Best customer service from management! We needed to exchange a pair of shoes wed actually purchased in Chicago. Exchange process was simple and we decided to try a pair of different shoes on. They somehow managed to help us plus 3 other customers at the same time without skipping a beat. When they found out we had taken taken the train into town they stored our bags for us to pick up later. When we came back later there was a line but they were able to grab our bags and bring them out to us with no waiting. Totally worth the day trip for that kind of service. Plus 2 pairs of new shoes.

Doc shoe Co. slipped & really lost its true edge. They went cheap with light weight material and low quality soles on a lot of footware, theyre staple. Regrettably, adios amigos. I give you two out a five only for loyalties in past purchased items that stood for the reason to buy this product. Reproduce it again and see another satisfied customer once again. This just had be stated, having to resort to looking for a better replacement.

Employee was kinda rude. Seemed to bother them when asked to get a different size/shoe.

Best customer service ever! They were ao patient and helpful it’s unbelievable! I was finally able to purchase my first pairs and the staff went out of their way to help with finding the right size and fit for me.

Found a great pair of shoes but am from out of town and didn’t how room in my suitcase so I ordered online. Michael, the salesperson, was one of the most pleasant people we met in Seattle.

Staff was super rude. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. The young skinny guy with the blonde hair was wandering around and made eye contact with me but ignored me before disappearing in the back. Butterfly wing girl also wandered aimlessly. Not even many customers in the store and they seemed overwhelmed. The guy working was very condescending when I asked about the sizing and he acted like he was going out of his way to help me. Both me and my partner were ready to purchase but I opted to leave because of the terrible service. No one acknowledged my partner either. Really disappointed in the customer service here and left feeling bad.

I came into the store with a pair of Docs that Id ordered online, feeling silly not knowing if they fit correctly. They felt too big, but Im never a size 6, so I thought maybe I just wasnt used to wearing these tanks-with-laces. I needed hands on, off-line help.Anyway, Adrian got me sorted; they were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. The other staff were also lovely.

Not sure where to start, very uncomfortable experience. Asked (halted) to sanitize at the door (no problem) and that was the only interaction any employee here had with us. Waited for about fifteen minutes to be acknowledged in any capacity before leaving without being approached or welcomed. Came back a couple hours later and was again aggressively asked to sanitize (again no worries, was taking care of anyway), finally found someone to assist but unfortunately wasn’t really paying attention to what I was saying (asked me to repeat myself multiple times even though it was very quiet in the store and I was articulating clearly) and was generally short with me. Ended up not having anything in my size (a women’s 8). Weird location with a very bad vibe.

I loved the store because of their vast selecrion of shoes. They also had a childrens boots selection. Nice comfy couch to try on your boots, very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a pair of boots at this location and I made the commute which was 30 miles away from where I live. I paid $180 for their floral high tops. I was very unsatisfied after 3 months of having them the back of my boot ripped. I was also further displeased that I paid such a great amount for boots that were made in China when I thought I was purchasing a product of higher caliber.

Elle was AMAZING. She was very attentive to me while also somehow being attentive to several other people she was helping, but at no point did I feel ignored or not helped. It’s like her superpower. I even ended up not buying anything, but the experience was so great that once I’m ready to make a purchase, I’ll be back.

I really like this location, its a beautiful store and the selection is great. The staff are so fun and friendly as well as helpful and knowledgeable. I was visiting from Vancouver Island and am so thankful I stopped in because they have a beautiful display of sandals. I found a perfect pair I had my eyes on for months and is sold out online! Looking forward to shopping here in the future.

This store is great. It is SO much better to try boots on and physically see the collection (which is actually diverse). Knowledgeable and nice sales people here will also teach you how to make your footwear last. Definitely shop in person for docs.

So many new styles to choose its difficult just to select one pair, so be prepared to be wowed! The customer service was outstanding. Mark was cheerful and courteous and Dusty was awesome- he was was extremely efficient and patient. He was was also very charming and courteous. Its nice to be in a store where it feels like the employees are happy to help you and who really seem to enjoy their job!

I also ordered pair in the store and they wrote down everything I needed to order more on payday! Shoes are so very important, and I really needed some that fit and would help me through long days on my feet. So very happy with the purchases. Really good sales guy, helped me find just what I was looking for--a simple pair of black Doc Marten shoes that felt good on my feet. I walked out with a pair that felt like theyd been designed specifically to fit my feet, which is cool because I have long, narrow feet and most Docs tend to be on the wide side.

Awesome store. Ive been here a few times now and no matter which salesperson I get, theyre always great. Helpful, informative, easy going. The quality of doc martens is always good in my experience, but the people at this location were incredibly helpful in addition to selling good shoes. I wanted a pair of platforms and the woman who helped me was so helpful and grabbed multiple pairs for me along with giving me helpful advice about the different pairs. A very good experience:)

A fantastic store with a wide selection of Docs, what else would you expect? Great customer service and fantastic furnishings. You will pay a little bit more than online for this personalized service, however if you can afford it its worth it.

Extremely nice staff and very helpful without being pushy. Good selection but bring your wallet cause you will pay for the Dr. Marten quality. Parking can be a challenge, just keep looking because something usually opens up.

This shop has a huge selection, including limited edition runs (poker, artist series, pride, etc). The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are various seating options and mirrors available so you have comfortable places to try the shoes on or to wait out of the way of other customers.

I cant remember his name, but the employee who helped me was an absolute peach. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and not only did he not try to upsell me, he warned me about a five dollar price difference between two boots I was considering and I asked *him* about leather polish. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who think about the consumer before quotas, and obviously the boots are top-notch, as you would expect of Doc Martens.

I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a handmade pair of boots from a whole other continent. Technology! Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff.

This place is great! About two months ago I came in with a friend to see if I could even wear dr martens (Ive been lusting after them for ages, but I have really high arches and wide feet, so that really restricts what I can wear). The clerks were really nice and brought out a few sizes and styles for me to try on, and they fit!So a couple weeks ago, after saving up some cash, I went back to make my purchase. I was helped by a guy who was recently returned to the company, and he was incredibly helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions (should I wear my inserts in these?, how weather proof are they?, how do I keep them in top condition?, etc), and ended up helping me find my perfect boots (a finish I hadnt even noticed before), in just the right style.So incredibly happy with my boots, havent worn anything else since I got them. Great even for 10 hour days working retail.Everyone Ive interacted with at this store has been very friendly. If I find out a friend is thinking of getting dr martens, Im definitely going to strongly encourage them to go to this particular location, because theyre going to receive excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff.

The outside of the store looked really nice each time I drove by it looking for a place to park. After 25 minutes I gave up. Ill buy shoes online. If youre walking by, it might be a cool place to check out, but if youre in the car and think youre gonna stop in...forget about it.

My feet are bad from planter faceitus and was recommended to try Dr. Martens. Their sizing is frustrating, not because it’s EU sizing, but because it is a made-up sizing; not really a 43 (approximately a 9.5 in US), not having a 44 size at all, so having to jump to a 45 (a US 11), which saying I jump from a 9.5-11. But their 43 is actually a US 9, so it’s jumping from a 9-11.Okay, so knowing this, I work with trying different sizes, as the shoes are also not all the same.One pair I was permitted to exchange from 43 - 45 as it was unworn. When I attempted to actually put these on at home, I was floating my the shoe. Not acceptable. I decided to return them as I’m inside their timeline and they’re unworn. I bring them in with the e-receipt, and was informed because I did not take the box, he would not take them back. He’d already looked up the receipt, he refused because of the lack of a box, WHICH no one stated would be an issue when I refused the box initially.I’m already stuck with two other pair because they’re worn; another pair basically fits (couldn’t tell you why?!) so I’m keeping them.The staff member in this day ruined my EVER going back. I walked out without the shoes because of my disappointment and frustration, and not one attempt was made to try to give them back...not even “don’t forget your shoes”.Some staff were more helpful, some less over the 2 months I’ve been looking at these shoes. Seattle staff were better than the Portland guy who “helped” me (it was seriously like pulling teeth).Save yourself the frustration and aggravation. Try Mephisto up the street

Its definitely what you would expect and a little more. Its a good thing they dont sell used or discontinued Docs or I would be there every weekend.

Horrible customer service. Boots feel like your walking with chards of glass on your ankles and they won’t take them back unless you tried them out on your pillow top bedding. If you walk out the door in them and walk back in your out of luck. No refunds whatsoever.
