I brought them a simple rear end job on a collectors car and they slapped on some bumper that didnt fit. They refused to fix their work unless I paid for a new part? Now I have to find another shop to fix their mistake. Just an all-around bad business: unprofessional people delivering substandard service. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
While I have had the misfortune of sustaining damage to my vehicle on two occasions, I have had the good fortune of having the repair work performed perfectly by Roosevelt Auto Body - Collision 1 both times. I recently met with Christian who was straightforward in providing a very fair estimate. He and Ashlynn communicated with me clearly throughout the repair process, which was expeditious. Their professionalism was much appreciated and I would highly recommend this auto body shop.
I love the advice and helpfulness of the staff. I live in the city and have multiple dings. The estimator just advises me to detail the car and accept the dings. I needed common sense, not a body repair shop! He made no money but he kept me from wasting mine.
Lady at reception was nice but they weren’t accommodating. Blamed the insurance company for not being able to help me but in facts ( I verified) they have the choice to help or not. They sent me off without even wanting to see if they could help.
Very professional experience and got my car back 2 days before insurance said I would. Car looked better after I got it then before I brought it in. Highly recommend this shop. The manager Christian answered all my questions and helped through the process.
Friendly staff, good customer sevice... they work really well with our insurance company.
Could not be happier! My car was scraped along my two left doors. I got my car back and it looks absolutely perfect! I got multiple calls updating me on the status of the repair, they handled everything with my insurance, and my car is now perfect and clean!
AVOID at all costs. They lie to you, unashamedly so.Heres my experience:Firstly, the person working at the desk lied to me on the phone about when theyd be able to service my car (they said within a week, and when I showed up the next morning, it magically changed to two weeks later). This was NOT due to waiting for parts or anything reasonable of that nature. They just flat out lied to get me to an estimate.Secondly, when I brought this information up on the phone having called them to do the service in spite of this, the person working at the desk lied again, saying he never told me this information.Thirdly, when I pointed out he in fact did, that it was okay, but just to be more accurate when talking to customers, he hung up the phone! I called back and left a message offering to talk about it, never received a phone call. They are staffed by children. If you want to be treated with respect, AVOID.
If you want bad customer service – they are the one for you!!The unfortunate part we had 2 accidents in the family within a month. With the first vehicle after getting recommendation from All State (yes calling them as well to let them know how bad they are). We took the car in, completion took one extra week that initially estimated. We attempted multiple calls, as no one returned our calls trying to get a time frame on when repairs will be done. At the end, they did most of the work (see more below). At one point I had to take over as my wife had enough dealing with them…. When my daughter got into an accident, I decided to give them another chance against my wife’s advice (I am sure no one else has mad that error). Rinse and repeat -- over-promise and under deliver in many ways with frustrations, delays etc. To pour gasoline on the fire, we made another appointment for the first for them to complete the work after over 1 month of waiting and calling when the part is going to be in. Dropped the car off the night before the appointment – and what can I say, after leaving messages with non being returned, got a hold of someone the following business day informing me that no work was done to the car – ohh - we didn’t have you on the schedule and we didn’t call you… Let’s put it this way – you may see great reviews, they did a decent job with the repairs (I think?) – but at the end of the day for me being someone with a lot patience – None was left with lots of time being wasted on my end! So again, if you have extra time on your hands and you are looking for some poor customer service…. This is your place! We took the car else were for the work to be completed.
Man I love this shop. I have had to come here way too times. But every time it has been outstanding customer service. And the biggest perk is my car comes out perfect.
I took my 2003 Subaru Forester here recently to get my lift gate fixed. Adam examined the car after I walked in and worked up the quote quickly then reviewed it with me and told me it could be scheduled the next week. After I picked it up it looked like new and the gate even closed better than before, which wasnt part of the original problem but a welcome bonus. I didnt really need updates, but they werent forthcoming with letting me if things were on tract so I had to be proactive which is fine. This is my second time here, the first was when I totaled a gmc and thankfully this time minor repairs . I am also impressed with the size and professionalism of the shop. I will be going there again!
This place had really great ratings so I chose to take my car here. I put my car in there a month ago and still have not gotten it back. The lady at the desk is sassy and unprofessional. I would definitely look at other auto body repair places before putting your car into this one. You will have appointments after appointments that space out 2 weeks and be waiting for your car for a long time.
They are quick on getting the necessary parts. Adam went over the whole vehicle with me in the beginning and explained clearly what happened and what was needed. I appreciate the follow through with arranging for a rental vehicle. I am satisfied with the full and clear explanation. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up.
I just had a damaged bumper repaired on my 2011 CRV. A number of years ago I had passenger side collision damage repaired on a 1998 Civic. On both occasions the repairs completed were perfection. There was no indication remaining that the cars had been damaged at all. They take pride in their work and it shows. Office staff are helpful & the estimate was fair & exact. Each time I received my car back way ahead of time. And, my filthy car was cleaned spotlessly inside & out! Ive referred many people to them & will continue to do so. Great work! Thanks!
Repeat customer over past decade, always great. This time the estimator did a complimentary fix in the parking area with some compound etc.. great quality and honest folk. Highly recommend this business. I will never look elsewhere.
I selected this shop because of the reviews, and am very pleased with my choice. They were polite, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. My car was finished sooner than I expected, and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Collision 1..
Very nice helpful staff, fair prices and quality work.
These guys are really awesome hands-down: I got into my first minor auto accident and went to them based on the reviews on Google. They were kind, professional, and provided excellent service from start to finish - They made all the paperwork & process with my insurance company easy and when they were done with the car, it looked New! The paint job was excellently done (no difference in color whatsoever), and they also washed the car & cleaned the inside as well! The only downside was that it took a full week for the repairs, but this is the average repair time for other repair shops as well. If youre looking for a great auto repair shop, Id highly recommend Collision 1 as these guys are really as good as all the reviews make them out to be.
I had some damage on my car from an accident I was in. They did a pretty good job up until it came to the replacement of a rim. I was told by the guy that quoted me and I think his name was chris. He told me they would call me when the rim came in and I could just come in and they would swap it out. Only to find out that when it came in that they would have to send it to a 3rd party for a 24 hour period because they dont do rims. So now its gonna cost me a days rental and 2 days that I have to get off work early? I kinda feel lied to. Because its not like he would have forgotten that the only do rims through a 3rd party. So I wont go there again and probably wont recommend them either.
Apparently VW has 3 different blacks, and after our replacement bumper came out a different color from the rest of the car, they quickly scheduled us to have it redone. It only took about a day and a half, and when I picked it up for the second time, Jacob was again super nice. He thanked me for allowing him to make it right. Id be surprised if anyone will ever be able to tell its not the original now.
Ive been a customer twice. The first time I had been rear-ended and they fixed everything within a week. 2nd time, wasnt so great. Someone pulled out in front of me so front-end damage. The front bumper never got put on right. I took it back and its still not right and now is falling off. They have a deal with enterprise rentals and have rentals on site which is convenient.
Last month, Adam lied, cheated, and threatened my partner and I. Dustin, the owner, was worse and actually called the police on us for I still dont know what. They cut our bumper in half without checking with us first and then tried to say we brought it in that way, lied about the total damage of the car, claimed nobody else will even touch your car, and lied about a contract giving them permission to do so. Adam threatened to keep our car unless we paid him $400 for the labor of the free estimate. We are in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possibly small claims court for our destroyed bumper. I would stay very far away from this place.Quoted at $3,600. Got all work done for less than $500 elsewhere.
This place went above and beyond, my vehicle looks better than it ever looked. I am very impressed on how clean it was when it was returned. I didn’t have to worry about the update because it was in and out when they said it was done.
The team at the Northgate location made the process smooth to get my Ram 1500 repaired back to like new. The paint match was excellent and the car was detailed when I picked it back up. It looked like it never happened. Hassle free! They helped coordinate a rental vehicle ready for me to just drop off and pick up on my lunch break. They worked with my insurance and were on my insurances list of preferred shops. Initially I was not satisfied with the hood adjustment as the gaps were off by about 1/4. Adam had me bring it back in the next day and was fixed same day. He even dropped me off at work to minimize the inconvenience for the hood adjustment. Adam and his team took care of me and I will be back if I need further body work.
Very good at communication and explaining everything. Cordial.
After reading so many positive reviews I was happy to use Roosevelt Auto Body when another driver hit me and my insurance had recommended them too. Unfortunately, what I got was evidently VERY different from what others have experienced. Very poor communication (definitely did not get the 1x/week updates I had asked for on their contract and repeatedly was told someone will call you only to hear nothing), constantly changing estimates of when the car would be done, and the end product appeared to be the minimum required. The interior of my car had heavy dust everywhere except the major surfaces and the repaired portion was greasy, like it had an oil cleaner applied. I will not go back to this shop and would not recommend it.
Professional service and great job on the repair of my car which was tail ended. Done in just 2 days. They made an estimate without tearing down the bumper of my car. The quoted cost is very reasonable. Once done I paid nothing more and the car was cleaned too. Before I went here I went to a shop along Aurora Ave. the owner said they have to tear down the bumper before they give an estimate. I walked away luckily I found this shop.
The personnel were really helpful. They communicated very professionally and kept her updated. The business did what they said they would do and I was satisfied with the workmanship.
I am giving a star to write some thing, the worst costumer service I have ever experienced here, my insurance company gave them my car for repairing and before repairing the manager said they will repair the car the way it was before, but after repairing I just hat my car because I noticed a lot of deficiencies the bumper, front lights and hoods are not placed properly it has much difference than it was before, I showed the car to the manager but he was making excuses unprofessionally The lady at the front disk is very unpolite and unprofessional. I would definitely look at other auto body repair than putting my car here, the other thing is that You will have appointments after appointments that space out 2 weeks and be waiting for your car for a long time, if time, costumer service and your car are worth it for you so please dont go their!!!
We took in my car with an estimated $3,500 worth of repairs. They said it would be ready in a little over a week. After a full week, we called to see what the status was. They told us they had not done any work yet because the insurance had not approved the work. When we called the insurance, they had told us that Collison 1 called to tell them it was a total loss. After that we decided we wanted to take our car to another body shop. When we called them up to ask if we could pick our car up, they finally told us the truth. They had already performed a tear down and found an additional $500 worth of damages. I am totally fine with that, but this was never communicated with me. And instead they went behind our backs to tell our insurance that it was a total loss. After 2 weeks of waiting it turned out the value of our car was $7,500... not close to being a total loss. Not once did Collison 1 reach out to me about a status. After over a month, we finally got our car back.
Talked to one of the guys in the shop about fixing the driver door on my Subaru. He was very friendly and gave me a basic eyeball estimate, then took me inside to schedule an actual appointment to get something on paper, which I did through the receptionist. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist had no record of my appointment (despite me literally watchiyher type it in), and said there was no time for me to be seen that day. This was on a Friday, my only day off during the week, so not only were they closed the next two days, but I had no time during the rest of their work week to schedule anything, and it was quite urgent, so I was very upset. Will not return to them in the future.
Am in Seattle for only a couple of days and scraped & dented my brand new car on the lower drivers side. Took car to Roosevelt auto repair and they popped the dent out in 5 minutes... no charge! I saw their positive reviews on google search and agree that they are great! Thanks guys!
Great service from the crew at Roosevelt. I felt very comfortable in this environment which is not common as a female. Thank you!
This place had excellent reviews, so I thought a drive from Kent was worth it, but I was wrong. Heres why:- Told me over the phone that they would provide a rental car, they didnt, costing me several hundred dollars more- Said theyd call me twice a week for updates, they never called me at all. I had to call them serval times, each time saying someone would call, before someone finally called me with an update. This happened multiple times.- Continual bad time estimates, costing me extra money on the rental car they said theyd pay for.- Paint work was sub-par, the estimator insisted that it just needed a little wet sanding and had me leave the car for another few days. (To reiterate, I was coming from Kent, so this was a huge inconvenience.)I would not recommend Roosevelt Auto Body. You will receive poor communication, bad time estimates, and only fair work. Definitely not better than new as they claim.
These guys followed through with their customer service. They worked well with our insurance. Provided great quality service and repair. Thank you.
Very satisfied with the quality of the repairs. The staff were very kind and they were great.
Busy place but they did a great job fixing my car.
I have had a lot of work done at this shop Dodge trucks, two of them, Honda Pilot, Escalade, Impala, Challenger SRT, and even had a ZX14 motor cycle painted there. I have always been more than satisfied with the work and having it done in a timely manner, Adam Dierick has been very helpful and always tries to do the best he can, to make us happy, Shelby is very good at her job and is always understanding. The workers in the shop are very good at what they do. I always send whoever I can to them, because they will always work to make the damage like it was when it was new, also because there is no B.S. going on. thanks all. Michael Byrne
They are playing there..they dont know what they want to do...dont go to this place..Unprofessional front desk
They lied about being open on the weekend and after a week, there was still no work done on it. The car was left damaged on the inside and they took no responsibility. The cap to one of the locks on the door on the inside was intentionally screwed off to retaliate against the fact we did not want to get anything done there after they lied about being open on the weekend and after a week, they still did not do any work on it. DO NOT COME HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
Good place and good people
When i picked up my car, it looked like a new car. Not only did they negotiate the cost with my insurance company so it would not be totaled but it was was cleaned inside and out.
They step up to the plate when you need them!
The premier body shop of N Seattle....
