Loyalty card. Prices listed are based on requiring you to utilize a free membership in exchange for giving personalized identity information.. name and phone and address. They they utilize the information to make money. The savings isnt actually much at all, they just Jack up the price for non members and pretend you are saving money.

Your employee was extremely friendly and thorough. She taught me how to navigate the store. Shes also really attractive and I would date her if my girlfriend didnt mind.

I spoke to Nick, who enjoyed introducing me to Ryes. I asked about Bourbon. I found myself asking whats the difference (didnt say I dont care) and he explained and I left. But not before scoping out some of my favorite imported wines, specifically Argentinian reds, which are half the price at Trader Joes.

Been going to total wine until they dishonored thier return policy, was expensive as h+++, and gouged the Texans water during the storm ($20.00 for a case of water and, fortunately, the same night we found out was the last night we bought from them) Im so happy I went to your place. Sam and the other man with curly dark hair (sorry I forgot your name) were so friendly and professional. I love you guys. And FAR better deals than total wine. Please dont change.

At least at BevMo one can find great wine selection, friendly service from helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dont think price is much better than other options we all have. Its one stop shopping for preferred wine and liquor. Plenty of party supplies if one needs it. It could be an overwhelming experience if one is undecided and dont know what one is looking for.Generally BevMo stocks great selection of alcohol products. They run two for one in select wines of various ratings and price points. Include your loyal customer discount and perhaps $10 off spending more than $50 or $75 at most times (coupon only) one can some descent wine for few weeks.They have added Friday wine tasting event. Impressive selection of vodka, gin, whiskey, scotch, beer, wine and other liquors.

Had an issue with shipt and delayed delivery by 6 hours so I drove down to see if I could cancel in person. Veronica the manager was incredible helping and refunding everything. The poor cash register was beeping like a tachycardic patient lol

As with most of the BevMo stores, this one is very nice. The stuff is very friendly and things are very easy to find. If you cant find something, the staff will be more than happy to help you out. They are also very solicitous of me as Shipt shopper and always show me courteous attention.

Its alright, but Total Wine has better selection

Not awesome customer service when I visited 12/18. First, when I called to see if a product was in stock it was clear this request was outputting to the person on the phone. Had to plead to get her to check. Then when I got their the cashier got stressed and yelled at everyone to form a line ...there were about 6 very polite people waiting patiently, not an ungodly avalanche of customers like he made it out to be. Then when I got home the food i had purchased was bad when I opened the package... hmmmm ... thank goodness the beer was okay at least 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fair selection. A little pricey. Weirdly has quotation on the wall by infamous(?) drinkers. Quotes Martin Luther on god and beer. Strange to use an anti-Semite leader of a religious movement/schism to inspire folks to buy alcohol. I prefer Top Wine for selection and prices—especially with local and microbrews.

This place has evolved from then and through focus, determination and commitment to customer service has gotten even better. There is only one place I go for specialty and allocated beer and spirits and thats Grape Press Liquor.

Dont need a wine an beer supper store anywhere around here. Go back to CA

The store was in great shape despite the current conditions: well stocked and not too crowded so it was easy to socially distance ourselves. While we were waiting in line to check out, a local Lagunitas rep spotted that we were buying their hop water (which is delicious) and gave us some serving tips! Its great to have this store so close to home.

Lots of booze for mid range to high prices. There is nothing fancy or inspiring about this store. Well trained staff. You can easily get in and out within 10 minutes. Parking is easy!

Im always impressed and intrigued by the selection at BevMo. This one is no exception and you can probably find something youll like or even something you had no idea existed. Usually, theyll have good prices on cheaper (but not bottom-shelf) liquor, which is topically what I get. The staff here always impress me as well-they are always looking to help. I definitely recommend this place-get the club card as well. The only because is that its s big chain, but Ill bet you already knew that.

Fantastic selection and great prices if youre a BevMo member. They have a decent selection of beer in the cooler but most are placed on shelves in the store. They do however add a sign next to beers on shelves if they are added in the cooler. I thought that was a good idea! I did run into an issue that the price at the register rang up different from a sign but the store manager was quick to honor the price advertised. I would still recommend!

Very large selection of beverages. You can get mixers and snacks here as well. The guy checking me out was awesome. He have me the member discount on a six pack of beer when I want a member after I told him I was from the area but had never been there before. I plan on returning here for my future alcohol purchases.

Horrible customer service. Called asking about wine boxes- and Julie said they wont hand them out. Im a regular customer in the process of moving and I will not be returning here to buy anything again! I will be taking my business to locally owned shops from now on that use common sense and better customer service.

Exactly what you expect if youve been to a bevmo. Be warned lots of drunk college kids visit this location on weekend evenings, but the staff here know what theyre doing.

Pricey but a great selection of adult beverages (and snacks!) with friendly staff willing to help find discounts and the exact right product for you.

Do not do the order on line and pick up at this store. I did and got shorted on the items i ordered 2 of, just got 1. Also sone items were wrong and some alchol not the levei within the brand i ordered.
