The catering staff from Gourmondo made our reception amazing! We had twice as many guests as we expected, and Penni managed the extra influx of people expertly. She quickly opened up another bar to serve our guests faster and made sure there was plenty of food for people to eat. The food was amazing - everyone was raving about it! The entire team was a pleasure to work with - they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made hosting our event so easy for us and they made sure our guests had a great time. Thank you to Jessica and Penni for all of your hard work!

I attended an outdoor event yesterday that was catered by Gourmondo, and it was very impressive! The food was DELICIOUS, and beautifully presented in individual containers, much nicer than any boxed lunch Ive seen - in fact, Gourmondo made Covid-safe look elegant. They even created specially mixed and labeled cocktails, served in individual bottles to commemorate the person of honor - and they were REAL cocktails, not the tame variety! The staff were attentive and understated, and consulted with the hosts during the event to meet their expectations. As a guest of the event I cannot speak to the cost or pre-event planning, but I would definitely contact Gourmondo if I were in need of a catering/event service.

I order lunches from here weekly for corporate functions. Their online ordering system is easy to use and very convenient. Delivery is always on time! They have many catering options, for both small and large events and everything is so tasty! Every person Ive interacted with, whether its for setting up my account, changing my order, or billing questions has been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend their boxed lunches for an easy, individual lunch option that will make everyone happy! They will even put names on the boxes for you so it makes it easy for people to find their order. Gourmondo is amazing!

I know customers generally think of food first when considering a caterer, but I feel compelled to lead this review with praise of the service provided by the staff of Gourmondo. Thorough, responsive, flexible, and all-around pleasant & professional is how Id describe them. If its a hassle getting great food to an event, then its not worthwhile. That said, the food is wonderful - fresh, interesting, broadly appealing and well-presented. I always receive praise on the spread when I use Gourmondo to cater meetings and events (which I now nearly exclusively do).

We ordered boxed lunches from Gourmondo for our Associations conference. We had such positive experience! Feedback from our 160+ attendees, the food options were great and super tasty! I personally worked with Gourmondos to plan and order accordingly, and their customer support was so pleasant to work with. Next time our conference is in Seattle, we will absolutely be reaching out!

Its gas station food, except not at the gas station. I eat here all the time, basically because I have to. Gourmondo handles all the catering at my workplace, and they have a deli in my building that is the only stop for lunch or breakfast that doesnt take 20 minutes. Its poor quality though, and I only eat it as an alternative to starvation, or walking in the rain. Youll need all your teeth to eat one of their sandwiches. Think of a bulldog dangling from a rubber chew toy, feet hanging off the ground, eyes fixed on its flavorless prize; or, think of that scene from Jaws where the shark is gnawing on the scuba tank as it swims for Brody. Thats what its like eating a sandwich from Gourmondo. If you try really, really hard, it will look to others like youre almost eating food. And at some level, youll be slightly more satisfied than if you were chewing on nothing at all. Thats the best I can say about this place though. If you just need something to chew on, and you dont mind looking stupid while you do it, then maybe its the right decision for your dollars. Lots of dollars, I might add - but like all things hipster - if it is small, weird, and you pay a lot, then the sky is the limit on what you can imagine the value really was. Maybe its world peace. Maybe its just another hipsters next pair of weird shoes, some hair gel, or a little dog that weighs less than its leash. Whatever the case, Gourmondo can help you continue your quest to figure out what youre paying for, because it sure wont be anything you can taste.

GOURMONDO is the best of all.

The entire process of ordering a Christmas buffet for 22 people was seamless. The Servers were prompt. The food was delicious and the teardown and pack out was quick and smooth.

This is the second time that I I have had a box lunch from Gourmondo as part of a company lunch.Both times I have been impressed with both the completeness and balance of the meal, and with the quality of the components included.I enjoy eating knowing that the meal is both delicious and a good choice for my health.

Full disclosure. I work there. The paninis are super good! My faves are a chicken bahn mi and a caprese.My co-workers are great people! I love most of them.

We run a two day weekly workshop out of our corporate office. We also serve breakfast and lunch and I cant tell you how tedious this process can be. I first starting ordering separate meals through their website (easy to navigate and very user friendly). On a hunch, I called in and spoke with Falvia S. Falvia was AMAZIING! I told her our number of attendees and the times of breakfast and lunch for each day. She then proceeded to build the next five weeks of orders for me on her end. I cant begin to explain how much this took off my plate (pun intended). Since then, catering has showed up at my office and they set up all the food very nicely outside the classroom. The least painless process! I love the southwest menu! The fajitas are surprisingly delicious. Again, huge thank you, to Falvia!

The worst. Food that looks like it ought to be good, healthy, tasty, all the things you want and turns out to be disgusting. In a number of cafes around Seattle and not once had anything that didn’t disgust me. Done

I work there we use good food and spare little to no expense. Youre getting all that extra stuff you wouldnt be getting anywhere else, especially delivered. Yup, hit me up if you wanna know the L.D.

Fantastic food! Healthy, fresh, and very tasty! Their menu is fantastic - from the Shanghai Salmon, Seattle Special Box Lunch, Caprese sandwich -- amazing! Their box lunches and platters are superb and the catering trays of food are also incredibly tasty and flavorful. Have used them for at least three years, and extemely reliable delivery and outstandingn product every time!

We had Gourmondo cater a wedding reception and couldnt have been more impressed with the food as well as the presentation. The price was fair compared to other catering companies we received quotes from and their staff was super friendly. Overall a great experience.

This place is excellent!

Over-priced and very poor quality. I ate here every day for a while, but basically because I had no other choice. I threw away a lot of the food. Its just not good quality, but you pay a premium.

My stomachs feels uncomfortable after eating it, and I was sick for two days after that
