We bought a boat earlier this year from Sundance and had the privilege of working with Rob Everett, who was amazing. As first-time boat owners, we needed patience and instruction, and Rob showed both. In addition to helping us through the purchase, Rob spent hours teaching us how to drive, anchor, and dock our new boat. He also taught us about the various systems in the boat and how to monitor / use them. Without the level of service Rob and the team gave us, we never would have had the confidence to get out there with the boat, exploring multiple anchorages and the San Juans. Even months after taking possession of the boat, Rob and the entire team graciously answered our questions and gave us advice any time we reached out. In addition, they all worked hard to ensure the list of remaining items we had were addressed as quickly (and safely) as possible, given the crazy circumstances the pandemic presented. I highly recommend Sundance and would definitely use them again if we ever decide to get another boat.

I recently purchased a boat from Sundance from out of state. I was able to test the vessel during a Seattle visit. There was no pressure for a sale. When the boat was delivered via trailer the guy who drove it down detailed it, helped set it up, and assisted in getting it to its berth. Following that, the company was incredibly responsive to questions about the vessel. I used photos and text messages and they offered live video chat. Additionally they were true to their word about everything and exceeded expectations. I recommend.

Cannot speak any more highly of Rob Everett and the WHOLE Sundance Yachts team. Since day one when we met Rob at the Seattle office we had an incredible experience; we not only had a wonderful feel for the boat, spending a whole day cruising in Lake Washington but also visiting all the amazing Seattle spots that Rob recommended. Rob put no pressure on us at any time; we felt he was a genuinely good guy who cared about his customers and wouldnt oversell anything unless he felt there was value to it. Being newbies in the boating world we didnt know what to expect from the pre- and post-sales process either. The support from Rob and team has been amazing. Our boat is now at Sundances marina in Portland where its being taken care of by an incredible crew of hardworking and honest people. As any boat owner would know, issues do come up, even in a new boat. However, we are really impressed by how quickly Rob and the Portland crew have addressed these issues. A year down the road we are very happy to have met Rob and the Sundance team and would recommend them to anyone looking to get into boating.

I had a great experience this summer at the Seattle office of Sundance Yachts when I bought a new Jeanneau NC 895. Ive been a sailboater for about 60 years and this was my first powerboat, so there were lots of new things to learn. Rob Everett handled the sale for Sundance and he was terrific -- always friendly and professional, and he understood I was anxious to get out on the water before the end of summer. As far as Im concerned, he went above and beyond -- volunteering to take the boat through the locks to temporary moorage on the sound late at night after a full day of work to meet my timeline. Then when my schedule made it difficult to get the boat across the sound, Rob stepped in again and offered to use one of his weekend days to drive it over for us. And hes been a great resource ever since we took delivery. I have been very pleased with the boat and really cant say enough about how good Rob and the other members of the team at Sundance were to work with. I highly recommend them.

This place over-promises and shows no follow through. I bought a brand new boat and the first time I drove it was already full of sewage that I had to personally pump out. Do not give these guys a dime until your boat is PERFECT. We bought ours and didnt take possession for many months. It was thousands of dollars we spent every month while they delayed and couldnt get their act together. Lots of smiles and no ability to deliver.
