Crossroads Music is the best music store I have been to! I have been to many music stores all over the Midwest. Rich Castro is very knowledgeable and helpful. He knows a lot of people in the industry and maintains those relationships so any additional help he can get for you. This is a jewel of a store to musicians both new and veteran!

Went in for some guitar strings. the cashier was very helpful and pleasant.great instruments and accessories.

This place sucks. I asked for them to replace my E string AND tune my violin. I’ve played in orchestra for 5 years and every string but the E string was not in tune whatsoever when I picked it up.
