Excellent installation of shower glass in master bathroom. Rod and Anand were very professional, neat and clean. They worked very well together for a quick and perfect installation. Rod also was very helpful and provided me with some great tips.

Rod and Richie from Precision Upstate did the most amazing job measuring and planning our ceiling to floor mirrors in our home gym. They took the extra time to consult with us about the details and even took into account where our equipment will be placed so that we arent staring straight at a seam while we are using the treadmill. Precision Upstate visited on a service call to fix some problems with bathroom fittings and pantry shelves they had installed. Rod and Anand worked on our glass shower door. They installed newside rail and new magnets and strike plate and door sweep becauseour shower door would not close properly anymore. They were very courteous, efficient and professional. They did an excellent job so weare very pleased. We have used Precision Upstate before and havealways been satisfied with their work. Very happy with the work done in our master closet by Precision Upstate. Lisa Russo was extremely helpful working with me on a design that fit our needs. She was very patient, listened to my concerns and responded in a timely manner coming up with different design options for us. I really appreciated the great customer service she provided and just loved the end result.

We have an oddly shaped walk in closet. Kaeli Kelly came up with a great design to accommodate all of the nooks and crannies. It now functions beautifully. The installers were very nice and left the closet spotless when they were finished. We would recommend Precision Upstate for closet design and installation.

I chose Precision.They were at my house within a few days to perform the measurements. They were on time, used top of the line measuring equipment, very professional.Installation was schedule, the two man team showed up on time, laid down floor protection, treated my house as if they were guests, kept me informed through out the installation and were very professional. Once done, they allowed me to inspect. I am very picky, need to be as I am spending a lot of money for a premium glass shower door. I found no issues.Tom Lyons is top notch. Very responsive via e-mail, phone or in person @ the store. Their craftsman are excellent. Their price is very competitive & lead times the best I found in the area.No regrets with this purchase.Thank you Tom, keep up the good work.

Update 5/8:The problem has been resolved, after the intervention of the owner. 2 stars -> 4 starsPaid thousands for our glass shower enclosure, but the door doesnt close properly and after a shower a puddle of water appears. Precision Upstate said they would make adjustments to door, but one month later, still no resolution.Will update upon completion/fix of the shower.

They Fixed my window in a timely manner. However after placing window perfectly, a day later window cracked down the middle. I attempted to call and find out their policy since I had so recently gotten it fixed, manager was immediately rude stating glass does break we dont have a policy and we wont just fix it for free even though I had never asked them to do so. Perhaps it was poor luck to break randomly or perhaps it was the way the window was installed. Not sure. But I will not be using their services either way anymore.

Installed a new piece of broken glass in a window frame in the winter. Three weeks after my original call.Technician cracked my window frame, in two places and never sealed the glass. Noticed in the spring and called to have them repair the Window.Instead of prioritizing the correction of the poor workmanship. I was scheduled 3 weeks out.Called off work and again they never showed. No call no nothing.Called the office and they needed to reschedule again.What should have been a simple repair has turned into months.Very un-professional. They dont call you to confirm appts. You have to follow up with them. Need a serious lesson in customer service 101.Will never use this vendor again !!

Called first thing in the morning to make an appointment for closet shelving and no one answered. Drove all th way there to learn no designer was available to speak with us. Rude secretary guy took my information. Never got a call back. Ended up buying material at Lowes and building closet shelving myself.

Waited a month for them to give one of my customers a quote for replacing a store front. When I called and asked if they wanted the business or not, I got an attitude from the woman for asking. I would never, ever recommend them got sub contracting work and based on my experience, I would never hire them personally.Customer service should always be number one!
