I honestly am super happy with my experience coming here! I walked in and received a warm welcome from both people at the register, came in to browse halloween decoration options and Jennifer popped out to help me find exactly what I was looking for right away! She also had some other nice suggestions for additional things that I could use for my Halloween endeavors. I never knew Party City had such a large selection of Halloween goodies! Rachel was my cashier and she was also very friendly and helpful. This experience made me a loyal Party City goer!

Im mostly happy about my balloon purchase. I bought the rainbow cloud for my sons 3rd birthday and he loved all the rainbows. The confetti balloons were beautiful but didnt stay floating for more than about 6 hours. I guess I should have paid the exes $.15 for the hi-float per balloon Stacy tried to upsell. Lucky for me, my toddler didnt mind. He was just happy in general. Im planning on stuffing the cloud whenever it goes flat and hang out in my sons room. We both loved it so much.

Vanessa the associate who helped us was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Their selection of party supplies is quite extensive. We were planning a surprise celebration, complete with balloons, candles, etc. They had everything we were looking for and at great prices. The balloon arrangement was incredible.

The Manager is a super hard-worker. and makes people feel special and appreciated. Especially me ! Lol.The store would be lost without her nice self. I placed a online order for a in-store pickup. At the time I didnt realize that I would have a dog with me on the ride, so I called the store before heading that way. I was put on a brief hold after 12 mins on hold I hung up. When I called back they answered and helped me right away. Irritating because had I not hung up how long would I have been left on the phone to wait? Anyway now on the phone with an employee I told her my situation about having a dog with me and could I change my instore pickup to curbside. I was told to call when I got there. So now Im in the curbside pickup spaces outside the store, I called the store and told them I was there. Again I waited a good amount of time for nobody to come outside with my items. I had to walk in and inform them that I was there to pick up my items which they couldnt find. She tried to tell me to come back after 2 because of some confetti balloons she thought I ordered. I never ordered balloons at all! Once she realized she wasnt even looking at the right order she was able to find my stuff. The hassle this morning sucked however I got the stuff I ordered.

Loved my last experience here! My balloon was leaking by the time I got home and staff said they’d replace it no problem! Thanks! Will be back again for sure!

Overall, very good store with great customer service. You are immediately greeted when you walk in. Some items are priced well, while others are overpriced. However, when getting balloons, youre not automatically given weights to make sure they fly away. I think that should be something they throw in for you no matter what. It wasnt until we were done that we realized we had to buy a separate weight for the balloons. Make sure to ask for one before you pay. If it wasnt for that, Id easily give this place 5 stars.

This is a great party city! I came here to pick up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and was greeted right away by Kolvyn who was happy to help! When I asked about a particular balloon that seemed out of place, Stacy was very nice to offer me the balloon for free as it had been mistakenly shipped to the store by a vendor. The crew also seems to have a nice team atmosphere. Very pleasant experience! thank you.

Thanks for refilling the balloons and not giving me a hard time way out of my way to come here but the customer service rep was amazing price of the balloons way too expensive but the deflation over one day was crazy but didnt have no problems getting refilled

Called to verify a product was there. I was assured that it was. When I arrived at the store about forty minutes, drive time. Maria told me that it was not in stock like I was told. There was a problem with the walkie talkies. Thanks for nothing.

Josh and all the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter graduated high school at the end of the summer. I called around to stores looking for graduate decorations/gifts for her party. No one had any available except this Party City. Even though the graduate items were all packed up, Josh offered to open the boxes for me to look through and purchase what I wanted. Great customer service! Now I am ready for her graduation party! I highly recommend!

Costume shopping was _not_ a nightmare. We went costume shopping for the kids pretty close to Halloween, and their stock was still excellent, good prices, and helpful staff that were happy to keep running back and forth to help is make our final selections. Better than expected.

Great costume for Medieval Times. Place was pretty much empty, but I STILL found my royal blue cloak for Medieval Times!

Ive always lived this store for cards & party items. We ordered wedding Announcements etc and all have always come out great. Unfortunately I dont think they stay busy enough not to eventually close some if their stores. I hope not ours!

Helpful and nice. I do find the store to be clean but not necessarily well stocked. I also never purchase candy from this store in general as I am not sure how old it is.

Always confused how this huge chain of stores can afford their inventory and overhead but there’s MAYBE 4 employees working on any given day. Balloon department always takes the longest, hire a part time clown and just have them stand there and do balloons all day Friday-Sunday. Invest in people or automate and use Amazons technology to let people shop and leave more easily. It’s 2019!

The entire store was littered with boxes and it was nearly impossible to navigate the aisles let alone access the product on the shelves. Very disappointing, when I was able to locate someone to help me they appeared annoyed to help.

Cranky workers. Mostly tv show decorations, nothing for general party themes like dinosaurs or something like that. Also the lighting was horrible and everything looked bad because of it.
