I moved from Florida to Indiana recently; and used Auto Shipping Group for shipping my car!! I interacted with Arnold Hight throughout the process and I couldnt be happier with the experience.Arnold was extremely helpful, polite, honest and always available ... he always picked up the phone and responded to texts, even if he didnt have any updates (which rarely happened!).There was some trouble finding a carrier initially and I had to pay more; but again Arnold was very honest and upfront about it ... and set my expectations clearly. Once a carrier was selected; it was a smooth ride ... the car was picked up on the day and (before) time it was scheduled. The delivery too was prompt, within 4 days of pick-up and again on the day and time that was promised.I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group for your car shipping needs. I thought my experience with Auto Shipping Group would be smooth, as the reviews seemed positive. I worked with Lance, who paired me with a shipper who not only made me drive to him in Bellevue from Seattle a day earlier than I requested (with a $25 “discount for my Uber ride back to Seattle), but also charged me the remainder of the price even though he was two days late on delivery. I called Lance to discuss this on the date the delivery was supposed to occur, he just said, “oh jeez, let me talk to him.” At this point, I thought he would help me, but he still didn’t. I emailed him pictures of my text exchange with the driver, who kept saying it was inconvenient for him to drive the car to me on the agreed upon date. I called Lance again when the driver arrived an hour and a half later than he said he would (this is two days late at this point). I told him the situation and he spoke with the driver. When the driver handed the phone back to me, Lance stated “just pay him the money and be done with it.” When I responded by saying that other companies from whom I received quotes warned me that you get what you paid for, he just responded by saying I should have gone with one of them and that this is how this business is run. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service I received throughout this process.

Tige was the representative handling my transportation scenario and I really appreciated his honesty and communication from the start all the way to the final day. He was very helpful and trustworthy. I definitely would recommend to use this company.The only thing I would say that was unpleasant was the driver’s attitude. HOWEVER please note that this issue is totally out of ASG’s hands. Overall super happy with the whole process.

I had contracted (i thought) directly with an auto-transport company that guaranteed a pick up date within 3 days of my request. They DID NOT honor their word, and when I asked them why they said, maam we have 1200 cars to get out of south Florida why is that MY PROBLEM? Isnt this your business? Why didnt they tell me that on the front end. So I contacted Kimberly and said can you get me a truck in 24 hours? And she did!! And my car was delivered in 5 days across the country!

I purchased a new car over the internet from Baltimore MA and needed it shipped to Portland. First time shipping. Quiet concerned, spent some time researching brokers, reading resource on the web. What I learned was, not hard to find information about a broker but was about a carrier. I could not find any information about my trucker on the web. It seems luck of draw if you get a good, dependable, and professional carrier or its the work of broker. I am assuming its both. So my review is based on my interaction with Kimberly Freiley (ASG) and carrier(Wild West Trucker) which was overall a satisfying experience for me.I chose ASG because of Kim. I chose Kim because of her responses to reviews that reflected her experience and professionalism. She was accessible and prompt to my quarries and concerns when I contacted her on the phone or through emails. Everything went according to schedule. I am only curious,ASG advertised $25 discount for online application, which I did not see on my bill.On the carrier side, the Wild West Trucker did a good job, contacted me a day before window period. Cool driver, responded to my concerns positively by putting strap on the fourth tire, even tough the federal requirement is minimum three tires as I was told by him. So the pickup and delivery went smooth without any delay or problem.Yes, I would use the service of ASG again and recommend to others as well. But do your homework, pay attention to every detail of the process and make your educational guess before you commit.

I would highly recommend ASG and UTF Transport. I was very uneasy about choosing a company to move my cars cross country because I just had a moving broker (Liberty Bell Moving) steal $2000 of our money but Lance from ASG was great, very attentive, informative and responsive. He followed up before and after. Urban, with UTF, was amazing. Called us several times with updates and got our cars delivered, in perfect condition, 3 days early. Highly recommend both!
