Honestly the service in this store is appalling, the only thing they were actually helpful with, and extremely pushy with was opening a registry. Walked into the store and waited a full five minutes before being even acknowledged by staff, and it’s not that big of a store. Once we finally talked to someone they were even less helpful then us just being left to our own devices. Couldn’t answer simple questions about cribs and mattresses, when asking about the difference in their four mattress options all I got was “well this is the one most people buy”. I love PB and their furniture is top notch but this isn’t the type of experience I would expect in such a boutique store, probably would’ve had better experience at Buy Buy Baby..
Not much in store. Was informed a larger selection is available online but hard to justify paying $1k + for a crib without seeing it in person first. Would have liked to see more crib selections in store. The cribs that were in store seemed very cheap for $1k. Wood felt like plastic, didn’t feel very sturdy either. Didn’t have much confidence the cribs sold here would hold up over time with multiple kids.

I really wish I could give this major company a good review. Sadly, Im like everyone else. I ordered furniture, and half of it was lost. A large dresser and bunkbeds. Know the risk you are taking if you choose to order. The quality of the products has been good, but you really might not get them. We also made the mistake of getting rid of the the old bedroom furniture the day before the delivery, thinking we were doing the right thing for the delivery men. But instead we were called the day of the delivery to say it was lost on the dock. That was a week ago, pottery barn still doesnt know where it is. The delivery company wont talk to them or the customer. Im shocked that pottery barn would put up with this.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Manager cant get anything accomplished. Delivery service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Cannot contact them. Wont return messages. Delivery that we paid $150 for has not showed up after weeks of waiting. Two no call no shows on delivery with no follow up by store or delivery service. Dont waste your time or money. Who cares about the beautiful furniture you think you are going to get, because you wont. Might as well go to walmart.
Not a lot of options. Youll have to shop their online store to get what youre looking for. Also, they do not stock enough of any one item, so if they have it, ask them to hold it. Staff was nice, but they took a long while to search in the back for the things I was looking for. They seem disorganized.
The staff here are friendly, but a bit on the judging side. You can just feel the tension from the staff when you walk in and you dont look like you make over 200k. I drive a really long way to visit this store. I would advise people to just order online. They have been helpful when ordering different products and answering my questions.
I have always had good experiences with the regular Pottery Barn store and the Pottery Barn Kids store. I have ordered furniture for myself, my daughter and now my granddaughter and their service has been great both in the Phoenix area and Dallas area. Just had a dresser and nightstand delivered... On time, great condition and set up.
Worst company. If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered furniture months ago that should have shipped within weeks. No updates on any of the products being back ordered. Baby has now arrived and still no update on where the furniture is. Attempts to contact customer service result in being placed on hold for hours and no assistance rendered even after waiting hours to speak to someone. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy furniture from them.

Placed an expensive order a few weeks ago and have not yet received. Prices went down and called in. Was on the phone for 45 min and they will not adjust prices. If I return, they said they will not refund the shipping and will charge me shipping again for a new order. Coupons are misleading and it seems like they are playing games. I learned my lesson and will never shop here again. Better to go to an honest store that has good customer service.
Terrible customer service and management refused to honor a coupon for a crib bumper that I was purchasing in store instead of online so I could be sure the color was what was reflected in the online image. Sometimes you see things in person and theyre not the same. There was a 20 percent coupon that I was told would be honored in store as well when I checked with customer service beforehand. Well apparently this manager did not get that memo and came up with all kinds of reasons to not honour the coupon. To the point that it began to feel as if that money would have been coming our of her own pocket or something. She took it really far and actually left me believing she could have given me the discount but decided she wasnt going to help me long before I even opened my month because she was just on one.
Did you know if you place an online order through the store, you can help out a wonderful local biz and employees versus ordering online? We dont have local PBK, so I talked to Cynthia and easily placed my order over the phone. A win-win!! I had trouble placing my online order with a discount code, and after almost giving up on the company after an unpleasant experience calling online, Cynthia made things a breeze! Now I will just call Cynthia and place my orders :) Thank you!!!
Ended up ordering online because when I went into the store no one greeted me I timed it no one ever came up to me I was in the store for over 20 minutes thank goodness for Internet sales
Very poorly run and disorganized. Senior sales associate unable to tell me their inventory in efficient or timely manner when I asked about a play chair I wanted to purchase. I asked her what colors they had in stock at the store. Instead of telling me what they had, she had me waste 30 minutes of my time making me ask her to look into each color chair while in store. When I asked about a pink chair, she tells me they are all on 24 hour hold and that I could come back tomorrow! To do what? Waste more time on the off chance that someone may or may not purchase them? Absolute ridiculous! And she failed to inform me that their 20% off Sale did not apply to the furniture or chairs Iwanted. Complete and utter waste of my time. Only 1 younger sales associate seemed to have a clue of what inventory was available. Too bad I didnt ask her first.
Was going to make a purchase and asked the store to hold it until I fly out for Christmas, FLAT OUT NO!!! I said even if I prepay? NO, darling, sorry Bye!! WOW, RUDE PEOPLE.
Helpful, friendly staff. Its pottery barn, so youre here because you like what they have. You can get their products online or many other locations, but the staff here are worth the drive.
The WORST customer service I have ever entcountered. Employee Brittany, claims to be a manager but doesn’t even know her own company policies. Stated that I would be receiving a refund on a car seat that needed to be returned because it was backordered for 5 months and then turned around and said she was given the wrong information, and I may not receive a refund. Then blamed customer service for giving her the wrong info. I’m sorry, but don’t you both work for the same company? She was rude and completely disrespectful. Last time I shop here. No one knows what they are talking about.
Might be done with pottery barn. Everything we order gets delivered always messed up, late, missing pieces, etc.
The service was a little lacking but the quality of furniture was good and delivery was fast, had an issue were we didnt get all of what we ordered but they quickly rectified it.
Not happy with staff and delivery service. We ordered chairs from the store and still have no update on order status with almost two months of waiting and hours of phone call. Its really disappointing.
Not happy with senior sales/managers disrupting the repoir between myself and the on floor sales girl. The attentive sales girl and i had spent the time working out the items i wanted to purchase, only to have the manager rudely swoop in, excuse the sales girl, and finish the sale. I noticed this during the time i was there with other customers. Being in the retail business I think this is all about commissions and i feel sorry for the sales girls caught in this unfair practice.
I had recently purchased a crib from Pottery Barn kids and a dresser the staff was super nice and helpful it was creating a registry they arent normally very busy I would come back often. They have a lot of items for girls with a little selection for boys in my opinion.
My favorite store for my kids ever! There whole rooms are pottery barn everything from furniture to bedding to the chair to books and toys ! They have backpacks and lunch boxes that are embroidered with their names on it. I wish this store was in tucson!
My review is for the call center.I had ordered a desk from this store on June 16th, with an estimate delivery date July 20th.3 months later, my daughter still has no desk.Nobody seems to know why, how or when the desk will be delivered.One of the worst experiences ever.
Purchased a comforter and shams on May 2nd, and still haven’t received it!! Furious!!! I’ll never buy anything online from this company again!!
