As a pedestrian, this is definitely the best spot to watch other people try to park, half drunk, and repeatedly fail! In a city filled with impossible parking locations, Capital Hill really elevates it to the next level.If youre not ready for this, try heading down to Pike Place for a slower pace, more tourist-friendly circling.
