I had the opportunity to use their service when my refrigerator broke down. I didn’t know who to call and when my friend recommend their services I was in awe with the service I was able to receive. Lee was very professional in every respect of the word. He was courteous and communicated well.

Le repaired a total of 3 of my coolers at my bar and came by on 2 separate occasions. The good is that he is punctual and usually available. But then there is the bad. The diagnosis was always the same which was that they needed freon. For his first visit, he recharged 2 coolers and it cost about $600. The second visit was to repair a beer cooler and charged $529. Make sure you get the prices up front or a copy of the pricing sheet because he kind of makes up the numbers when hes there. To top it off, one of the coolers he repaired during his first visit is no longer working.

Thank you LE for your knowledge expertise and great service, had a problem with our walk in cooler at our restaurant and called half a dozen other people trying to get an appointment or somebody to come take a look and help us out before our food went bad, after three days only one of those six people showed up and the quote they gave me was $9300 to replace our whole condenser unit, I randomly called one last phone number and ended up getting a hold of Le thuan here at Seattle commercial refrigeration repair, He was out to our restaurant in less than 24 hours and found a Pipe that had a refrigeration leak that I have now hired him to fix that will potentially save us thousands, And he has already fixed two other broken/ not working properly refrigeration units for us since calling him. Good work, nice guy fixed a few different problems on a couple coolers and freezer with ice build up.

Rude and unhelpful. Had a quick question about a repair and was hung up on for no good reason besides I did not buy the product from them but I was asking if they could repair it. I buy commercial equipment all the time and I will never give them business.

Did damage to our unit, still paid them, they never returned when they said they would, never returned messages.

So unprofessional.
