dress. Donnis sent me a few dress that are same day ones that I could get from the store, none matched the fabric or color I need. Beyond her finding maybe 5 dresses as an option, she or the salon has been of no help at all. I am beyond frustrated that I have to waste another Saturday to go back to the salon, after I called them to have them pull all the dresses that I need to go in and see if anything works. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this has been over looked and I’m the one left scrambling to fix it. Also I see in the salons comment back to me they stated that they tried to express ship me the same dress tgat I need. I am beyon ANGRY!!!! They never once offered that option to me or otherwise I would have absolutely takin them up on that offer. I am beyond ANGRY with this shop and how they have handled this whole situation. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
