Im a new Mercedes owner. I wanted a B service performed and the car looked over. I got an extremely thorough and detailed report on everything necessary now, and to be addressed at a later date. Car unexpectedly needed tires and Roy and Nathan did everything they could to make sure that I got the car back before the weekend. Extremely professional and excellent communication every step of the way. I wont be taking my new (used) car anywhere else.

Nathan was great, treated us like valued customers despite the fact that we were just passing through on a long road trip. The team of mechanics sorted out the check engine light on our Sprinter van, handled the problem (which was thankfully simple) and could have had us back on the road in a single day. Instead he really wanted us to put a few miles on the van and come back to make sure everything was ship-shape. We came back in the morning, had a coffee, and were back on the road a couple of hours later. Great service, kind people, professionalism. What more can you ask for?

Marlow Mercedes is way over priced, this independent shop actually cost more than the dealer! Never again and once they get your vehicle in their shop they try and up sell you on thousands of dollars in not needed maintenance and repairs. Avoid!!

MarlowMercedes worked through and solved (!) the most mysterious problem I ever had in 40 years of MBZ ownership. My vehicle’s engine shut-off at 70 mph on the Interstate. No overheating, no symptoms. Fantastic diagnostic effort, repair resolution at very reasonable cost. Thank you.

Our current GLE is under factory warranty and weve always used Monterey MBZ for servicing current and past vehicles. Weve been dissatisfied with their advisors, service and cost. And its gotten worse. Several friends recommended Marlows so we made an appt for a periodic service. Nathan greeted us, discussed price conscious options and cost, provided a work estimate and completion time. A couple of hours earlier than promised, he called that the vehicle was ready, reviewed what was done and the condition of various systems. When we picked up the vehicle, Nathan provided an invoice as quoted, again reviewed services provided and even provided a new customer goody bag! We then received a follow-up email that again outlined the completed work with detailed areas of concern complete with photos that included debris in the air intake and an invitation to notify them with any concerns or questions. Marlows and Nathan is a welcomed departure from the incompetence and unethical practices that have become the norm. Their glowing recommendations are well deserved. Well surely return in the future and share our experience with friends and colleagues.

Marlow Mercedes Werks is hands down the best shop for Mercedes and Crossfires in California. They were the only shop of many in Monterey I took my Crossfire to get fixed at and they fixed it when no one else knew what to do. Every time my car has been there the service has been exceptionally great. I won’t use anyone but them.

Weve owned several Mercedes over the last 40 years. We used three different dealer service shops in Silicon Valley before moving here. After two bad experiences with the local dealer, we found Marlow. Theyve serviced our Mercedes 10 or 12 times over the last several years and always been wonderful across the board - knowledgeable service, easy to deal with, accommodating to our needs, and fair on price. I couldnt recommend them higher.

I switched from my local dealership to Marlow Mercedes-Werks in 2015 and couldnt be happier. Everyone I interact with, from Cary Smith to the mechanic to the owner and even the shuttle driver are professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. My 2001 E320 has 255,000+ miles on it and continues to be my daily driver, running smoothly and problem-free. Theyre proactive in communicating status and efficient in getting the work done. Same expertise as the local dealership, but better service/quality and fair prices.

I have been utilizing Marlow Mercedes for about 9 months. I own a 1986 560sl that required several visits prior to running in top condition. This outfit is highly professional and provides prompt, courteous, and meticulous service .I would not hesitate to recommend Marlow Mercedes to anyone who drives a Benz whether new or older like mine. Thank you Roger, Cary, Nathan and of course Charlie the owner for providing such an excellent operation. And, I might add, these guys really stand behind their work and provide amenities such as a ride after drop off -pick up as well and a free car wash with service. What an incredible alternative to the dealership. Owning a Mercedes usually means you are stuck going to the dealership for service which is always overpriced and tends to lack customer service. This was my first visit and wont be the last. I scheduled a D Service appointment along with a battery replacement very easily online and got a quick confirmation. The customer service was awesome. I was stuck without a car and they personally drove me home and came and picked me up when the car was ready. Thats amazing service! Upon completion of the service, they explained everything they covered. I have had the car for 5 years and never got a real explanation as to what each service letter meant. I just took it in when needed. They pointed out 2 other issues that needed to be addressed and explained the process and reasoning clearly allowing me to make a decision as to when I want to take care of them. I feel a lot more educated about my car now and would highly recommend them. While in there, I saw other customers who the service team seemed to know by name. All around it is a true family operated business in which the customers seem to become family as well. Definitely try Marlow Mercedes-Werks instead of the dealership. They are certified and also give you a great warranty.

Ive taken my 08 Dodge Sprinter to Marlow and number of times and will continue to bring it here for any and all service. They are extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. While Im sure it isnt the cheapest mechanic I could go to, bringing my van here gives me peace of mind that its in good hands, and if theres an issue going on, theyll catch it.
