This is a rare find for up north. It’s dedicated to African/ African American hair and has all the products I need for my hair texture. Unfortunately Sally’s, target, and Walgreens doesn’t stock enough products for 4C hair. It was very organized so please don’t pay attention to the reviews saying that it is not. I step inside this shop and immediately the women who always works there makes me feel at home. If you don’t like what they have please do not leave a bad review as this is the only hair store I can go to, in order to get all the supplies I need for my 4C hair.

This beauty shop was awe-inspiring. Their employees were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about their jobs. I always enjoy being able to see my family and friends again at this beauty shop. Ill let them know that the services they delivered were amazing. I am very pleased by how they handled the operation professionally and without any issues at all.

I wish there were more shops like this one in the northwest. There are plenty of minorities living here. Basic beauty shops dont carry certain products that are for melon skin tone, hair. Love this place. Friendly and calm employees.

The owner of the salon of the store is very helpful shes nice shes genuine shes understanding she knows your needs before you I mean even if you dont know what you want she descends and just look at you when she offered different suggestions and things I mean Ive been on here for about two years and I love them a lot is more than just a store as a family story its their store of character to help women or anybody keep their confidence in themselves and can kill that make them look at it and I really appreciate unlimited hair supply.KKatherine

I wish this business the best. The plus is they are friendly. They tried. I just cant rate them higher than a three. The place was clustered and disorganized. The owners were obviously taking care of children (number unknown) while running the business. The children were everywhere. Everyone seemed to be doing their own thing. Im not sure what the male looking person was doing on the coach. I think he was sleeping. This was offsetting.There was just too much going on and it had nothing to do with running a business.I left worried about my payment. I thought they got it wrong. I did confirm with my bank that it was right.I also left smiling because a toddler was pushing on the door and gave me an adorable glance. He had to be moved from blocking my path.So,I wish them the best and hope for success. Ill return. I want to give them a 2nd chance. I just hope they learn to manage things better in order to create a professional environment.

Be VERY CAREFUL when you shop at this store. I bought a package of hair extensions and rollers. I came back two days later to return the UNOPENED UNUSED items. The clerk said No returns, only exchanges. This policy was not on my receipt. I was not told at checkout. There was not a sign in the store. The clerk offered no help. A call to the manager, Aster, went no where.I understand when a store has this policy but they should make it very clear before a customer buys. I will never shop there again.

Great place to get a haircut

Alexis is a great hairstylist- she is quick, thorough and gives great advice. Highly recommend! Also the supply shop is well stocked and has good service.

Beauty supply is cluttered & unorganized. Offers only a minimal amount of variety. Lacks top products and is over priced. Conveniently located off the freeway but not the best boom for your buck. Prices inflated heavily for area.Worker not knowledgeable about products.

Customer service was ok. but their product is 👎🏾. I was so disappointed in the product. I got human hair last week and guess wut, I would say it wasn’t even a human hair. I can’t believe I paid that much $ for that pieces. In general I don’t recommend to get human hair from this store. It’s fake!!!

I got a haircut and set by Nesha and I love it. She is really nice and knows whats shes doing. Im definitely making her my new hair stylist. The lady was nice but she was easily distracted and would hold a full conversation with someone else she was talking to . Her prices are way to over priced as well especially for a store that had one aisle for hair products, being here wasn’t a pleasant experience.
