This Pawn Shop located in regional area of Schertz, is in a very small building, but it is very well organized and prices average.The employees are very friendly and are more than happy to help you. They have a excellent selection for there size. Check them out!

The guy tells me he will come down from $299.99 to $225 on a Stihl chainsaw. After we take it outside to run it come to find out the bar is ruined. We go back inside to look up a bar and see how much it cost he says he will come down $60 for the price of the bar. He then says How much is that? I say $165 and he laughs sarcastically and says From $299?! I said no from $225 as agreed. He says Well thats why I came down to $225! He says I will come down to $200 and thats it. This guy tried to sell me a saw he knew was broken??!! Then went back on his word to come down $60 more. I have made purchases from here before but will not be back. Dont trust this pawn shop!

They dont see value in Customers we are worthless here!!! Made me think, I should have died in Iraq!!!

Terrible experience with some of the worst customer service,wont be returning here for anything.They are rude,cut you off while talking and sometimes very aggressive.They also rip people off constantly.They will pay you not even 20% of the items worth even on more expensive items.CAUTION:STAY AWAY

LOVE This pawnshop!!! They really care to take care of there customers. It isnt a big chain that doesnt care about there customers. They will do what they can to always help you and are very friendly. Cool guns and extravagant Jewelry. The owner is a very nice guy and down to Earth.

Ive been a customer ever since they opened up. The first year or 2 were great. But these days with the clientel are very different. I had literally spent thousands of dollars there, but the atmosphere and attitudes of the employees varies from somedays friendly to some days with no acknowledgment of your past and previous dedication to the store and all the funds that you have been directed their way. Being a public business means workers must be able to bond and promote theirselves to be on spot and friendly all the time and especially appreciate there customers. If not, they should not be working in a public and store environment. Maybe a cubical in front of a computer would be more fit for that type of person in an office environment. Public business means always being on spot for your customers all the time no matter how you feel that day or what problems you bring to the workplace. A thank you now and then would be a start.

Extremely rude & disrespectful I only had issues with 1 of the staff, the other gentleman seemed enthusiastic about his job but one staff member seemed so bothered by the fact that I was trying to sell a large tool that was in the back of my truck so he rolled his eyes, sighed & walked outside like a pouting baby so I asked is that okay? Because he seemed so upset that he was having to do his job.. & his response was just well see.... Im glad we didnt make a deal I took my tool to another pawn shop which treated me respectfully & gave me a fair amount for the tool I was selling. Again not upset with offer given for my item but just the lowsy customer service Will never return to or recommend this shop to anyone.

Ive been to my fair share of pawn shops, and honestly, i can say that this one was definitely different! I was bringing in a few items (because i needed cash) and the man asked what amount i was wanting. So i told him and he said ok. Well by the time we were done he suggested that he could give me more if i wanted.......huh? I was dumbfounded because i aint never been to a pawn shop that wants to give u MORE!! To say the least i was impressed and i will definitely be back.

I called looking for a 30cc straight shaft weedeater. He said they have some. I said how much is it, I dont know Id have to go look can you go look for me, I only want to spend @100. Comes back on phone, oh we dont have any at all.Sure glad I asked because that wold have been a waste of time and effort because he didnt give correct info.

The folks at River City are friendly and helpful and great hours.....And most of All fantastic prices.

This is the second time Ive tried to sell something to these people. I gave them the make and model of the pressure washer I was trying to sell. Its a 500 dollar pressure washer brand new at Wal-Mart they told me it was only 300. When clearly she was quoting the cheaper model in the pic right next to it. Lowballers... And cons. Twice they have done that to me. Not very honest. They are just betting on the person on being either extremely desperate. Or highly addicted to some sort of substance. I would recommend this place. If you were thinking about giving meth a whirl. And only need some drug money. Wheither its a diamond or a chainsaw. You will be offered 75.00 bucks. Awful place. Staff are crooks. Which is why i did not sell them my items.

This pawn shop has a nice selection of guns, guitars, electronics, DVDs & more. Ive enjoyed my visits to the store.

They have lost my jewelry twice. How in the hell does a pawn shop lose your stuff? Caused me to lose it, tried to by it back and they said they sold it. 5 months later I go in and there it is, in the case being sold. Rip off!

Ya I was wrong about this place, everything is way over priced and buy back on silver is under the value per ounce of silver but still charges $1.50 over the price of silver! Pure robbery and their used guns are the price of new guns at an actual gun store.
