I was heading home from a long road trip when my alternator started acting up. I was afraid I might be stuck in town for a while til I could find someone to replace it, but this place did it and got it back to me in the same day. And it was cheap! They also replaced a small piece that had broken due to rusting and swapped out one of my belts with a new one I provided free of charge. Our technician, Dean, was great. I wish I had a place like this back home! :)

I’ve had A1 Auto work on my Toyota Prius for the past 7 years (since they were in Burien) and absolutely love them! They always give the very best price (yes I’ve shopped around, they are the lowest) and all the mechanics do quality work. You can tell all the workers are well taken care of because they are always eager to help and there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover. Highly recommend!

Dean and the crew were great. I’m new in the area from Chicago and initially went off reviews to find these guys and the reviews were spot on, on them being fantastic. I came in with a faulty oil pressure sensor and they gave me a quote, they later called me back and said they finished it and it was a lot more complicated to do on my vehicle (Jeep wrangler) that it took several more hours to complete. Mechanics usually go by the hour in labor, but they honored my initial quote that was for less hours. Honest mechanics and great customer service.

We have been getting our Toyota Prius fixed here for almost 10 years now and have been extremely satisfied with the maintenance they have done. I’ve found that A-1 auto’s team are experts at replacing Prius batteries and charge a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Best Mechanics to get your car worked for at very affordable price.

This is an excellent repair shop to bring your vehicle for service. The mechanics are very astute and knowledgeable in most all vehicles. They are honest and reasonable with prices. Every vehicle I have owned is in excellent running condition. Many friends and family members are satisfied customers also.

Brought my car in for a tune up. Was told they needed to do an oil change for someone else before they would see me. Half an hour later i am still standing outside in the cold with my dog and the staff is walking past me avoiding eye contact. Save yourself the time and just take your car somewhere else.

Dont ever trust them for diagnosing your car problem. If you are ignorant, they will take advantage from you. GET YOUR DIAGNOSIS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE . VERY DISHONEST GUY ESPECIALLY THE OWNER .

Mechanics are very skilled but they do not schedule so if you work full-time and depend of your car this place would not work for you
