Fantastic variety of ingredients to cook with, including live fish and crustaceans. They have a very good selection of teas, sake, and wines as well. Highly recommended. You should really go to this store.

Good addition to your Asian food grocery shopping. Good variety. My partner noted that Asian Family Market has a larger variety of Chinese food than Uwajimaya. Im looking for dairy-free food for health reasons and they had lots of options.I love the smaller grocery carts. Its the perfect size for me being 5 feet tall. I didnt realize grocery carts could be comfortable until I went here. Also the carts are small for my over 6 foot tall partner. This amused me the most :)

I recently moved to Shoreline and was looking for an Asian supermarket and came across this one. The market has diverse product and options for Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai ingredients and products. They also have a section where you could get fresh seafood and stuff for hotpot. The store is well-organized, sanitized and nicely decorated inside.👍 Leave a thumb up if you find this review helpful!

This place is wonderful. Great selection, prices, clean well lit environment. Asian family market is my current favorite Asian grocery store in the Seattle metro area. It reminds me of what Uwajimaya was 20 years ago. This is the store I use to judge others against. They always have the things Im looking for that I often cant find at places that used to carry them. Check it out you wont be dissatisfied.

Only miles down Aurora from Ranch 99, but lightyears ahead in terms of convenience and service! The store is cleaner and better stocked, the aisles and shelves are better organized, and the employees are far friendlier and more helpful.

Has a good selection of frozen balls that i like to come to get for hot pot. They also have sliced fish and fresh veggies. I found a nice selection if Asian vegan meats and fish balls in the freezer that was good to get for my vegetarian friend. Everything looks clean and is nicely maintained. Prices are good and so many snacks and noodles available

I gave this market a 5/5 review a few years ago. Been coming here often for groceries. However today, one of the cashiers yelled at me because I used a card to pay for herbs. She demanded that I pay cash. Id already bought groceries from them 5 min earlier, but had forgotten to grab the herbs. A little patience while I pull cash out of my wallet would have suffice. She kept yelling at me even though I presented the cash in front of her. Ive had decent experiences with Asian Family Market until today.

Its the best place so far for us to get Asian groceries - especially vegetables and ingredients usually used in Malaysia and Singapore Chinese dishes, which we couldnt find in Uwajimaya and Hmart. There are a lot of Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese and Korean food selection as well. They also sell some Chinese herbs!

Not the absolute best prices (though produce is still eons better than QFC, mind you), but they have a pretty deep selection and friendly, fast checkers. Make sure to buy your fish before 8pm (once I lost track of time and ordered my fish at 7:57pm; they still cleaned it for me but I felt bad).

Ja

It is a decent Asian market with plenty of items, but the prices are pretty steep. When your prices are higher than H-Mart or Uwajimaya, you’d better be as good as they are. I live a few blocks from the store, but can’t really recommend this place.

Seattle Asian Markets 10/10Heaven is a well-stocked, clean and organized grocery store and Asian Family Market and I’ve found my new happy place.Produce selection is excellent and wide — I was able to skip my QFC trip for the week because I found what I needed here including broccoli, jalapeño, bok choy, daikon, sweet potatoes, beautiful peppers.I was able to find my favorite Thai sauce ingredients like sweet black soy and curry base that were missing from H-Mart and a whole host of new instant ramen flavors and furikake and togarashi. The store was not full in the slightest on a Monday night and clearly marked aisles for avoiding other customers overlap made me feel safe during these covid times. The only missing item from my list were a specific Korean dumpling brand but so far I’ve only been able to find that in one store out of state anyways.

I came to this place to buy a fried fish, and when I arrive at my house I serve it to my children, one of them was not well cooked, it was something raw. I went to the store and they gave me back my money and I made a recommendation that the employee of the fish be more careful, this could poison one of my children and end up in the hospital. Check what you buy in this store. The manager 3 star for apologized and because was kind. Thank you.

The store is really nice and clean and has a great selection of products and produce. But if you are a first time customer make sure to bring your visa/debit cards because they dont accept American express and the cashier will have no problem to make you look like a fool when you try to use your Amex.
