Love having this close by. Its one of the only places I can get iced peach green tea and their coffee is delicious too. The staff is always really nice.

Right next to the freeway exit and entrance. Perfect if youre on a road trip.I love their Chai Tea the best. Between the motel and gas station, theres a decent parking area in case you want to grab coffee with a buddy and talk in the car. Pandemic + rainy season = improvising

Good hot coffee, tea, and blended drinks. Havent tried much else on their menu, they have so many choices. When I get home very late with terrible headaches, coffee helps fix that. Being 24 hour and a way better choice than gas station coffee, this place is great.

Best coffee, best service, long wait times, huge size offerings.I love the coffee but this location is incredibly busy and has nothing to do with the service because they do an amazing job with their drinks and they take time to prepare each one but theres always a line and I wont say its not worth it because it is.It is a wait so be prepared to take a extra 20 minutes to get a perfect cup of coffee served by some of the most pleasant staff.A nice alternative to the usual offerings and very consistent and very well made coffee from The roasting process to the preparation it is all on point.Ive run the gamut of their offerings from chai soy all the way to triple cappuccinos various drinks in between including their blended offerings all of them are awesome.If youre a fan of big large servings you can get the Bigfoot size of anything and it is a all day beverage. Item pictured is a medium size theres two sizes larger than that actually three to include the Bigfoot size. the one pictured is for point of reference a grande size and theres still three sizes larger.

Most of the girls are absolutely lovely, I usually go by for the experience rather than the drinks (although the drinks are awesome!) because they are real and down to earth and will have real conversations with you, rather than the everyday customer service conversations like “how are you” and “what can I get you” and “have a nice day”.The drinks are fabulous. I generally order their red Bull Italian sodas and I’ve never been disappointed. I was getting drinks here everyday, sometimes more than once a day, until I started cutting back on my sugar intake.10/10 I would recommend them (and already have!)

My main Bigfoot is the one on Bronson but I go to this SeaTac location from time to time. The location is great if not a bit sketchy. The service and drinks are always excellent.

The coffee from here is amazing! We stopped by while traveling north on one of the hottest days on record and the employees had to work in the heat with windows and doors open and although their credit card terminal was down, the team here pulled it off with both lines backed up. The employees really held it together and remained professional and courteous plus they made us some great blended mochas. Yum! We will be back when we are in the area again.

Good coffee! The only downside is I waited in the drive through line for atleast 20-30 minutes. Not the best idea if you need to get somewhere fast. I probably wouldn’t visit again unless I see there wasn’t too many people in lind.

We occasionally stop by here during our morning commute. Its easy to get to from I5 so it doesnt feel out of the way at all. Drinks are always yummy, my dog gets very excited when he gets a pup cup.

Their red bull and lavender cant be beat! Coffee drinks are bold where the quality coffee flavor comes through the syrups! One of my fav I5 coffee drive thrus!

Need to tighten up on customer service! It took exactly 16 minutes to get my 2 Coffees, 5 minutes in the line and 11 at the window! 3 🌟for the Coffee it was good 👍

My favorite place to get coffee. Most coffee places dont serve white coffee. Its usually busy but its worth the wait.

Compared to all other bigfoot javas in the area this one by far is the slowest and most inconsistent with quality of any I have been to. I cant recommend going here unless you are desperate for a caffeine fix.

There coffee always comes out bland with no taste or flavor. At this specific one at least so they need to learn how to make good proper coffee or put some effort into making a good cup of coffee

I come here all the time and have always loved it. but the last week or so the wait times have been INSANE. of course you dont realize its an issue until you are boxed in. but Ive been in line for 30 mins with literally 4 cars in front of me. everyday. making me late for work. its super frustrating and Ill have to find a new coffee stand.

Super delicious lattes and redbull lemonade blue fizzy drink! Not sure exactly what it was since my hubby got it for himself but it was delicious. I asked for something with lavender and honey and the young lady made it into an over ice white something. I think it was white macchiato but whatever it was, it was delicious!!

Ok im from Eastern Wa., so this place is our heaven treat! The Russell Wilson w/ cream redbull drink actually give you wings. The coffee drinks are on point. My fave is a skinny iced mythical mocha. The raspberry iced tea is also berry refreshing. Im still giving 5 stars even though they have no merch to buy. I would love a tumbler from here with Bigfoot on it. Go Hawks!!

Great Service. Very different from most other coffee options. Actually the coffee is kind of secondary. Compared to the competition (which is vast) its product is sweeter and larger by the cup. Also the PNW has a thing for mixed Energy Drink concoctions. They take a Red bull and add all sorts of fruity and creamy add ons.

There was one car in front of me and I waited for over ten minutes while the girl chatted with her friends and made their three drinks. It took so long I was not able to even able to place a drink and since there was a line of cars behind me I was unable to back out. This is the worst Big Foot I have ever been to and that young blond girl needs to do her job and not chat with her friends and tie up a line when most customers are off the freeway and in a hurry. Just get your coffee from the gas station by the stand.

If I could give them zero stars I would! They have really bad customer service. Theyre so slow, weve gone to all other javas and fast paced but not this one. They were rude when we got the window we waited half hour and she wasnt paying attention to our order she was texting on her phone.

The barristas are friendly and personable, and the coffee is amazing. I have been going there for at least 15 years and have never been disappointed.

This Bigfoot is right next to the highway andbecause of that often quite busy also right next to motel 6 so usually not the best clientele and the baristas are always cheerful no matter the conditions or how busy they are and always seem to get the order right and keep it consistent so no issues as far as I was concerned just not a big fan of the location.

5 people two long lines whats going on

I am very upset about the customer service, coffee quality, drive thru wait time, and failure to inform with your SeaTac location. I was there around 4-5 pm February 28th. I had already waited about 20 minutes (only 3 cars in front of me on my side and there were 3 girls working) when I got to the window at first they told me they can’t make me my main drink I get everywhere else. So I googled a different drink I know I liked (I just couldn’t remember the combo and got attitude while I was searching) I order a 16 oz triple shot white coffee white chocolate mocha with hazelnut and almond, I had repeated my drink 3 times to make sure they got it right and still messed it up and gave me regular coffee milk chocolate and triple the flavor instead of breaking the flavors down 1 serving 3 ways. I had already driven away before I drank it and I called back to tell them about it and was told there is a try before you leave policy so if I can’t get back there right now then I just have to re buy my coffee else where. I’ve never been more upset with a barista in my life. I was already hesitant about previous encounters at SeaTac but after today I don’t feel comfortable going to any Bigfoot. I just thought you should know how they treat their customers and don’t care about coffee quality. 3 years ago this was the best coffee spot I could ever find! Now all the girls are gone and replaced with inexperienced little girls and I’m am very disappointed.

I ordered a hazelnut mocha breve. Wasnt creamy no hazelnut taste and coffee tasted burnt! When I tried to say something I was told I could pay for another one or just move along!

Service was okay, but a little slow. Wasnt offered a card or phone number system for a free one down the line (after ordering 6 drinks in one pass). She had her phone out the whole time, not sire what she was taking photos of but it felt weird when I had to give her my CC for payment.

And the first car left within the first minute or 2.Then I finally got to the window & she was on the phone and said Ill be with you in a couple minutes, like I was annoying her....no smile, no thanks for waiting, no customer service effort at all.What??? Seriously???I really hope the speed of service is not like this all the time.

Ordered a Russell Wilson drink just now on my way to work and she made it with lemonade. I would have been fine if she didnt lie to me saying it always is made with lemonade making me feel like an idiot. I just looked it up, it has no lemonade. It has half n half....not hard to check, but i had to go to work and now I have no caffeine cause I HATE LEMONADE.

If you dont mind waiting in a line to get to the drive-up window its good coffee and good drinks. Theyre also one of the few coffee places around that has not drastically raised their prices in the past few years

I just went thru the line and asked for a blended coffee dark mocha...I get handed a cold coffee. All ther big foot java have gotten lazy even my normal stand in Renton. I wont be tipping ever again and as soon as I get my free drink I wont be a customer any longer

This bigfoot is my favorite spot by far the girls are great and good at what they do unlike the renton location where they are rude, inconsiderate, slow, lazy, and just disrespectful. I gave them a four star rating on this perticular visit because even after reoeating what my order was 3 times the new barista still F^ MY DRINKLOL

Blondie in the mornings, I think her name is Eve, is awesome. I roll up to the window and she knows my drink. Very friendly, always a great smile, and works very hard to get drinks out fast. Highly recommend!

ALL the baristas are the BEST. Courteous, attentive, I feel #1 when taken care if. Smiling, positive attitudes, understanding, and many remember my usual order. I recommend SeaTac BigFoot above all other franchises I have visited.

I am a fan of Bigfoot Java...However this particular BFJ, the last several times Ive bought coffee from there it was too Hot to drink, the coffee tasted burnt and like they rinsed out my cup with bleach before pouring coffee in it...So Im giving this one a single star

Worst experience EVER!! Waited almost 30 minutes when I was 3rd car in line. When I arrived at the window, the 2 girls that was working was having a full conversation with each other. I had to repeat myself 3 time on every detail of my order-size, type, etc. When I received my coffee finally it was not a full cup. There a still a good inch of a gap between my drink and the lid. The barista would not stop talking about her high school sports abilities. This is completely unacceptable. The customer that was at the other window said something when they would not stop talking to each other. I will not be returning to this location.

I really like BF java and have had great experiences at many stands. At this stand, the coffee is excellent but have had long waits due to only barista being on duty. When I mentioned it the lady said that she didnt mind because she got all the tips for herself. While thats good for her, 4 or 5 cars pile up on both sides and her customers are forced to wait much longer. This morning, I saw all the cars on both sides, looked in and saw one barista working, and took my business down the street. 😞

Ive been here a couple of times so far and the coffee is delicious. This place seems pretty popular though, so there was a pretty long wait both times I went. Probably not somewhere to go if youre in a hurry (unless maybe you dont see a line.)
