While the environment was nice, I cant give more than one star to a owner or place that intentionally rips off customers with fake Cuban cigars from their cabinet. If theyll do that, one would imagine theyd be willing to refill bottles of the expensive whiskey as well.

This is my go-to place to smoke a cigar and drink some nice bourbon or cognac! Very nice atmosphere 👌Oh by the way their selection of bourbons is unbelievable! 💯 And very good prices!!

Well stocked and large humidor with an amazing whiskey selection, especially bourbon. The bar is small, there is an outside patio and a lounge with 3 televisions. The only complaint is some of the chairs need to be replaced. Deep ruts in the arms and seats show wear. Otherwise, its a wonderful place to purchase and enjoy a cigar, beverage and company.

We have a membership at another local cigar lounge, yet decided it was too far of a drive. Stoped in 21 for a quick drink and ended up staying for a handfull. Better than most cigar selection. The bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable about his liquors. We very much enjoyed our stay and will put this cigar lounge in the permanent rotation.

In A Nutshell:-21 Degrees Cigar Lounge is a nice gem if you are looking for a place to grab some stogies (cigars).-This place has a wide variety of cigars to choose from, plus you can smoke them here too.-They also serve beverages & have many TVs to watch sports, etc...-Service is very nice & inviting.Overall, this is a great place to go for cigars.

Decent little place. Solid staff but needs a furniture update. The chars are falling apart... the leather and frames are busted and a wire is sticking out of one of the chairs. but other than that had a great time.

Fantastic Scottsdale location. They have everything you need or want. Was able to find all the Caoba lines.

I know nothing about cigars but wanted to get my boyfriend a gift and Rick (the owner) was extremely helpful and genuine in helping me find the right one. It’s a nice clean establishment with a nice outdoor patio.

Wonderful cigar bar, got to go hang out there in the lounge some day. Cigar prices are competitive. Grabbed some Persian King Meduros for the weekend.

Great atmosphere!!! The customer service could have been a little better while we were sitting outside. Not sure why the table where myself and 3 of my brothers were sitting at didnt get service like the guys sitting down from us who received better service. We were sitting outside and had to get up in go inside to get water bought to us. The owner was a Great Guy!! He remembered everyones name if he didnt he tried. He also offered us discounts the next time we come. Whats crazy we didnt say anything about the customer service while we were outside. But he gave us discounts for the next time we come.... Im giving them a five because of the owner. Great Guy!!!

Very nice lounge and cigar selection. The reason why I gave this place 1 stars was because of the older gentleman that rang me up. I walked in and he looked straight at me and made no effort to even give a simple hello. Went ahead and picked out a couple of cigars and headed for the counter. Again, not a word to me just stuck his hand out for my cigars. He entered the prices into the register and didnt even tell me the total, just waited for payment. Luckily I could see in the register what my total was. I handed him my card, he swiped it and instead of giving it back to me or at the very least placing it down on the counter, he tosses it towards me. I sign my receipt at which point he finally speaks and says take care. Talk about horrible customer service. I dont have a need to start a big conversation but at least be friendly and courteous. Doubt Ill be returning

Im in out of Scottsdale from Las Vegas a lot, business and pleasure. I searched cigar shops in the area, and was glad to find this one. The only shop I go to when Im into the Phoenix - Scottsdale area. The proprietors, Pat and Linda are the best. Very knowledgeable about the industry and products. Always willing to talk shop and answer questions. Their cigar selection is second to no one. If youre a cigar lover, youve got to check this place out!

Great variety of cigars and libations to pote with them (drinks to drink with them). Everyone there is very friendly and the lounge, which has TVs, is easily accessible.

Fair amount of seating, relaxing interior. Prices seemed reasonable. No 5 stars as no one came into the humidor to help me make a cigar selection.

Had my first cigar here (avo classic toro) and it was a great experience. the man that was working then was very friendly and spent time to teach me many things about cigars, smoking them and even their history. all the staff is very nice and the lounge was very nice as well. I will be returning.

Used to be a great place, new owners destroyed the business. Poor customer service, No cigar knowledge, inventory depleted and issues with mold in their lockers not to mention they raised prices on everything.
