The staff at this location are top notch. I have used this FedEx for shipping, printing, even returning DirecTV equipment (as instructed by DirecTV). I once received a personal phone call to confirm some potential issues with a print order, which saved me a headache and re-order. And I get a sincere Thank You for using their center for shipping. All around great service.

I ship tons of packages for work, so I am in this location everyday. The staff is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly! Hayley and Cameron always manage to put a smile on my face when Ive had a busy day of loading packages.

This place is stupid expensive. $17 to print 24 pages and $53 to ship a letter.

The ladies behind the counter are some of the nicest Ive encountered. They even saved me $25 by checking to see whether Ground would get my package there as fast as overnight. I take and pick up many packages here and they have never made a mistake. Considering how complicated shipping can be, thats pretty good.

Got there 3 minutes to close. They were already closed. The driver was still standing in there. They could have taken the package. They just didnt want to. Last minute shipping for business is sometimes part of the game. It cost us money when you close early and wont take packages. You need to remember why your open. For the customer.

Horrid experience

Really nice people. I have shipped twice here and both times were friendly helpful service. I had to wait a few minutes, but its because most other customers are clueless about how shipping works. I would never want to work at a shipping store and deal with that. Many thanks to the ladies who run this place !

The FedEx office in scottsdale off thunderbird was very nice but when we sent our 27 pound box to Commerces TX, the box was destroyed and the box HAD A big hole in it and some items was missing. When the box was delivered the women said she was very sorry and this some times happens. the client called me and sent me pictures to prove it. this is not good for business. Please Think twice about sending out any thing with them.

Blown away by how rude they are here. Went in in hopes to have something printed. The older lady immediately said its going to be awhile...he(another customer) has 14 things to ship. I can understand and be empathetic towards being busy or understaffed(although frustrating) but for an employee to be completely aloof and not remotely apologetic is baffling. She pointed out(very rudely) that there was another FedEx a few miles from there. I was so turned off, I drive twice as far to go to an OfficeMax. This is an issue that should be addressed. I wont be going back(and I typically go approx 2 times a month to a FedEx).

AVOID! Terrible customer service, incompetent staff. I have been in to this location twice with the same awful experience. The first time I sent a package the lady made me handwrite my own form including a custom form that I did not need. All this because she was too lazy to enter the information into the computer, and too incompetent to know that a customs form was unnecessary. On top of that, I had to wait 10 minutes while she fiddled around in the back while the only customer (me) waited for her to finish.The second time an old lady refused to ship my package because she heard a rattle inside. The package was well packed and secure, yet she wanted to unpack everything and repack it herself in order to charge me for a packing service. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs.

I was told that I cannot use a specific address because Fedex doesnt accept that format. But every other Fedex nearby had no issues.

They were very nice the few times we went in.
