After reading the reviews, I made an appointment. Now I get why the reviews are so good. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, the exam process was comprehensive and terrific, and the eyeglass purchase was within my budget and very pleasant. Ill definitely be coming back.

Jeanine was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, thorough and provided answers to all my questions.I was able to learn about and at the same time utilize my eye benefits. I purchased a new pair of glasses and filled a new pair of my frames with rx lenses; that I brought into the store. The shopping process was pain-free…taking much less time, than anticipated. This in my opinion is due to a streamlined processed, which makes the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable. Time is valuable and I’m very grateful that LensCrafters appreciates its customers by taking a variety of eye plans, carrying a great selection of products and offering promotions.The protection plan is a great idea. In my opinion, well worth the small cost, to have peace of mind.

My wife and I were helped into the store, and my wife who is handicapped was led to a chair where she could sit and wait. I was given my eye exam and it was explained fully to me by the doctor. I picked out some frames and I was explained the different types of lenses, I could get. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The staff is professional and courteous. Jeanine was our consultant and was extremely helpful guiding us with picking frames and making sure our insurance got us the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with the Lenscrafters in Schererville. I had damaged my frames and I thought I would need to buy a new frame. I called and Tony told me he was able to find a replacement. When I came in Tony examined the frames and he determined that all that was needed was to replace the nose guards as they were bent and he was able to replace and adjust the nose guards. When I asked Tony what the cost was he said adjustments were free. I really appreciated his professionalism and he was most helpful. Thanks again Tony!

Great customer service! We came in from out of town when my husband broke his sunglasses. He is quite particular about the brand and only wears Costas. It just so happens that they were in stock and on SALE! Great experience and if we are ever in town again we will make sure to check it out.

Great customer service (Schererville, IN store) all a way around - from when I first walked into the store to when I had selected my frames and lens and paid for them. I was also happy with the selection of frames. I have shopped at other retailers (Vision Works and Warby Parker) and found the Lens Crafters selection to be much better.

Dr. K is awesome. I will always go to him. I have diabetes and vision issues that can change monthly very extremely. The selection there is kind of small but quality. The people helping select glasses were very helpful. Felt like doing it all at home.

Always receive great service here from the thorough eye and vision exam to getting fitted for new glasses. They work with you in making the most economical eyewear purchase comparing their in store discounts to your own insurance and, as I found out at my visit, AAA Motor Club discounts!

While my negative experience was not with the representatives at the store, I have a huge disappointment with the glasses that were prepared for me at LensCrafters.The lenses are now being sent out to be prepared for customers, and when I say these are the absolute worst lenses that I have ever possessed, it is not an understatement. I have worn glasses my entire life, and the first and last time I have allowed LensCrafters to prepare my lenses. The lenses are cracked and pealing along the edges of the lenses and in the middle of the lenses. I mentioned this to my mother, and her lenses are doing the EXACT same thing. The issues began occurring less than a year of having the lenses. I will never return while the outside lab is being utilized because it is destroying the reputation the LensCrafters previously possessed.

The eye doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Amanda at the front desk was so polite and enthusiastic and really made my visit there amazing. Great place

The staff (Melanie & Devon) at this location took the time to help me find a frame I was looking for, made sure I understood what options for lens there were, and didnt try forcing an up sell or over exaggerating certain benefits.

This was the best and most informative eye exam Ive ever had. Dr. Koultourides didnt just me tell what to do but why and how things envolving the eye and regulations worked. He didnt rush like many doctors Ive seen before him. I was very impressed with him and his attentive team.
