Rob cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace. He was very courteous and helpful and as far as I can tell did a great job. Among the things he did, he adjusted our flame to make it look more like a real fire. It was a pleasure having him here to work on our fireplace.

On Monday morning we discovered our water heater at Town Hall was leaking and needed to be replaced. Monday late afternoon we reached out to Apollo and they told us they would try to get out Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. We received a call Wednesday mid-morning that someone was on their way.Colin the technician arrived shortly there after. Throughout the whole installation process he communicated with me what he was doing and was very professional, clean and undisruptive which is important in a public building.This was my first experience with Apollo and was impressed.

Jade from Apollo came out. The first time he could not complete the service because the distance was too far so he needed a different machine which would cost extra. I paid a deposit for that machine. Jade came out for 2nd appointment with the other machine and did a terrific job cleaning out my dryer vent. He was extremely efficient and very nice. They are nice on the phone as well. They show up when they say they will show up (3 hour window). I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them for service again.

Gentleman who came to service our needs today, very polite, & nice. Best of all, he listened to my husband. My husband generally fixed our issue himself at least once a year. But was unable to do the job himself, as he currently has a shoulder injury, and could not crawl under our double wide.The man who came previously, was also polite, however, even though my husband had told him what our past experiences with slow drain, he did it his way, used what we think was too large of a tool, and pipes under sink split when he used larger of the snakes he had with him.End result, cost us a lot more money than need be.

Tom R. came to take care of some plumbing requests and did a fine job, being careful about his coverings on entry and explaining what work he did, as well as answering my questions. When an unexpected problem arose, he brought in some support and they handled it promptly. I am very satisfied with the work he did for me.

Air conditioning unit is 5 1/2 years old and we had to replace the unit. it took over a week for someone to come out and repair and then was told by the service manager parts were covered in an email to have him later tell us it was not covered he made a mistake. Very poor business management.

Service rep arrived at time scheduled, introduced himself and was very personable and professional throughout the visit. He determined the humidistat was not working and replaced that item.The information regarding our service contract was not current w/ the reps info and he thought we needed to make the annual payment, but that had been done. He handled this issue with no problem

We had a toilet overflowing. I called at 10:20 a.m. and the technician was here before noon. He was polite and professional and explained what he would need to do to solve our problem. He completed the repair and explained what had been done in detail. We are very happy with Apollo and will not hesitate to call with any heating or plumbing needs.

Service pro Tom did a fantastic job. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was courteous and professional. Tom worked very hard to solve the problem but was unable to do so in the end. He even came back a second time to try again. The problem was nothing he could do anything about because it It was a faulty toilet design that was causing it not to flush properly. He checked the line from the toilet to the tank and it was clear. I would highly recommend Appolo to anyone who needs prompt, experienced and professional service.

Had to spend the weekend without hot water. Matt Gatlin came in today and replaced a bad zone valve(expensive, though!). However, we have an issue still pending related to a new Lennox AC unit installed by Appolo a year ago. Hope that Appolo will find a solution soon.

A team of two came to maintain our Navion Heating and Hot water system. They arrived at the time period they had set up with me. They did an efficient. They found an ignighter that wasnt working properly and were able to obtain a replacement for it quickly and replaced it quickly.They did a great Job!

I have not and would not ever use this company. They employ individuals that stalk and harass people online. When I told Steven O that I was going to infirm his employer that he had them listed on his account and that he was representing them in a very poor manner on a public platform he told me to go ahead and file a complaint with them, and that they not only wouldnt care that he was harassing and stalking me, but that his superiors would find it very amusing. I find this incredibly distasteful and unprofessional. I would certainly hope that your company would take this type of harassment and behavior seriously.***update, the owner reached out to me and handled the matter very professionally. The individual in question is no longer employed and I would absolutely recommend this company based on how Marc handled this matter. He assured me that the professionalism of his employees is of the utmost importance and I believe he is sincere.

Serviceman did a great job servicing my Lennox AC. All major components of the system were evaluated and serviced to my satisfaction.

Edit: Service manager contacted Lennox and got them to pay part of labor. Still very frustrating $800 bill after 1 year but they tried to work with me. Problem seems to be more with Lennox AC.Builder of our house used Appolo heating for our AC unit install. Used for 1 season (light use) and when I turned the unit on the second season unit did not work. Lennox is supposed to be a solid company. Called appolo was told under warranty. Great they came very quick to look at unit (less then 1 hour during heat wave!). Was then told faulty coil was installed that the part was covered but the install would be $1,300. They then charged me $200 for the initial appointment. Spoke to manufacture and coils should last 12-15 years. We got 1. Appolo should back the products they install. Waiting on service manager to return my voicemail now. So far nothing. Will update review after speaking to service manager.

My HVAC system is old, has been thru several upgrades, and has needed very few service calls other than Appolos routine annual preventive maintenance. It works well for both heating and cooling. Notes on the most recent service call follow.System was cooling, but weakly. Discussed problem with dispatcher over the phone around 7:10 am; technician arrived around 12:40 pm. Tech checked the refrigerant level and confirmed his suspicion that it was too low. Tech explained options; I went for both topping up the refrigerant and testing for leaks.Tech found a leak in the elderly air handlers coils and gave me a reasonable quote for the cost of replacing them. I wrote the check for a 50% deposit on the spot.

Extremely thankful technician was available to come over shortly after I called for service. He was conscientious, professional and did a great job.

First Kathryn in the office is great.. I called and she always gets someone here same day! A few weeks ago I had a stopped and broken tub drain.. Great service and she got them right here. He did a great job!Josh, the repairman today came as she said. He came with his mask and footies on his feet. I loved that... Service rep was did a great job and was very responsive to my questions.

On January 27, we had Apollo come to give us an estimate on heating our unfinished basement. We already had several other professionals under contract to do other aspects of the work (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). We were told at that time if we quickly signed up and made a large deposit, we would get on their schedule for February. We made it well known that we needed the work underway in February and that this was essential to us, as other contractors needed access to do their work. After we signed the contract and made a $6,075 deposit (well over 50% of the overall job, in retrospect I shouldve questioned this), we called Apollo to get on their schedule. We were told (and still have the voicemail) that we were now looking at mid-March at the earliest. We had already given them over $6K of our money, and we had to contact them, and then we were told were already being pushed.I checked with our other contractors and mid-March would not work for them AND I was extremely disappointed with Apollos customer service at this point. So I called to cancel the contract. Apollo did not want to hear that, and could magically now schedule us for the end of February. I did not trust them at this point and I also did not appreciate their rudeness, so I wanted to cancel. The sales rep was clearly angry and told me that he had to talk to his boss. He called me back and said they decided a 15% restocking fee needed to be applied. Apollo kept $1,661.25 of my money for doing zero work (they provided one estimate). It wouldve been understandable if there was a nominal fine for canceling but this absolutely obscene. I STILL was never given a real start date and I have no evidence that they re-stocked or ordered anything, not to mention the fact things get returned all the time, they could likely use some parts for other jobs, not sure if any of it even shipped yet. $1,661.25 to order or return some parts for job that was yet to be scheduled.We did not even get to find out if Apollo is actually good at what they are supposed to do. This experience was one of the worst Ive encountered from any business and I will be repeating this story to anyone I know looking for HVAC services in the area

I had to call Appolo for my daughters no AC a few weeks ago (yes just writing a review now). She works in a doctors office and it’s hard for her to get out of the office. I called and spoke with a younger woman named Sydney. She helped us have a technician Come out to my daughters home to get her AC up and running! She’s super sweet and funny, very professional too and knew what she was talking about when I was in such a panic calling in for my daughter because we honestly didn’t know what to do! She went over a few things to try, so we could avoid a service call but I couldn’t figure it out, so thankful they had a tech out in no time!!!! Anyways, she explain the different types of service agreements that Appolo offers! They were pricey but the Gold agreement really saved us money! Our technician was Sean! He was a very professional technician and explained EVERYTHING to us! Couldn’t have asked for a better guy! I also spoke to a Kathy as well, very polite when I called in to confirm our appointment the day before. Also the billing department helped me when I had a few questions about my bill as well because honestly it didn’t make sense until they explained it...I will be calling soon to have service on my home as well, as I’m in my 70s and was never told before until now that I should really keep up on my systems maintenance so we don’t have any service calls of our own!Thanks again, talk soon!

Our plan is to continue using Apollo for all our heating and plumbing needs. We also plan to enroll in the service agreement as soon as plumbing is added to heating &Cooling service agreement

Had some plumbing issues where they fixed drain pipe to shower and installed new shower base, along with other miscellaneous issues/installations Team of Tom and Colin did an excellent job and were very helpful discussing the different options to fix issues at hand.

Our AC stopped working on hottest day of summer. Called Appolo and very pleasant service rep offered a couple windows for repairing. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before service arrived, I appreciated not having to sit around all day waiting. Within an hour our AC was running again. I’ve had this identical experience every time Appolo has been called since they installed system in 2001... top notch professionals.

Make sure you get a second opinion. Five minutes into the service all they were trying to do was sell me a new furnace. Quoted me $750 for $100 part. The $100 part was not the problem. I was able to go to a competitor and get it fixed for a fraction of the cost.
