Horrible experience!!!! We had laminate flooring put throughout our family/dining room, large kitchen, breakfast nook and office area. Molding was all wrong to begin with, we have cove molding in the living room and had cove molding throughout the space the flooring was put down. What we got, was quarter round. Molding didnt meet molding, where they didnt measure right, we have small pieces shoved in. We had wider molding in some places, and in one place, that molding had been chewed by our puppy, and needed replacing, instead of taking in t off and replacing it with new and correct molding, they just put the quarter round on front of it. Please, think before you use this company, I called, and actually went to the store, sent pictures and have gotten nowhere. Where the new floor meets our living room hardwood floor, there is a step up that needs a transom. I was told by the installer to go to Lowes and get one, NOT MY JOB!!!

I cant express how great everything was handled by this company. Adam was the main guy who helped us. I had an issue with a full box of flooring and they ALL stepped in to help, sent out a guy to make sure I was installing right, took care of EVERYTHING that same day and swapped the flooring out for me correcting the issue. Next was carpet.. This was a perfect install and perfect quality. No bullsh!t here, just 100% happy with my decision here.

I looked everywhere literally then I saw that place come up on my feed on I think pinterest and I was impressed the way they put the floors down very smart you can actually see what they look like those tiny samples are a joke. they were knowledgeable and helpful and kind and I got thereb15 minutes before closing. Im going back for everything else one room at a time

The men who did my installation in my family room and on my steps between floors did a fantastic job. They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. Ive waited a year before posting this in the event something was not done right but no problems. Ive also bought an area rug for my dining room that I love and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

If you aren’t buying carpet, they don’t care. Don’t bother.

The experience was far superior to trying to buy flooring at one of the big box stores! Our salesperson was so patient and attentive, and she took the time and energy to answer all of our questions.

Let me start by saying I was in a big box store looking for something other than flooring, I saw sheet vinyl I liked, and asked for a quote/estimate with installation by this large chain store. I had my parents drive 22miles to my home to wait for the estimate and “the guy” never showed until the day after he was scheduled. Then my estimate was over $2600 for a $319 sheet of vinyl installed. No. Way!I don’t know why we didn’t go to Giant floor first.We had a really good experience with them in the past when they installed flooring in another home, and I can’t believe I wasted my time with HD or L. I told the salesman, Kevin, the most I was willing to pay. He came to my home on his day off to measure, and he helped me find something within my price point. And by “within my price point” I mean he found me better flooring than I ever expected to get! It was beyond my price point but Giant bought more than they needed for a job and I reaped the benefits of their ability to negotiate the price. Within one week, we visited the store, my home was measured and it was professionally installed by a gentleman named Mark.Thank you!

Read the fine print!!! They use false/misleading advertising to lure people in. I didnt actually buy anything from them but I can imagine theyre not great based on their advertisements (SCAMS)
