Joe is always personable and funny! He genuinely cares about his customers and is not only attentive to their needs/preferences, but he also ensures quality. He is one of those rare individuals who goes the extra mile. I have gone to his store just to hang out and chit chat. My friend and I did this every day during our lunch break when we were in Scranton for traininga. Of course, we never left empty handed! Sweet like his candy and buddies!
