Great designs. Just perfect. But I expected much higher quality and at least some support. All plumbing is beautiful. And probably you cant get solid brass from many other places. However faucet came in with defect, support is non existent since it is just a white label resale. Vanity ceramic top is wobbly and you need to find ways to secure it to the vanity itself. Shower valves came in with just plastic caps and 0 (none) instructions. There is no way to get instructions from watermark. All in all great design with average quality and little support.

I think its a nice store, not very busy and the staff were dis interested in greeting the customer. The prices are very high, but it is nice stuff. I think I like the catalog experience better.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here! Customer service was great! Sales associate pointed me in the right direction.Rejuvenation has amazing lighting options! I was then able to perfectly match the hardware.

Before shopping here, keep in mind that this is a Williams Sonoma Inc. company, aka the worst retail company in America. They have the most outdated and ridiculously expensive shipping policies/costs and in store experiences are far from elevated. After a 2 minute conversation with an employee, I was told the store doesn’t keep anything in stock so you are forced to order and pay shipping. Oh... and almost everything is final sale. I wanted 3 shelves with brackets which cost $940 PLUS $90 shipping on top of that. Absolutely not. I’m willing to pay $$$$ for quality goods, but I expect more refined service, reasonable logistics, and return options for that money. After a quick google search, I found very similar brackets and real wood hand stained shelves for 1/8- yes 1/8- of the price. So I guess my frustrating experience literally paid off in the end.

This company has awful customer service and even worse logistics. As a loyal customer to many of the WS brands, Rejuvenation is by far the worst experience. We ordered several different items from them (about 30) hardware, mirrors, fixtures, etc. and one item was delayed. This was in early July. Since then I have received 5 emails with updated arrival dates for my order, each that come on or the day before it supposedly is supposed to arrive. When I call, it seems I am inconveniencing the team with this issue, and when I ask if there are alternatives, I get no solutions or options.

Horrible customer service. Largely ignored. No knowledge. Told us to look up prices ourselves. More concerned with vendors on phone than customers in the store. Beautiful store.

Great service, display, and selection!

Really terrible customer service, especially given COVID-19. Very very strict on their return policy despite all construction being shut down in WA state. I will not be ordering from this company again. Many other companies out there that are happy to be flexible.

As we slowly remodel our home we keep finding ourselves frequently visiting Rejuvenation. The pricing seems fair but is on the higher end. It seems reasonable given the quality. The staff is always helpful but make sure you call in advance if purchasing a large quantity because some items are limited. Worth checking out if you are into nicer home decor

They will take your money, but never send your purchase. Buyer beware.

I purchased a made to order Wrenton sofa prior to the known, widespread outbreak of Covid-19. I love it! My sofa came in the expected timeframe. The delivery service contacted me by phone call, text, and email to schedule my appointment. They were flexible with rescheduling, and left good notes for the drivers about my driveway. The drivers called as requested so I could greet them. They were friendly, courteous, and wore masks when delivering the item in our home.

Popped in looking for specialized filament light bulbs which I have seen in Rejuvenation catalog I love receiving in the mail. Was excited to see that, not only did they stock them, but there was a handy display available. I was able to light up each of the bulbs I was considering before making a final choice. While the bulbs are a bit pricey, the wide selection, kind assistance and fast-free shipping of one unavailable item made the cost quite pain free. Recommend.

Lovely stuff, but wow, the prices... If you want to match traditional designs for an older home, and cant find things at a salvage store, this is the place. Just make sure you have a high credit limit or a stack of Benjamins.

Beautiful showroom filled with high end home decors. The hardware for the doors and cabinets are gorgeous.

Lighting came well packed and fast. They look great and I was impressed with the quality and easy install. Took a little longer than expected to get the order done at the store but I suppose better that than making a mistake

Lamps and fixtures looked nice, but apparently they are only interested in selling things to middle aged white ladies, because after 30 minutes in the show room no one offered me any help. Though several other people who came in after me were immediately helped.... Oh well, I took some pictures Ill just bring them with me to a different lighting store.

Great selection of good home furnishings and fixtures. Many of their items are 19th-century-inspired modern. It is joy to browse in the store, and weve bought a few items form them with which weve been satisfied. A good place to visit for remodeling projects.

Great stuff, but the customer service by the majority of the staff is very condescending. all though i’ve spent thousands w rejuvenation, i always feel like they have others they rather be helping when i’m there.

I would like to speak with someone who can read your literature and talk on the phone. I am a long standing and loyal customer, a builder who has bought your products for years.

Their customer service is awful. Even they are the ones put the wrong product in the box they are not exchanging with the right product and not working with us to resolve and fix their own mistake. Never shop with them.
