Ill be wearing a mask in the office for the time being, so I was pleased to find a company that offered made-in-the-USA masks tested to the new CDC mask standards. The ASTM F3502 labels states the filtration and breathability scores. Certified! Customer service is exceptional... good communication and prompt delivery. Recommended!

I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. I canceled my account with them in July 2020 in which I heard and received nothing further until February 2021... Now they suddenly claim I owe them money for unpaid monthly shipments! I tried contacting them many times by email and phone (which your only option is to leave a message.) have had. I response. So I file a BBB complaint and wow they responded in an hours time! They maintained their claim that I owe for shipments and then lied saying I hung up on them. Absolutely false! I would not recommend this company in any way shape or form. This experience makes me believe they are pulling some kind of scheme where you can’t cancel with them and run up all sorts of charges and won’t tell you until it’s a huge balance. Negative 5 star rating.Update 3/29/21: Don’t buy into the owner reply. I still have the unanswered emails I sent these clowns. They only respond to BBB complaint. Also, they claim I had a “one year subscription and some UV thing in the same box”. Absolutely not the case because that’s not what I ordered.

Their masks fit very well with the curves on the face, so it’s protective and comfortable. Thanks to their masks, our little kids don’t mind wearing masks and it’s a huge relief!

I have been wearing my Puraka Masks -- all 6 of them -- since the Pandemic began last March. My sister was finishing chemotherapy treatments, and I wanted a mask that I could wear and not worry about being with my sister outdoors. I felt that the PM2.5 filter along with the 3 layers of protection would be as close as I could get to an N95. Now, my whole family wears Puraka masks, including my sister. My son, brother, cousins, nieces, and nephews love them not only for the protection but also because there is a size and pattern for everyone, including all of the little kiddos. Thank you, Puraka, for keeping me and my family safe.

Bought this mask for my husband because his glasses were always getting fogged up and this brand of masks was recommended to me... the nose clip and thoughtfully designed face fit really help prevent that! Highly recommend for glasses-wearers (and others... got myself one too!)

I have bought lots of masks since the Covid pandemic started, but Puraka masks are by far my favorite. They are really comfortable and fit really well, thanks to the adjustable ear straps and nose clip. The N95 equivalent filter also helps me feel safer. Both the adult and child sizes are great- they are the only masks I have found to fit my child well.I did have a problem with them forgetting the filters on one of my orders, but I emailed them and they resolved it within a couple hours (at 2am!). Awesome customer service! :)I only wish they would come out with extra large sizes... maybe in the future?

We have been so happy with our masks. They fit perfectly, and are thick enough, yet very comfortable. Adjustable to your face so to not leave gaps, like so many do. Pinches to your nose for a perfect fit. And the inserts for the filters is well designed and easy to use. We take long bike rides and hikes with them on, and sometimes I even forget I’m wearing it!

Really like Purakas masks. They are comfortable, contoured to fit your face, washable (or use the UV light box to disinfect!) and the N95 equivalent filter makes me feel safer. Filters last a long time and are replaceable. Elastic over the ears can be adjusted for fit. Note, I have a small head so ordered the kid size masks. I also prefer the masks with the vents - easier to breathe and not as warm.

For me, the most important thing is to be able to breathe. Not only is it comfortable for breathing, but oddly enough when I smelled a heavily perfumed soap, I tried it with my regular mask and Puraka --- I could smell it with my other masks, but no smell at all through the Puraka. Thats incredible.

I ordered my masks and PM 2.5 filters earlier in the week, and expect delivery by the weekend. I had the opportunity to discuss my order with a representative of customer service, and was extremely pleased with her responsiveness and effectiveness in addressing my questions.This is a company that fully stands behind their products, and reputation to meet customer concerns. I was looking for masks and I found this place. They have the best seller in Aaron! He helped me a lot and made my purchase smooth and easy. I received my masks today and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, since they are really well made. The Seattle styles are made in the US and really high quality, and for the price, it is amazing. The vibrant are not made in the US, but they are also high quality. So I just placed a new order for my family.

Weve tried 5 different masks for adults and kids, and Puraka has been our favorite in terms of comfort, quality, and safety.

Love the fit, comfort, and protective features of the masks. Love the accessories like the wash pouch, the UVC sanitizer, and the lanyards for hanging the masks around your neck. Customer service is amazing. Love hearing that the masks are primarily locally made. Would love to see masks made from organic materials. There is a market that will pay a little more for this.

Our family ages 10-80 love and wear this mask, we had tried others, this mask fits our faces for a nice tight fit, material is very breathable for long periods of time the adjustable ties are perfect, nose piece molds nicely. We like the filters, would recommend trying. We are going to use the sanitizer they sell to, we got in our first order. Have reordered several times

Comfortable, well fitting masks. The valved model is very breathable. They are a little hot and hard to breath through when walking briskly or jogging, but this is honestly to be expected because this signals its actually proper filtration.

Masks are decent material and make, as are filters. However, its all made in China and warehoused in Texas. This local company isnt supporting our local economy with such a crucial product in our area. Very disappointing.

I’ve tried several different masks lately, and have had others slip off or feel too tight after prolonged wear. These masks are just comfortable and stay put. Beyond comfort, it’s nice to know they have quality filters, since it’s difficult to find effective masks right now.
