Usually a good store - went to try and pick up additional supplements tonight and store was closed an hour+ early??

As a frequent shopper who spends far too much money in this store, if your website and doors say you open at 10... maybe, I dont know you should be open at 10?Went at 10 lights off, doors locked. Shopped around at other stores in the plaza for an hour and a half, went back at 11:30 and the store was still closed.

Visited: 9/9/2020. I shouldn’t even give them a star they were so rude. A worker was inside and the doors were locked. They saw my husband and I standing outside for a couple of minutes and they didn’t let us in. There was a sign that stated only 4 people at a time or curbside pickup. There were NO customers in the store except the one worker. And the store was open. Super rude. The worker could have let us know if they were closed or what not.

Tried to go around noon on a Tuesday and it was closed. Called around 1:30pm and the employee said they were open till 9pm. Went back around 7pm and it was closed again.

Clean and neat the employee who waited on me was helpful

Absolutely disappointing staff, lacking knowledge, customer service skills and drive to do anything but play on their phones. I’ll keep shopping online for my supplements
