Had two Veteran hats made for my father who served in the British Army. He only had an old embroidered jacket patch to work from. I contacted AZ custom hats and apparel to have some custom masks made for my car club. The entire process was done over email as I am out of state, and it was a really pleasant experience overall. They submitted multiple renditions of my design to see which version I liked. I ended up going with one of the designs they provided over the original design I had done.Shipping was very fast and I received my product within the week it was shipped. Product quality was great, and didn’t have any weird fumes that I have gotten from new masks online.I have already recommended to a few local people, and I would definitely do business again.

Over promises and under delivers.... well, in my case *doesnt* deliver at all.I placed an order online and then called to confirm the order would be done by the requested date as I needed it for a specific work event. Called and confirmed twice during the week and each time they said the order would be ready for pick-up on Friday. On Friday, I called multiple times and emailed multiple times and it was crickets. Saturday morning my husband called since I was at the event, there was no answer, so he decided to go the location to just pick up the order and bring it to me. They did not have it ready and said they were unsure if a refund would be possible. I have had to call every day this week to try and get a refund since they did not have my order ready on-time as previously agreed and assured, now after 4 days of calling I am just now getting an answer that my order can be refunded. HUGE waste of my time and shocked at how disorganized this business is. Take your business elsewhere.

What a great place! The staff was so friendly, I needed something done ASAP because another company backed out last minute. They were able to get me what I needed better then the other place, quicker and more professional. I would highly recommend them. The quality is amazing! Will be using them for all future projects we do.

He has has a great knowledge of the products available and is very good at making logos or finding exactly what you want to print on your items.. Poor service! Told us they were too busy to print our product while sitting on the couch watching TV in the office. incorrectly printed the t-shirts the first round, made us redo our logo so it was exactly as we wanted it, resent and they used the first logo that was sent to them, but white this time.
