Appointments are very easy to get with very little wait time. Staff are very courteous and explain all of their work carefully, and answered all of my questions. Service is done promptly and so far everything they have fixed is working perfectly. All of this plus being so convenient to where I live has prompted me to have them do all work on my car from now on. No more Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys for my car.

Great customer service! They helped squeeze us in for a very last minute oil change, maintenance check, and tire rotation before we left on a road trip to our wedding. We were so happy they made the timing work! They also did a great job with the car so we will definitely be back.

Trustworthy, courteous, well priced. I had a low tire pressure light come on and Kai and his team were able to fit me in. They were able to quickly repair my tire and get us back in business. I really appreciated how courteous they were to both my daughter and I and went out of their way to make us comfortable... Even noticing my daughter was drawing pictures on her lap and offering her a clipboard. We will be back!

These guys are awesome, and most importantly trustworthy and weren’t looking to nickel and dime me on repairs. Definitely going to keep taking my cars to them and would recommend them for auto repair in Magnolia. No WiFi in the lobby FYI (but lots of other places nearby if you need to work while waiting).

I got a flat tire and needed a quick change so I could pick up the kids. Even though they were really busy, they were able to squeeze me in and it was a very fair price for the repair

I have had them repair my car for 2 yr. Tuesday my drivers seat was stuck in forward position. I had slid it there to retrieve a credit card between seat and console. I googled for a reason why it wouldnt move, and worst case was a $1,000 repair of power switch. I drove to the shop and a good-matured mechanic looked at it, tapped the lever and seat moved. He said dust was culprit, not blown fuse or power switch. So grateful to this man. Didnt get his name.

These guys are experts, highly recommend! They have worked on my car a couple of times now and the quality of work is always excellent.Recently, a different shop down the street messed up my alignment and when I brought my car here they had it perfectly aligned with the steering wheel straight as an arrow in under an hour.Fair prices and friendly staff, I will definitely be back!

Ive been taking my 2012 Subaru to a corporate Subaru dealership in Ballard for years. Ive had many unfortunate experiences at the ballard dealership and the most recent awful experience prompted me to search for a more reputable and professional car maintenance business. Upon my research I found 34th st. Garage. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! I didnt feel like just another money producing number for their bottom line and most importantly they are honest! Very rare to find in business these days. Especially in the auto repair/maintenance business. I am not knowledgeable about car maintenance or mechanics and often times I feel auto mechanics take advantage of those who arent mechanics knowledgeable. This place absolutely does not do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!I Like supporting Locally Owned Shops but after researching the repairs suggested by this shop & the prices Quoted, I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again.The one job that they said was NOT CRITICAL was actually the MOST IMPORTANT for Driving the Car, 2 of the other repairs NOT NEEDED & the 4th 2-3 TIMES OVER PRICED!I Really WANTED TO SAY GREAT THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I have taken my car to the 34th St. Garage for routine maintenance a couple times, and they do an excellent job! I love Kais customer service. He is friendly, patient and really good with noticing details. We were talking about visually noticing when tire pressure is low, and he could point out a car across the street and tell me that the tire was low. It looked perfectly fine to me! Its people like that, that have their senses dialed in that well, that you want working in that industry. I love that I can walk in, hes already got my paperwork pulled up, and he knows who I am. Hes good! They are always on time and do a great job at a fair price. Plus I love the convenience of the location and not having to wait in a long line. Thanks 34th St!

Kai helped me snap back on the cover for my side mirror that was lobbed off from a garbage bin. He even fixed the wiring to get the blind spot indicator working again, all on the way to the bank. For no charge. Just an excellent dude.

Very friendly, communicative staff. Dealt with Kai and Robert. They both took the time to explain the problems and give me options. Went in with brake and electrical issues, and both problems were taken care of. Ill be using 34th St Garage for my truck again in the future.

My mom bought two cars from them. One had multiple issues. We communicated with Gene, the owner, and he really went through a lot of effort to help us figure out out what the problems were. He didnt have to help us out at all, so Im so very pleased and grateful that he not only figured out the problem, but provided a full refund. I can see why they have been a neighborhood business for all these years! Thanks for the above and beyond customer service and reestablishing trust in our neighborhood garage.

There arent many places in Magnolia where one might recharge their electric car (certainly not the gas station across the street) but this garage agreed to let me plug mine in. Id have given them 5 stars if they had their own EV charger..
