(MOST OF the) Folks there have been nice and helpful...usually find what I am looking for when I drop in.Update: Today I went in during one of their events. I had already planned on using my $10 off $30 coupon. I went in to get a facewash ($15.49), and decided on buying a hand salve ($22) after testing the sample out when talking with the promoter for the Seed Phytonutrients, since I have eczema on my hands that flares up in the winter. I figured why not?? Prescription eczema cream doesnt work for me.She kindly said she was going to gift me the body oil and a haircare duo, but when I went to the registers to pay, the clerk did not believe me when I said I was buying the face wash and the salve, and the other 2 items were free, so I said she should talk with the lady at the Seed stand.When she returned, she rang up me up for the face wash and the hair and body oil & spoke curtly to me and glared as if I were trying to gaffle them. Her attitude was starting to piss me off, but I still remained calm because I had my daughter with me, albeit my tone wasnt friendly anymore. I complained to the clerk that I know that Im not crazy, but whatever...and she looked at me with such irritation, but I didnt care at that point what her impression of me was.I bought them considering the fact that buying the body/hair oil ($41.99) plus the face wash ($15.40) is still a good deal with the 2 gifts and my rewards coupon plus the in store coupon they offered -Ill reiterate- despite the fact that I said Id purchase the hand salve to the promoter.This isnt the first time Ive been treated a certain way by some of the staff, but Ive always returned because most of the folks are nice, but after today Im not sure when or if I will continue shopping at the Queen Anne location. Perhaps Ill stick to ordering my items online.

Very nice, inviting space with great products. A large selection of natural supplements and body/face care products as well as great natural makeup lines. It always smells so nice in this store. Thankful to have a store that smells wonderful without chemicals! They sell natural cleaning products as well and have a really large section for babies and children. Greeting cards and a few nice gift items as well. Very walkable location right next to Trader Joes. Street parking with bus stop close. Definitely recommend this wonderful store for all your organic and natural products.Staff are friendly and helpful overall. However, not as welcoming when you need to return a product (hence the 4 stars)!

Love the selection but the girl that rung me up today was definitely more interested in flirting with other customers than ringing me up and providing me customer service. It was tacky.

Great variety of merchandise. Prices seem a little higher than other stores but for most part we can find what we need. Staff seems friendly!
