I cannot sing the praises of the folks at Achievement Marine & Diésel too loudly. Professional, knowledgeable, customer centric (really!), communicative, straight forward and honorable. Ive been with them over two years now, and every exchange with them is solid. A few months back, the mechanics working on other systems, noticed a brewing electrical issue. Saved me from a near certain onboard fire in coming months. Most recently, I was struggling with generator issues while cruising the Islands. Brandon worked with me for several days by phone and video, as I chased the problem. He expedited parts, spent many hours on the phone, took my calls over the weekend on his days off, copied manual sections to help me see what I needed to do, and in the end he and I were able to resolve the problem. Without his support, I would have been truly stuck! Many thanks to Brandon and the entire Team at Achievement Marine! Count me a customer for life!

·We would like to highly recommend Achievement Marine and Diesel Services if you need work on a diesel engine. We had them service our Volvo Penta D4-300 on our Ranger Tug R31S at the Des Moines Marina last Wednesday. They showed up on schedule, had all their tools and were complete with the 800 hour maintenance in about 2 hours, at a very reasonable price, which matched their estimate. We had to have them return the next day because we had a cracked sea strainer that decided to leak, fortunately while we were still at the dock. They pulled our mechanic off the job he was on, and came right away. They had to source a replacement part, pick it up and install it, all in the same day. They left our engine spotless. If you look at their website, you may think they only work on large diesels. By the way, were not affiliated with them in any way. Just wanted to let everyone know when someone does a great job.

When it comes to buying a used boat; its impossible to know what to expect. When it comes to buying a used boat out-of-state it becomes even more daunting. Not being familiar with the mechanics in the area of Seattle I was left completely to word-of-mouth references of people who might be able to work on my boats old engines (Ford Lehmans 120s). Brandon and Achievement Marine came highly recommended. Over the next several weeks they went entirely above and beyond the type of service I expected. The very day I contacted him to discuss the possible work needed he made time to go and visit the vessel and make an assessment himself. Following that was a straightforward and accurate quote regarding the repairs and consistent updates as the work progressed. I cant explain what peace of mind it brought me knowing that they were keeping me in the loop like that. They even arranged to have spares of materials necessary for a long voyage through the Inside Passage brought on board waiting for us when we finally arrived to bring our vessel home. It became very clear early on that Brandon and his team runs an operation at the highest level of both quality work and professionalism. What really proved invaluable was the assistance Brandon provided even after the repair work was finished. Thats something you just cant buy. Brandon made time to provide assistance remotely for advice on several unrelated issues when he certainly didnt have to. This company is passionate about their work and it shows and having someone that you can depend on when things go wrong even after the check clears is incredibly comforting. Thank you again, Achievement Marine!

All aspects of my dealings with Achievement Marine have been exceptional. From the inception of a service request, through the scheduling of the service, the actual performance of the service, and follow-up have been right on. I would not hesitate to recommend Achievement Marine, certainly for the type of services I have requested (CAT diesel services and repairs).Scheduling has been timely, technicians are on time and prepared, all services and repairs have been performed as expected, cleanup has been excellent, costs are well within industry norms, what else can I say???

We were very happy with the whole process and thats saying a lot when it comes to getting work done on my boyfriend’s boat. The estimate was transparent and clear, when we received the final invoice it was around $300 less than the estimate - thats never happened before! Communication with the office and repair team was helpful and professional. I highly recommend getting your boat repaired by these folks.

We recently had our 100 ft Benetti Tradition Series serviced and repaired by the team at Achievement Marine. They expertly pulled and serviced/rebuilt both aftercoolers and turbo chargers on my 1300 hp Caterpillar 3508B’s. We were very impressed with the team’s knowledge and overall friendly approach to doing maintenance work on our vessel. They took extra care prepping the deck and surface areas where they staged the parts before they were installed, it’s our experience that this is not a common practice. Overall, we had a terrific experience from the straightforward estimate, quality workmanship and constant communication. We will defiantly be repeat customers, highly recommend using them on complex engine room repairs and scheduled service - Well Done!
