They tend to close early even when theres people knocking on the door as their locking it so dont trust the closing time

Each staff member is friendly and the glass appears to be blown by a highly skilled blower. Be sure to ask for an incense burner for $5, or get more bang for your buck and get 3 for $10.

This smoke shop has some wonderful customer service, except for the short Asian guy that rushes you, making you buy things you didnt want just to appease him. But aside from him theyve got some good prices and just about whatever you want.

Best service, best prices, always greeted with a smile. The only place in Seattle that I shop. Ive been going here for over 6 years and never had a issue with customer service or price. This place has the largest variety of high quality products and offers very competitive prices and even loyalty discounts if you visit often. They will work with your budget, are highly educated on all the products and proper use of them. The staff is friendly, extremely open and non judgmental of their clients. Ive never seen such a large variety of what most smoke shops are ashamed to sell so its hidden behind the counter and the patron has to uncomfortably request it. Ive vendors been told no by many and its almost insulting. Anyway, love it here. Great quality, variety, prices and amazing staff.
