We were given estimated ship dates of every part and fixture and were told that our choice of vanities and sinks were back ordered from the factory and would be several weeks out. We were kept abreast of our order status and everything came in before or as promised. We were able to pick up individual items as needed while our contractor was working through the project. When at the parts counter picking things up I was the number one priority. All around top notch experience that needed to be shared.
