Amazing Service. Went there today with a broken Samsung (the newest phone). He was the only one to have the parts. Went in for an iPhone XS Max screen repair. It took about 20 minutes and he wanted to ensure everything was working properly (cameras, speakers, touch screen, etc.). Unfortunately my Face ID wasn’t working after an initial repair. After collaborating a bit to find out the issue, he was able to fix it again without any hesitation or defensiveness. I frantically called Oops Mobile, hoping they would be able to repair the screen on my less than 6month old iPad. I don’t know how it happened but I had ‘spiderweb’ cracks from the on/off button to the one edge. He gave me the cost, his hours, and the length of time to repair.I was SO PLEASED with Paul’s work. The new screen is seamless and beautiful. Cost was at least $100 LESS than Apples cost. Same outcome, less cost.One last thing to mention, Paul was super professional and I had no qualms leaving my iPad with him.

Hands down the best place to get any device fixed, I was skeptical with so many 5 star reviews but the place is legit. The owner is very friendly and courteous, had my ipad screen replaced within a couple hours. Great service. Rather than taking my money he explained to me what the cost of the repair would be, that it was worth more than a new phone (of the same model in mint condition), and suggested a workaround to my problem (my charging port was broken so he showed me how wireless charging worked). He knowingly talked himself out of a sale but earned a future customer.

So far, my repair experience with this gentleman has been very positive. His prices are very reasonable; he seems honest about what youre getting from him and hes helpful with advice regarding the device.The first battery he installed on my Galaxy s8 was not quite keeping a good charge so he reinstalled a new battery free which seems to be better. Hes a little hard to find, working literally out of a hole in the wall in a laundromat but it helps keep costs down for his customers. I highly recommend him.

I called yesterday New Years Eve (12/31/2019) about fixing my Samsung Galaxy S9 cracked screen and they offer to stay open beyond 5pm planned closing if I needed it fixed yesterday. They also looked up their inventory and told me he had the parts and gave me an immediate quote on what it would take to repair my phone. I told then that I would get back to then today New Years Day (01/01/2020) and so I decided it would be best for me to get it repaired. So I called them today New Years Day to verify if open and got a voice mail. After a few minutes I got a return call from them asking how they could help. I then traveled to their office and was a bit hard to find because it was in the laundromat. When I got there he explain the process and I left my phone and I didnt have to pay anything up front. They told me it would take about 1 hour, so my wife and I went shopping for about 1.5 hours. When I got back it was done and I tested it out by making calls, tested charging, powered off and powered on and all worked great! I was told that I could bring it back if I had any issues with it outside if the screen is cracked or the phone gets wet and he would address it. I was very impressed by the reasonable price, how professional I was treated and the nice job that was done on my phone. I would highly recommend the Oops Mobile phone repair to anyone that has a cracked phone screen.

Replaced the battery in my iPhone SE in about 7 minutes on a Saturday morning. The guy was super nice and told me to come back if I have any problems with it even if I don’t have the receipt.
