Great place to get any plumbing part that you can think of but prices are starting to get much higher then usual. Not sure if this is because of covid of high over head in the business.

Ive been here a few times with older plumbing fixture that I needed a replacement valve. Yesterday I went in to see if they had a replacement for a hot/cold for a clawfoot tub. Each time Ive been in its like a tomb and I have to stand in front of someone to get their attention. The guy yesterday didnt speak more than a few words when it told him what I was looking for, he just poked around on the keyboard and was obviously not interested or didnt know what he was looking for. I understand if you dont have the part, just tell me! Dont just stand there. In the future I will go to Pacific plumbing down the street. They are much more engaged and its a much better customer experience.

I have come here on multiple occasions. I have found that most of the staff are rude. I’m not sure if it is because they are not actually familiar with plumbing part specifics. Or just unhappy in general. Either way I will be avoiding this place and recommend the same.

The employees here were very helpful. I needed a 2 inch pipe cut and threaded on a tight deadline, and they went the extra mile to take care of me promptly.

This place has or can get pretty much anything plumbing related. Guys at the counter are helpful and know their business

Had very poor customer service over the phone here today with the fellow in the residential parts dept. Apparently asking for parts listed on the website is unheard of. I’ll find these parts elsewhere. I’ve ordered from Ferguson while working at various companies for years. This was disappointing.

Some of the counter folks are none too nice or helpful. Wish we had more plumbing supply alternatives on the south end. Pacific Supply is no better.

Honestly I hate buying from here. The prices suck, service sucks, the employees at the front desk always seem like they cant be bothered, the will calls are never ready, blah blah blah. You get much better service and better prices from their competitors. Avoid if you can.....

Walked in quarter until closing according to their business hours and went to shop. I was yelled at from behind the counter that they were closed and that were in the middle of inventory and was told to leave. I checked the door on the way out to be sure I was right - that the store should still be open - and confirmed that it should have. They locked the door behind me, 15 minutes early. Wont be shopping here ever. Customer service was worst Ive ever seen.

Had a great experience as a one off purchaser. Went in for some pipe (I needed 20) and they were one of the only places in the area that has it. Was a little nervous after reading previous reviews because Im not a high volume purchaser, but the experience was very friendly and helpful. One note, make sure you show up before the closing time. They are done as soon as the clock hits close (and lock the door a few mins before). There is no wiggle room like you get as some chains.

Best Ferguson in Washington these guys know their stuff and theyre pretty fast

Called up looking for a capacitor for an AC unit.David in HVAC parts was trying to figure out what I had. Sent him pictures.He found the part I needed, same day.Good experience.

Total crooks!!!!! I got a quote from puget sound pipe and these guys! PSP was 35% cheaper on copper pipe. Good luck with that business model. No wonder our company no longer uses them....

Rude staff, wouldnt help me identify my parts, wouldnt even touch my sample PEX I need help with. When asked me if I had an account and I said no, the service got worse. Extremely high priced, I was able to get a similar valve for less than half price from a big box store... rhymes with gome sleepo.

Stopped in for plumbing supplies. I was happily surprised they had everything I needed this time.

We went here today to purchase faucets for our home renovation - bathroom, kitchen, etc. The sales lady immediately made us feel like we were imposing and taking up her time that she didnt have. She was simply rude. She half-heartedly showed us a couple faucets and then literally walked away from us to help a work colleague. We stood there for a couple minutes and then just left.Its too bad because we came down from Alaska for two days and were excited to visit this store and make purchases today. Now, well never return because this sales lady made it clear they didnt value us as customers.Seattle is a big place. There are other places to go and thats what we recommend people do.

One call is all this is based on.. The sales guy was very quick to cut me off and talk over me every time I tried to explain what I wanted, he was not at all interested in dealing with a single product customer. Maybe these guys are the place to go for wholesale but not a retail friendly place

Horrible slow and unreliable service. There Wal-Mart of plumbing supply houses. Go to Pacific plumbing supply 5 minutes south of Ferguson. Whats the point of calling in an order two hours ahead of time and getting there and its not ready and then they pull it wrong. I hate having to go here

A little expensive, but they almost always have what ya need! If they dont its there within a day normally!

Employees always have a bad attitude and seem to hate being there, today one of the ladies brought my order to my truck via forklift and was pouting and had the attitude of just hurry up and unload your stuff and leave she didnt help me unload, just sat there and rolled her eyes looking at the sky, and answered every question with a huge sigh of annoyance and smart alec answers, every time I have to go here my mood instantly changes and I dislike every second working with them.

Absolute mess. Doesnt return calls. Bails on job with out even trying to open files. Gets mad at customer for expecting follow ups.

The parts I was looking for were twice as much as at Home Depot. WTF?

Their prices for every day people are very high. I found the same sewer flapper valve Im Amazon with overnight shipping for half of the cost.Nothing in the store has prices

Worst customer service at the front desk, waited for nearly an hour on 3 shower head parts and they only gave me 2. Took me over an hour to get here in traffic and now Ill have to come back yet again.
