Cheap stuff. No employees. Seems like every time you catch a Walmart employee out of the corner of your eye they disappear when you look directly at them. If youre looking for any type of boys toys for Transformers or Marvel Legends or such completely skip this store they never have anything other than a messy where toys should be.

This Walmart is one of the cleanest ones around. Most of the time you wont have parking issues and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

We have been going to different Walmart locations. We finally found what we were looking for. Christmas gift for our granddaughter. A new bike. Snatched it up. Bikes are going fast!

Parking for big trucks ok but enter at the front can park by automotive area or the front well stocked restroom clean and ppl here r nice

I enjoy this Walmart. Typically well stocked and clean. No complaints! The curbside pickup is good and useful for me--not perfect for produce selection and some of the substitutions, but not a problem and well within my expectations. As a whole, the staff at this location is friendly and helpful

I stopped to use the bathroom it was clean but really run down. That is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The door barely stayed closed and the toilet roll dispenser was almost off the wall. I loved the fact the self checkout took cash. The Walmart near me doesnt have that option. Besides the bathroom I only looked at the toy Department. They had a great selection of legos.

I had a very nice person check me out. Always good to feel better after leaving, thank you.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE the pharmacy at this location!!! I have never experienced such a lazy, incompetent, and no care attitudes from a pharmacy staff including the pharmacy managers ever in my life and I retired from a pharmacy management customer service department. I will be finally filing a complaint with the regional offices because it is one thing to mess around and be lazy about my prescriptions but it is next level for me when my child is affected by such ridiculous laziness and incompetence! ***PLEASE BEWARE***The Cibolo location is excellent and I do highly recommend them.

I ordered a 1/2 sheet custom cake for going away party at the FM 3009 location. I didnt look at the details when I picked it up and just took it with me to the party. The cake was 1/2 sheet and the decoration was terrible. They printed a picture that 1/2 size too small for the size of the cake and they didnt even smooth it out so it would blend with the rest of the icing. I called the bakery 2x and no answer. O called the main line and no answer. This cake is embarrassing. Wish theres a way to share a photo.

Never got a chance to enter the store, in my semi truck, trying to shop for the road, posted signs say NO SEMI TRUCKS, so I called to confirm with a manager where I could park while shopping. Person on the phone confirmed that NO TRUCKS other than a WALMART truck is allowed to park in their parking lot. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere 🤔🤨😳

We enjoy shopping at Walmart since they have a large variety to shop for. We found this product last night so decided to try it out with all this virus going around. I use Ibotta so I normally have a list of items I’m looking for and was able to find this items last night. Ofcourse ended up purchasing others items too like clothing! They have a gear selection for a reasonable price.

I spent to much money in this store. They dont even play music 🎶🎶 and I still spend money. I wont be back until next month an you can tell Mr Waltons family that.

Waisted time going to this “Wally World!” As soon as I approached the counter before I could get a word in edgewise the attendant tells me that Walmart has NO WATCH BATTERIES! Mind you, watch batteries are used for everything where a button cell is required like your car key…and well, watches!The clerks are proud to say it out loud too, with gusto…like they’re doing you a service and if your express any consternation they’re absolutely unapologetic err, because they’ve really gone above and beyond so they don’t respond to your dissatisfaction!So here’s the thing, I have absolutely NO CONFIDENCE IN Walmart! From now on Walmart is my LAST STOP not the first! That 1.5 billion dollars that Walmart passed around a couple of years back to train and equip its slovenly employees was an absolute waist of expenditure!WALMART IS A FAILED ENTERPRISE!

My wife and 3 year old daughter went into the store a few hours ago. There was a young girl with purple hair working at the speedy checkout and she was literally rudely picking on my 3 year old daughter and my wife had to ask her to stop picking on her. My wife is an extremely nice person and avoids any confrontation, so to hear that my wife had to ask her multiple time to stop picking on her is crazy. I will be escalating this because not only was she intentionally picking on my 3 year old, but I came home to her crying stating that the lady at Walmart was being mean to her. I will be going in to gather more information on this associate to escalate it because someone like that shouldn’t be working in a place where she’s interacting with people.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever used. Will never use it again! Very unprofessional employees. Pharmacist was back there on her phone, had to call out for help. When I asked what meds the doctor prescribed that was over the counter, she just pointed in the direction of the isle it was on. So I had to guess, and hope I picked the right one. The guy in front was very short with me and barely engaged with me at all. Waited hours with no word, just for them to tell me they were out of the prescription.The one in Cibolo has us spoiled. Very attentive, informative, and helpful when a customer needs them without even asking.

The in pharmacy service was terrible. No consideration for your time. Dropped off prescription and was told about twenty minutes. I thought cool!. Waited 30 minutes, went to pick up and was told their on phone with my Dr. Was an issue with prescription. Dont mind that, but letting me wait 30 minutes before even trying to contact my Dr. When I was to told, Ill have it filled, give me about 20 minutes. Wont be doing that again.

I did an online grocery pickup order. Everything went perfect..

Sewing and crafts deparment is to small and no help arround, take over 20 min before get some help.

WOW! My wife just went through the self checkout at this store and had problems scanning just one of the many items she had already scanned. She asked for assistance from the person who is there to provide assistance and was told thats what you get for using self checkout and refused to assist because this is self checkout so figure it out for yourself. This persons name was Annie. Great customer service WalMart. HEB doesnt treat their customers like this.

Nice big new Wal-Mart. Has 2 big self-checkout locations at each end of the register lanes. Too bad Wal-Mart still takes forever to get out of since all self-checkouts were closed and the 4 open checker lanes were 6 people deep and none were speedy checkout lanes. Nothing has changed.

Store was messy, especially Produce section. Associates did not greet or acknowledge shoppers. The FreshPet cooler needed restocking, as usual.

Difficult to find someone to help in unlocking the cabinet of spray paint. Other staff were very helpful. Not impressed at the photo center. Self check was a mess. Walmart stores in general have a problem with RBFCU debit and credit cards.

I was shopping for a few items that I needed to try on and was very happy that their fitting rooms were open to do so. I told the lady in charge I was surprised as the Wal-Mart in my hometown of Rapid City, SD, did not have theres open.

Small Walmart but clean outside parking lot and organized store.Customer service is rude about gift returns or exchanges without letting you explain why you there in the first place once they hear no receipt. They automatically cut you off from talking, I was explaining that before I came to store I did go online to read what options I was able to work within the store policies. The two staff in Customer Service were telling me no it cant be done without a receipt no questions and I said I read that the policies in all stores across America went back to the old ones before the covid 19 temporarily having some things change for health safety. She informed me not all stores and this store was one of them that never return or exchanges unless a receipt was available. I said thats not true and I assured her that she silly for saying the Walmart website was not updated... how dumb can you be to get hired here is my question.

Well my Friends...this Walmart is a SUPER STORE, which I havent seen many besides Panama City Beach, Florida !!!?.It is stocked up with really EVERYTHING and you can chose whatever you need to buy, it is just there!!.. Pharmacy, Food, Clothes, Electronics, Arts and Crafts, Furniture, Toys, Garden Supplies and many, many other THINGS at one PLACE..!!..I used to drive around to go for different Items to different Places, but it is even more Time Consuming and cost my Gas..lol .Now I do make a Trip to this Store twice or more for monthly Big shopping and get some small stuff elsewhere in between..!!..😏

Came in for watch pins. Jewelry counter isn’t what it once was. Have had excellent help, in the past, with changing batteries, etc. Pity.

Tried cashing check this morning and the customer service lady refused to cash it because money service opened until 9. This is the first Walmart that refused this service even though they have the capability to do it. Decided to go across the street to heb where they know how to provide outstanding customer service.

I wasnt in the store 3 minutes when I was asked if I was in the parking lot asking for money.

Only speaking of the theater side, staff is always helpful and friendly but its a hit or miss with the food. You may get it quick, you may not. You may get charged for something that doesnt reach you before the movie is over. Hope that gets better over time.

I found most everything I needed. Online is not consistent with stock in store. I did like that I could pinpoint what aisle I needed to look in to get what I wanted.

Very helpful!! I was looking for a door hanging mirror. The associate I asked for help from was busy with another customer. She said shed come back and help me out...I didnt think much of it so I continued my shopping. Then a few minutes later, the associate actually looked for me and held true to her promise to help me out! Im so impressed! Good job! I wish I wouldve gotten her name, but she knows who she is!

Its Walmart so you cant expect much when it comes to customer service. The reason for the low rating. I had to take my nephew to the restroom and it was disgusting. My niece took him to the ladies and it was not any better. All the cleaning supplies and no one to clean the restrooms.

This Walmart (unlike the one on Kitty Hawk road) had the self check out open, even though it was close to closing time. This is important. The stores that have only one or two cashiers make late shopping a real pain, because of excessive wait times.

Didnt find what I was looking for. There was a shortage on some meats.

Super great walmart! The workers are always cool and helpful if you have questions about anything and the store manager is awesome ! I left behind a package of led smart light bulbs and he let be come back and get them, which I know at other stores they are less than helpful when it comes to that kind of thing. So definitely one of the better walmarts Ive been too.

I went to the produce section. Very clean, stocked, and organized. The fruits and vegetables looked great. Self checkout was quick and easy.

Today we went to Wal-Mart and my husband really liked this store until today. He is 100 percent disabled and when we walked into the store, there were EIGHT 8 disabled wheelchair carts all had bags on them only 2 of them were plugged up. My husband removed one of the bags and the wheelchair was fully charged. This old white headed man with a yellow vest put his hand on the chair and yelled at my husband you are not taking that chair. My husband tried to tell him he can not walk that store but the old man said you can not use the chair. I told him shame on you . I am going to report you and he said I dont care report me. I wonder how many of our veterans walked in there needing a chair and this old man stopped them.SHAME ON YOU!!!
