Overall, the store seems well stocked and the employees seemed generally competent.The negative experience I had wasnt typical. Ive been to this store multiple times and was generally treated well. However, last time I was there, a person(in the pharmacy dept.) seemed upset about something. Thats perfectly fine - we all have bad days. Just dont take it out on the customer. Unfortunately, that customer happened to be me. :/

Came here late Saturday night to get ice cream, they had all the flavors and the service was great.

Wonderful Pharmacy Staff! The pharmacists at this Rite Aid are so helpful, and they are better organized than the staff at my actual doctors office. Its a really busy location so I appreciate how efficient & helpful they are even during the busy times of the day.

The pharmacy staff here is great and very efficient. The Cashiers in the front are always friendly as well.. I like this location for my pharmacy needs.

Had a bad day today. The pharmacist took off her face mask and sneezed when I was 2 feet from the counter (thankfully, she was able to cover her face with her elbow, and I was in the mask). Im taking care of elderly person with heart condition and been exposed to COVID-19 in the pharmacy is not what I wantNext, Ive been notified at last moment that medicine Ive always refilling there wont be ready until July! ). After expressing my disappointment and requesting them to contact the doctor, the pharmacist offered a substitution (which should be offered automatically!) and asked me to come back later. So another visit tomorrow and risk of COVID-19 exposure ...(It happened about 3:45 to 4 pm today if someone want to check the in store camera!!) I have an asthma but still wearing mask!

I was going to the Pharmacy and had a question for the Pharmacist but the second technician took over after my medicine got to the counter. She then got the medicine and didnt take her time and said we have it here. I said Thank you and left. Second time its happened. She didnt say anything like Thank You. She acted like I shouldnt need to be waiting. Love Rite Aid though.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this Rite Aid they are all evil and they told me that I was really fat

Store is very clean and organized, went in during the peak of pandemic. The staff was wearing face masks and had a shield at each register. The cashier seemed to clean during each customer.

Love this place. Never had issues with their staff. Theyre also a joy to talk to. They take care of business. Other Rite Aids are not good as this one. It is also the only Rite Aid that always has my coo-coo-pills. Maybe it is because of the area.

I have been w this store pharmacy for twent years plus. This time, a new pharmacy clerk is not honest- she did not go over each medicine before I left. When I went home I found out I was given the generic replacement without my doctor consent. I brought it back the next day and they refused to take it back. It happened before and Kelly the pharmacist explained to me the rule. And, she agreed to refill the prescription again and I would make another payment. I have no issue. For this time, I tried to explain to the clerk that I would be willing to pay for another co-payment. But, her lead is so thick and she took the case by herself and asked me to talk to the store mgr on Monday. Can u believe that the store did not have weekend manager. It is so dishonest. So, we did not have any medicine this weekend. It would jeopardize our health. I called back the store to talk to week-end store mgr. I have been waiting in vain for hrs on line. By the way, Kelley and Patel are the best pharmacists. The new clerk needs to be retrained for customer service.

Do not even think of going to the store and especially not the pharmacy I have had an abhorrent experience at both... as in the Google local Guide I will tell you theres an CVS across the street theres plenty of other places to go to and I strongly suggest do not ever go to the store there are racists at the pharmacy counter and will deny you service for being too fat for their whey proteins . Literally that was thrquote from the asian lady pharmacist

Caveat emptor - buyer beware. You have been warned!I am disgusted at the level of disrespect the management has at this Rite Aid for the local customers. This lack of customer service and customers are easily replaceable and disposable attitude is not becoming of a store located near other Rite Aids and various other CVS and Walgreens competitors.I would not be surprised to see this store going out of business soon. It is always dead, product never moves.Perhaps unemployment will move the management to hire appropriate department heads that can keep the shelves stocked and the lines moving. The pharmacy line tonight took about an hour.Earlier this evening I went in and witnessed an employee at the pharmacy literally arguing with a customer while 10 of us waited in line. Youd think they would open up another register right!!!If you have no choice but to go to this store, I recommend the ice cream and NOTHING else. Higher prices, which is fine because its convenient, I live right behind the place, and go 3-4 times a week due to proximity, but got there at 9:58pm to buy a gallon of milk cause I have a crying 18 month old at home asking for a bottle and no more milk and this guy tells me theyre closed. I told him all I wanted was 1 item and I had already entered the store and was 10-15 in and was asked to leave. I deal with the over priced items because of convenience but treat a customer with disrespect when the doors are open and tell to leave when Im already half way through the store and thats the last time I shop at this rite aid. Ridiculously rude customer service.

Called for simple question that was answered by other pharmacys. Apparently that is top secret info though and also enables douche mode. Dont go here, go to CVS across the street.

This pharmacy bills both my primary and secondary insurance. CVS only will bill my primary. Love not having to do extra paperwork for insurance billing. And, they are faster on my refills and prescriptions than CVS across the street.

I love thrifty. They have great chocolate malt crunch ice cream.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, they are rude and unprofessional. The gentleman on the phone should be fired.

Most of the workers I have talked to there are really nice and helpful. They also have really good ice cream for really cheap.
