I am searching for words to describe the lack of professionalism displayed by this business. 18 months ago I payed them over 900.00$ to install lowering springs on my 2015 Camaro SS. This didnt solve the handling problem I was experiencing. I recently installed KW coilovers myself and was horrified to find only 3 bolts holding the rear shocks should be 4 .The pictures show what I saw when inspection was done, no marks where the forth bolt should be just rust. When I asked the mgr.about this he shrugged and said very calmly that they probably forgot to install all the bolts. No no no thats not what I expected to hear. thier work put my life at risk ..... lesson always visual inspection of any work done ) always.

Brought my car in thinking I needed new brakes. They were honest and let me know new brakes weren’t needed. Could have taken advantage, but chose good business over a quick buck. I appreciate having a mechanic I can trust.

This is an amazing place! I had a flat tire and basically no time to really deal with it. They squeezed me in and took care of it so fast, I was on my way in no time. Everyone was friendly and inviting. I didn’t know how great this place was until I came in with my tire emergency, and now I will only buy/fix tires here!!

So glad to find a mechanic I trust to do good work Im a timely manner. I called to get my SUV looked at because the steering wheel was shaking so badly and they were so kind to fit me in the same day! It took a bit longer than first expected but they did such a good job at a fair price. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others.

Had a fast leak in our tire - where a nail must have come out. Our car has a security locking wheel nut, and we lost the key, so we couldnt remove the wheel either. They were able to locate the hole and plug the tire while it was still on the car, and that got us under way. That saved our day. Fun group of people, great service and great price.

Brought my car in today with a punctured tire. We were on a road trip so we were in a bit of a rush. Even though they were totally backed up, the owner squeezed us in and got us back on the way within an hour. Everyone in the shop was super nice and very helpful!

I cant say enough how awesome these guys are. I had a shop down the street strip my wheel lock key and told me to go to the dealer to remove the locks. They have a master they said. Dealer did not have a key for my wheel locks and said they would charge $180 an hour for labor to remove them. I said screw it and just remove them. Five hours later they said they couldnt do it without damaging the tire. I called Newton Bros, explained the problem, drove in, 30 mins later they had all the nuts removed and no damage to the tire. for $40 too! Complete professionals at what they do. They will forever have my business now.

I took my car here a few weeks ago to get an alignment because I had bad wear on the outer edge of my front tires. They told me they couldnt do an alignment because my control arms were shot and I needed to replace them for $800.Turns out Id just had the control arms and lower ball joints replaced about three months earlier. I did have a bad outer tie rod end on the passenger side ($20 part) which I replaced myself. I then took the car to a competitor down the street for an alignment. The car drives great now.Whether the guys at Newton Brothers were incompetent or just trying to rip me off Ill let you decide.

The Newton brothers are great! Straight forward, great deals, wont up charge you like Midas or other bigger name cooperate places. We walked in thinking we needed 4 new tires. They told us no way, we would be throwing money away and only needed two new tires. Honest, reliable and great deals. Thanks for being honest!!

Ive been getting all of my replacement tires and service here for over 10 years. Service and tire quality has always been top notch. Theyve always been quick to get me taken care and always have everything completed when they say they will. Theyre also a family owned business, which means something to me. Pricing is extremely competitive and the tires are better quality than you will find at Costco.

I went on the Next Door app and asked my neighbors for tire recommendations. Hands down, Newton Brothers won and I can see why! One of the brothers checked his inventory and it showed he had the two tires we needed, but when he went to get them, they werent there. He felt bad and called his buddy at a tire store close by for us so that we could get back on the road today. I would say that is EXCELLENT Customer Service and will go back to Newton Brothers in the future.

Our rental car got a flat tire in Big Sur while heading south. Lots of fun. We got lucky these guys picked up the phone first. They took a look at it immediately and got us back on the road quick. Brian was very nice and didnt take advantage of a couple of east coast tourists. Highly recommend.

Update, one year later. Still 5 Stars, would give more. Such a great, old-school neighborhood place. Theyll bend over backwards to make it happen for you. Sometimes tires surprise you. When they do, Newton Bros has your back.Initial review: As good as tires get, these guys are the best.

Doug & Dave are the best!! They have been my go to guys for 25+ years (I think). Never had a problem. They are busy but will work with you to get the job done. Dont hesitate to call them.

Old school shop. I shopped around considerably and they were the cheapest. They ended up being cheaper than Costco and had the advantage of actually taking appointments unlike Costco tire so that was great as well.

The brakes were squeaking, so I had them checked. They were honest as to inform me that there was plenty of pads left. After applied some anti squeak to them resolve the issue. This is the second time Ive done business with them and plan to return in the future.

Excellent service here!!! These brothers totally went above and beyond. I had an alignment done then went back after a warning light came on. The problem was unrelated to the alignment, but they diagnosed the problem and sent me the right direction.

Very professional, super fast, they explain the work that needs to be done and why. They make you feel comfortable while you wait for your vehicle either by bringing you to your home or making sure your comfortable while you wait at their office!!

Treated so well. We have a awd Subaru and had a flat. Thank God they were honest bc if we had to replace a tire, we would have had to replace all 4. They found the nail hole, patched it and sent us on our way. We were on vacation and I appreciate their honesty

Quick, personal service for flat tire. Turned out to be bent wheel while I was traveling across the state. Did a great job temporarily rehabbing the wheel quickly so that I could get to my destination several hours away and order a new wheel (rather than get stuck in a hotel waiting for a new wheel to show up).

These guys here are absolutely amazing. I very rarely take the time to write any reviews. Usually its only to warn fellow consumers about a bad product; however, not here! The staff was courteous, drove out personally to pick up tires for me located at their warehouse to ensure I got same-day installation, gave me AMAZING pricing (By the way, ANY military in the area, go to these guys! They are super knowledgeable, give great military discount and fast, QUALITY work), did top-notch work and when an issue came up with my car they went out of their way to ensure the problem was solved. I was a technician at Honda for two years and the equipment they use is truly top of the shelf equipment. I cannot stress enough how much stress they relieved from my sudden need for buying tires thanks to a serious leak I encountered. In short: they have been in the business for years, have the expertise, customer service, top of the line equipment and their work shows. Far from home when I had tire trouble a day before my sons wedding--these guys are great! They called around to find a special tire for my vehicle and then went out of their way to get the tire delivered to their store. Awesome and trustworthy--wish all my experiences were so positive.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. Ill start by saying this... I ABSOLUTELY love these guys. Its a family own shopped and it shows. They treat you like family. I had Strada rims which are annoyingly hard to find. I actually went to 4 other shops in the area. And none of them had them or tried to get them for me. I had just given up hope. As a last resort I tried the Newton Brothers, im glad I did. They did NOT have the rims but instead of giving up they called the makers of the Strada rims and became dealers just to get me one rim. You heard right, one rim. They gave me a great price and bam a weekend later my rim was here. They put it on my car. Advice me about my wheels and I was on my way.

Worst customer service ever.Lack of knowledge of modern aftermarket suspension systems from counter personal disturbing. And just tired of never having any of my vehicles track straight on the road after alignment. Will never bring any of my rigs to them again. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
