I highly encourage more males to consider the Lash & Wax Boutique for their additional grooming concerns. I recently had my eyebrows waxed at one of their salons and it received an immediate positive reaction from my girlfriend. I will definitely continue to get my eyebrows done at their salons. It is an unforgettable experience with gratifying results.

I used to get my lashes done here a while back. I remember making the commute all the way from Tacoma just to get my full set done here. On Fourth of July weekend I was checking out, I had booked for a fill and was charged full priced. I asked the owner why she was charging me full price when I was just getting a fill that took less than an hour to do, she responded and said if you don’t feel like you have to pay for a full set, it’s complimentary but you can never come back here again. I was appalled by the response and said ok. Why would I come back to a place that I’m not welcome to? Especially I’m making an hour commute just to support your business. I would never forget how the female owner handled the situation and this is why I reminded myself to write this review! Hope all is well during the pandemic and you humbled yourself. Just a total disappointment!

Love the entire staff here at Lash and Wax in Green Lake they are amazing! My new set of eyelash extensions look phenomenal. Everyone compliments on how good they look and I cant complain, I am obsessed with them too!I was that girl who would eye roll an eye lash extension because some looked so bad... I can see glue or lashes were overly stuffed on one side more than the other, making them look un natural.... Or friends telling me they made their real lashes fall off, now I just need them, thinking what a waste of money...right!Well thats all out my head now, I have had these lashes for three months, let me tell you with the proper care and the right experienced lash professional there is no need to worry what I seen and heard anymore.I will be coming back for my refill!

You have to have your eyelashes done by Nicole she is simply amazing. So give her a call I just love my eyelashes.

First appointment for a full set was okay. I switched lash techs this time because the last person was breathing heavily in my mouth/nose the whole time last time and it’s was hard for me to breathe. I was hoping the next person would be different. Next fill was SO PAINFUL. She put hydrocortisone cream on my lids to help relieve some of the pain. My lids are on fire still. She said it was a new bottle of glue which is powerful and that’s why my lashes were sticking together and I was in pain. It wasn’t just that though. She had to tweeze my brows off of the tape she put on them. She brushed my lashes so hard that the skin under my eyes is still red. I’ve had my lashes done for years and never had a bad experience. Twice in a row at this place is too much, especially on such a sensitive area, my eyes. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Ive been having eyelash extensions on and off for 5 years now and this is the best place I have found the price is also right compared to anywhere else Ive gone the people are very friendly and Ive only had eyelash extensions hair and the quality is wonderful Im quite sure it would be so with other services as well highly recommended

My mom used to see Carol for her lashes years ago and last fall, after moving back into town she finally convinced me to hop on the bandwagon. I must say, after seeing what the lash craze is all about I am NEVER hopping off. This place gets the job done. At this point, I have had my lashes done by every technician at the Greenlake location and now at Queen Anne too. I never leave disappointed! All of the girls are obviously knowledgeable and well-trained. I can trust that by the end of my appointment Im going to look amazing. For anyone looking to get quality lashes done for a reasonable price, I HIGHLY recommend The Lash & Wax Boutique! :)

I have never been treated worse than I was treated today at the lash and wax boutique. I made an appointment for today March 24th at 10:45. I received a confirmation email on Tuesday March 22nd which I responded yes to. But then I showed up for my appointment and they gave my appointment away and rescheduled me for a different time, day, and location. I was stunned. Their responses were, I dont know why we did this but there is nothing we can do. Oh well. But you can have $15 off your next appointment. Really???? If I had cancelled they would have charged me $35. The absolute worse customer service I have experienced. I will never go there again.

The ladies are friendly...I loved the eyelashes but the came off again ....will not return ...neaith will my other 2 friends.. because they noticed why the eyelashes start to fall off before your fill your real eyelashes comes off also...so FYI for people getting them in the future...I do appreciate the ladies help but reath do them my self for way cheaper ...you can buy ith mink lashes off AliExpress and watch a YouTube video...
