Tony is a huge asset to Seattle Audi. Took my car in for an oil change and a noise in my suspension. Constantly kept me in the loop on whats going on and things they want to try to resolve the issue. Wrong parts were accidentally ordered so that delayed the process a bit but Tony was proactive, apologetic, and had solutions for exceptional customer service. Will come back for all services because of Tony and will only own Audis I buy from this dealership in the future.
Visited Audi over the past week to have my vehicle diagnosed. Reza Kosarian was very knowledgeable and thorough In diagnosing my car for an oil leak and potential faulty slave cylinder. I am really happy with the peace of mind this technician has given me with my vehicle! Professionalism is definitely apparent in this shop and I will be a returning customer! Also Graham Campbell was really nice to speak with over the phone with the options for solutions that are necessary and not so necessary based on other consumer experiences and factual knowledge and care pertaining to my vehicle! I am the type of guy that I will research thoroughly and I’m not afraid to resolve an issue with my vehicle. I’ve changed out numerous things myself from a headlight to the fuel pump. safe to say I am no longer skeptical of dealerships in general and will be taking my vehicle in if needed. Cheers!

Ive been taking my vehicle here for annual maintenance and services for 10+ years. Always treated with professionalism and courtesy. They have a nice quiet customer lounge and work area if you opt to wait, complete with desks and monitors, plus free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and snacks. You can actually get some work done.
