Waited 3 weeks to get a call back on a motor rebuild. No call, no email, no nothing during this time period. I ended up having to make all of the effort towards communicating with them. Finally got a call 3 weeks later and got the typical apology and was assured Id get a quote that day. Still NO quote. Called twice over the next few days and left a voicemail, no call back. Picked the motor up in pieces. Professionals huh?This used to be a great company. Ive used them for over 10 years. That being said, they are no longer the Cascade Machine they once were. I will not be going back and if production, downtime and profitability are important to you, you shouldnt either.

I would not use them, I asked them to come out and quote a job but they insisted they could quote it over the phone. When it came time to do the job they showed up and told me it would be impossible to do the job in the time frame and the price would be three times what they quoted. I ended up calling Evergreen Compressed Air and the they were able to come out the same day and complete the job for less then the original quote from Cascade if you need any work done I would defiantly call Evergreen compressed air and save the time and money.

An update. After this comment appeared we were contacted by a vice-president of the company. He made things right. I thank them.I would never do business with this company again. It took nearly three months to get the correct parts for my air compressor. The wrong shaft was sent twice and I was told when the right shaft was sent I would not be charged for either the shaft or the shipping. Six months later I received a bill. Contact with the company was frustrating and had no resolution. As I had charged the purchase, I was stuck with paying the bill. If I could give no stars I would.

Stopped in to purchase some fittings for my compressors and air hoses. I planned on spending for the best product. An older salesman took one look at me and said our products are union made and they are too expensive for you.I didnt ask for a price and didnt care about the cost. He just simply refused to sell me anything!! I walked out thinking what a Racist individual he was and I never will return there again.....What great customer service!!

I used Cascade Machinery on an emergency in the middle of the night on the weekend when I had a long shaft on a fan break.I called at 1:00 am they answered and immediately were willing to help.A crew came out within an hour and a half removed the broken shaft went back to their shop made me a new one and came back and installed it.They were done on Sunday early afternoon.What can I say it was amazing.Ive been using them for everything and will do almost everything in industry from rebuilding, maintaining, and manufacturing, and selling new.
