First time there! Great prices and selection of all things Asian foods! Lady in seafood department very unpleasant! Clearly ignored me for a few minutes until I finally dared asking to order something! I got two pounds of shrimp, and she virtually slammed it on the corner of counter with a loud Here! I am all for showing my support for Asian businesses. But I hope to have a better experience next time! Cashier was very friendly! ✌

This is where local Asian restaurant owners shop daily during morning hours to pick fresh produce of the day. It’s no super market where produce is refrigerated and misted every few hours. Here one gets fresh pick from the boxes the produce is shipped in. Not all produce is of highest quality. Generally it’s hard to find fresh firm eggplant or peppers or cauliflower. Quality perhaps is not of grade A. Price do match the product quality.Fresh mangoes and other fruits in season are reasonably priced. One can find a variety of produce that generally are not stocked in local grocery stores.Worth a visit to explore? Yes, if one haven’t been here. It’s worth the time that generally gets rewarded by cost savings. All cashiers are friendly, prompt and courteous.

Probably the best prices for Asian ingredients that I can find in the Seattle region. Meat is dirt cheap and not questionable at all. Theres a wide variety of vegetables that you can pick out.

My wife tripped over a box which was left in the aisle as she was looking at product. We are thankful she was not hurt. Instead of checking on my wife to see if she was okay the owner scolded her, “You need to open your eyes!” I hope they will correct their negligence so no one will be injured. I doubt we will do business here in the future.

Great place for Asian groceries, but the streets around it are lawless, and after the city replaced a right hand turn lane with a new bike lane going up King St onto 12 Ave S., the congestion is intolerable. Sadly, we now primarily go for our Asian shopping in Burien or South Center.

This place is pretty amazing! They have a huge selection of vegetables and if you are a fan of asian butcher cuts, the meat here is of the freshest quality. This place is always a part of my weekly shopping rounds around the Little Saigon and International District. Expect to leave this place with a couple heavy bags for around $30, which is quite the deal living in this very expensive city!

At the edge of the International District is this unpretentious 7 days a week market for all your grocery shopping, all more than 20% cheaper than at your fancy supermarket chains. A canopy covers a courtyard with dozens of crates of fresh produce, and the main hall has counters for fresh and frozen poultry, meat and seafood. As befits an Asian market, there are organ meats and offal aplenty. More than adequate parking in the underground garage you discover on the side street. More than novelty, more than value for money.

Review №45

Ive been driving past this market for decades, but finally got the chance to stop and go shopping. I was not disappointed. These folks have just about everything an Asian Market should. Theres an extensive selection of fresh produce on the exterior which does not disappoint. Inside, you can find anything from seafood, to incence, to deserts. Their canned/ bottle selection of sauces, brinned fruit and such is tough to beat. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly in this bustling, decidedly foreign market. If you have an adventurous attitude towards expanding your culinary palette, this is one place I highly recommend.

Ja
Review №47

Its truly an Asian produce market. Open air produce crates, open air butcher in the back, etc. It can be crowded in the weekend when most Asians do their grocery shopping. Floor cleanliness isnt a priority. The entire layout is fairly cramped. But at the end of the day, the produce is fairly inexpensive!

Ri
Review №48

This is a very tight and cramped store. The aisles are so small and hard to maneuver through. Most people just leave there carts and walk into the aisles to grab what they need. But then all the carts create a blockade and everything comes to a standstill. The produce is fresh and so are the meats. Prices are low and competitive. The parking in the garage is scary tight. If you own a nice car park at your own risk. The chances that you come back and find a door ding or scratches on your car is high. If at all possible I would recommend finding street parking.

I like the selection and price here. The fruits and veggies are reasonably price and fresher then most markets. For a while they took cash only but now they can take visa cards too. But as an effort to keep the prices low they appreciate it more if youd pay in cash. The building is older so it can deter some people from stepping in. I would say get over the atmosphere and you will find great groceries! highly recommend just come with an open mind. :)

Well, you do get free parking across the street and parking garage below, which is much better than trying to find street parking in Chinatown. That said, this place does have a OK selection of goods but does not carry a wide selection of brands. Basically the necessity of daily grocery and not too much specialty items. Lots of food item in its parking lot which acts as part of the store. Prices are low but not as clean as can be. Very typical Asian grocery store atmosphere.

Inexpensive and unpretentious Asian grocery market. Most of the produce you pick it straight out of the box it came in. Leafy veggies are refrigerated, however.
