Thank the freaking literature gods for this place!! Within walking distance of my residence, I can enjoy a mom and pop hard copy book shop that has a combination of used and new books, records, and other items of all genres.The selection is fantastic, the staff are friendly and laid back, and its organized and stocked up so well that time quickly passes by while looking at all the amazing book one can stick their nose into.Also, kudos to you for having so much dance/dance history literature, as well as art and culture materials. This place could quickly become my guilty pleasure!

A great bookstore with new and used books. Spent well over over an hour here and picked up many Art/Creativity books. The childrens section is well stocked and curated and its awesome they have an Avant-Gard section for kids books. They also have some new books on sale and gift items.

I love small presses. I love that there are a lot of up-and-coming neat science fiction, fantasy, and horror writers being published by the small presses in this area. Occasionally, those writers have readings at Porter Square Books. And so I like Porter Square Books, too.Like someone else has commented - the layout is a little bland, like a mall bookstore - but its still a nice place. The selection is a little limited due to their size, but, well...thats what the internet is for.

Nice little branch of the University Book Store. Specializing in husky apparel and gifts primarily, I didnt notice much in the way of books on my visit, but I was looking at the clothes.

Customer service was extra special in obtaining some merchandise they had run out of. Thanks so much!

Good selection, appealing price range, helpful staff. This is one of my favorites in the neighborhood. Parking situation isnt good around here so better visit by foot or use public transportation.

Very little Rose Bowl merch and parking is a hassle, plus the prices are way too high.
