Soo I went in for a phone for my self and the gy was pressed on getting somebody I brought with me on my plan not even worried about what I wanted. He was showing him all the phones and telling him what he is missing out on. Anyway I proceed to pay off my phone and he then told me they didnt have the phone that I wanted I said thats fine he said he can order it. So he ordered it it arrived at the store the next day all for it to be the wrong phone. He told me that they sent the wrong phone but I went back and looked at my order and he had ordered the wrong phone due to him being more worried about the other persons phone plan that I brought with me. After that they told me that I had to handle it and call customer service my self cause they have no option to send it back and get a new one.??????? To me that just plain lazy now I have to their job cause they messed up. Will not be returning.

Worst attention ever, also they discriminate me cuz my English isnt fluent.I have to wait literally 30mins to finally get the attention of one of the two guys, which looked that they didnt know what they were doing. I ask for costumer service because a bill problem, and the sir didnt let me finish to talk, just to tell me that I must to call first before come to the store, and I told him that I already did that, and it didnt solved anything, so I decided to aboard the problem in person. And again he didnt let me finish to talk and automatically started to attend another customer.I wait another 30 minutes and then I give up with this lack of professionalism, also in that time lapse a lot of more people came and they obviously didnt get attended.

Very excellent customer service. Staff, Chris and Sabrina, both followed through, making buying a new phone, a wonderful experience. Professional, polite, and courteous, I was really worried going from an android to an iPhone. They addressed every need and treated me like family. Staff looked over our phone plan and showed us how to save on our plan. Very caring, they shared knowledge, and made it a real pleasure to attain new technology. Best store ever to do business with. Thanks folks you made a life long customer.

I recommend the AT&T store in Seaford. Went in for an upgrade to the iphone 11 and my service was excellent. Our sales guy Chris was very professional and efficient. In fact, as soon as one of the other sales rep (Sabrina) was finished with her customer, she came over to ask her co-worker who was helping us if there was anything she could do to help him. Each sales associate at this location was very kind. Chris also made sure everything transferred over to our new phones before we left the store! We were also in and out in no time. Definitely give this store a 5 star review!

My current phones battery went up so I was forced to use my old outdated phone. I went in to the store to get my old phone activated. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful! He had me in and out of there in no time, and noted my account for when my new phone was up and running how to go into my local store to easily get the new sim card working. Thank you Alex!!

So glad to have this ATT store in Seaford. Very professional staff. The young lady I believe her name was Sabrina (my husband thought name was Samantha) either way she could work phone magic (80s tv show pun) made a very smooth transition heron my iPhone 7 Plus to the new 11 pro and was very informative on the different model’s.

I don’t want to say they lie but the staff is very uninformed about their products they sell, when the salesman said the phone is free when adding a new line and when I ask if the phone was unlocked he the salesman said yes it is a unlocked phone ... come to find out it was not and I upgraded to a plan I did not need. When I call the store all they could say was sorry...and I don’t believe she meant it.if the staff is not trained correctly then they would not be on the sales floor...I been with att for over 20 yrs and the staff at seaford was a huge disappointment... thinking about leaving att because of it.

Do NOT work with Valerie at this location. She is completely clueless on what is needed to start or transfer to AT&T.My wife and I spent over four hours working with her and she not only took two hours to incorrectly activate our accounts but was under fifty dollars of what she thought would be our monthly charge.And we only found out what our actual charge would be after we refused to move to AT&T and she did nothing to help us except to suggest us calling the retention department. The retention team then explained the monthly fee Valerie confirmed was $50 lower than what they would actually charge us.She did nothing to resolve the situation except to try and provide more inaccurate information on what we would be charged by Verizon and how they wouldnt be able to reactivate us over the phone. Her favorite line is I am going to be honest with you. DONT FALL FOR IT!!We not only were able to re-activate Verizon over the phone while in the AT&T store but it was free of charge and they gave us a significant credit to our account for sticking with Verizon but also to make up for the nightmare we experienced with Valerie at this Seaford location. Again all of which Valerie said could not be done.Please be wary of Valerie and her lack of knowledge in her field and the negative consequences that can come by her pretending to help.

Have always had good experience here but this last time was different. Was helped by Rachel I think she said she was the new district manager . But was the absolute worst experience I have had in any phone store. She was very condescending and unprofessional the whole time we spoke never addresses the issue I came in for all she wanted to do was try to sell me a new phone and talk to me about my cable and internet bills!!! Waste of my time not what I came to do .. to top it all off when I told her I had Directv she told me to cancel it and sign up under my wife’s name for a better price!!! Long story short I spent 30 minutes listening to this woman talk about herself and try to get me to commit fraud when she is supposed to be in charge of these people ?? Thanks but no thanks I’m going to Verizon for phones and I’ll sign up for fios as well all thanks to that experience with Rachel ! She should be fired not in charge of people!!!

I had a issue on at&t online with receiving my new phone and service . So on 03/05 I decided to go in the Seaford location and I was greeted and helped by associate Chris . I explained my issue and Chris waisted no time helping me my experience was great it seemed no less than 20 mins tops..definitely wasn’t any inconvenience in my day . Thank you Chris I really appreciate the quick service 👍🏾👍🏾.

Moved from Baltimore to Seaford DE in 2017. Have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. Visited this store here and received exceptional customer service on each of our visits regarding issues encountered with our old or new cell phones. These guys rock at this location. They are very friendly and on top of their game with respect to the technology from A to Z. On several occasions we have been assisted by the store manager AJ and also Jamal. These guys rock!!!
