Honestly, not sure Id come to Scranton just for this store, because there is no guarantee of what theyll have at any moment in time, but if you live nearby or are in the area, totally worth it. Got three dresses and a sweater for $190 which is really good for Boden.

This review is getting one star, as there is no zero star option.Let me pre-empt my review by saying that I love Boden and shop both the catalogue and outlet - this review in no way reflects the staff or customer service that I have received through the Boden catalogue or at the outlet store. The ladies at Boden have always been professional and wonderful - one of the reasons that I used to love to shop at this store. The issue is the new location of this store that recently moved from Pittston to Scranton.I dont live in the area, but grew up in NEPA and always hit Boden whenever I am in town to visit family - which is usually every two to three months. This new location in Scranton is AWFUL! Its **nothing** like the beautiful, spacious, and stocked-to-the-brim store that was once in Pittston. This store is LESS than 1/4th the size of the location in Pittston, with less than 1/4th of the merchandise that they used to carry. There are only two small racks of clothing in the center of the floor space - with very limited choices and sizes, with a table in front of the racks with sparse items that is swallowing up half of the floor space. The stores perimeter is lined with with some childrens clothing, womens dresses, and folded tops. All extremely limited quantities because there is no room to display merchandise. Hardly any shoes. Only two people can shop comfortably at a time in the store. Oh - and the prices have increased (ex - coats used to be $50 and are now $75).The space is more well suited for a small, shop trendy coffee shop / cafe - not a clothing store. I dont know what the thought process / desicion marking process was that was behind this, but I honestly dont think that the store in this new location is going to last. Be advised that as of 8/22/20, the photos and location that you see here are from their old location in Pittston (now closed) - they have not yet updated the information with the Scranton information nor photos of the new location.Lots of people would travel hours and from out of state to shop here - this new location is absolutely not worth the drive nor the time. You will be better off checking the online catalogue frequently for their sales - much better selection.Extremely disappointed - doubt that I will be back :-( .

Boden has beautiful unique prints on a lot of their dresses. The quality and comfort is worth every penny. I did find that this outlet was very limited with quantity but was located in an awesome space!

I made a special trip down to the store on a time crunch with two small kids in order to be there when it opened at 10 AM. Verified on the website the stores hours of operation before we left the house. Get to the store at 10 AM and they don’t open until 12 noon. Tried to call to verify, no phone number, it send you to a corporate recording. Please update your website so other people won’t be as inconvenience with the correct hours of operation. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

This little shop was well worth the 2 hour drive! The selection is random and there are not necessarily multiple sizes of a particular style, but I still found 3 dresses that I love! The best part is that all the dresses are current styles that would have cost me 3 times the price on their website. I love the quality of the material and the fun prints and patterns. I def plan on returning!

I’m so happy I found this place! It’s a gem! I drive with my friends more than 2 hours just for this cute little store. I like Boden a lot and the outlet prices here are just unreal!!!

I’m changing my review. I had a much better experience in my 2nd visit. If you want kids’ stuff, get there on Thursday. It’s completely picked through by the weekend

Good selection, but as a Boden customer back in the UK I find the prices quite high for an outlet, I wish they would price items individually. A thin summer top and a winter cardigan are hardly the same thing and shouldnt be the same price.

Super cute clothes with quirky details. Reasonable flat prices given that its a British brand and the online prices are quite high.

Very helpful staff, random picks. Put time aside for your visit, I had to pick through everything twice just to make sure I didnt miss anything!

The only Boden storefront in the US, this location is a true outlet and as such is something of a treasure hunt but there is still a wide range of amazing Boden clothing and accessories.

How does a place like this exist in a small abandoned mining town. Really cool space, good deals.
