Wouldnt recommend being rung out by the older woman at the check out stand. She called me over to be rung out but looked like she already hated me for being there. Before inserting my card, I had my card, in hand, NEAR the payment terminal but she was very adamant that I dont move my card while it was inserted. I said okay. While I still waited for the terminal to be ready for my card she still demanded that I dont move my card and swatted my hand away from the terminal like I was some fly. After I stated that I hadnt even put my card in yet, she glared at me like I had insulted her family. The other older gentleman cashier is nice but this older woman was very impolite, impatient, and rude. Avoid her.

The older woman who works here is incredibly rude. I’ve been in multiple times and have been given the same poor treatment each time. From now on I would much rather walk all the way to the Ave bookstore than shop here.

Other than the one rude employee, I have had a great experience there when it comes to renting my textbooks.
